• Daniela (10/5): Exceptional - Very friend staff, always very clean and laid back. No cutlery at all, just a coffee cup and tea spoon. Also no microwave or anything just a kettle and a mini fridge. We stayed for 2 weeks and it would have been nice to have some toast or something low key every now and then but there was nothing, meaning we almost always had to eat out.
• Bart (8/5): Very good - Nice accomodation, nice room. Everyday cleaning service. Great pool and nice saunacabine. Too many rude and unfriendly Russian people in the building. They didn't respect the rules. They just did what they wanted to do.

• Trevor (10/5): Exceptional - The location was exactly what I was looking for. The place is very peaceful! Gym equipment could have had heavier weights. I was able to exercise but wasn't able to do a full workout.
• Pamela (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and modern. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, with linens and towels changed daily. Mini fridge, safe, kettle, coffee, tea, and water provided daily as well. The rooftop pool was a nice treat and gave a spectacular view of the surrounding area. Nothing negative to say. Was a great place to stay.

• Alimohammad (4/5): Disappointing place. It's not a hotel!!! - There was only one staff member for everything, and she was so kind and helpful. However, she wasn't able to speak English. Spacious rooms beside that, nothing to compliment about this place. Oh, I have a long list of that... 1. First of all, it's not a hotel, it's an apartment, there is no receptionist, no entrance, nothing... I was really shocked and embarrassed, photos that presenting entrance is not real, there is no lobby or receptionist, it's a parking lot!!!! 2. The air conditioner was that small that couldn't cool the unit, simple as is! But they offered me to change the unit to another in the shadow side. It ended up having a unit next to electrical Terrance. we survived at the end, but yeah, it was their solution! I requested cancelation and changing my hotel, which wasn't successful 3. So, since there wasn't any receptionist for checking in, I was given a whatsapp number, and I was asked to send a photo of my passport, I didn’t do that cause I wasn't OK with the fact that they can have my passport Pic for any reason 4. There were a lot of ants in the unit. We just didn't have enough time to deal with them anymore, so we never brought it up with them. 5. Lizard! On my unit's door! 6. The location wasn't convenient 7. I am a photographer, I know how to edit photos, but in this case, honestly, photos were false information and edited to much that changed the whole reality 8. It wasn't pleasant at all, honestly, and it made a bad memory of our trip to phuket 9. I really wanna know how and where they got those 4 star for their place. It's not even a hotel!!!! 4 star hotel!!! Unbelievable!! 10. It wasn't worth it for the price I paid. In the end, I wanna say that I'm not a picky person, I never wanted to leave a bad review, but in this case, nobody deserves to face this kinda situation, so just don't ruin your trip, and spend more money and get a good hotel in Patong area, instead of ...

• Shubesco (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent value for money 💰! The apartment which has a separate bedroom, toilet, and shower, including a mini lounge & kitchenette was in excellent condition. The abundance of windows with good curtains for blocking out light at night creates a very airy and welcoming atmosphere. Room cleaning service is provided every day. The two air-conditioners in the apartment helped to maintain a perfect temperature. Oh, and there's also a mini balcony. Great staff! Good security with undercover parking. The rooftop pool with gymnasium is kept in excellent condition. Very peaceful surroundings, almost no noise, especially at night. Will certainly keep this apartment on our list for when we return to this beautiful country. Everything was excellent 👌

• Michael (2/5): It's been very disapponting !!!! - No reception; no phone in the room; was difficult to communicate with the security guard; waited over 40 minutes for housekeeping to come and show me the room which was somewhat dirty and had to bring me to a different room on the 4th floor; TV does not work: only Thai channels, could NOT watch the news during my entire stay; ants every where: bathroom, sink area, bedroom, etc...reported with videos, but no action was taken; my partner and I have few bite marks on our legs while sleeping, guess may have "bed bugs"?!? hotel charged me credit card MORE (1355 baht) than what they sent me in the email confirmation; refused to refund me. I'll file a dispute with my credit card???? SEE ABOVE!

• Nadia (5/5): Wouldn’t recommend. - Cleaners replaced water every day & made up the room. The pool is beautiful and has an amazing view (I don't know how often it was cleaned as there were so many dead flies in it every day, we only used the pool once or twice because of this). If you're staying 1-2 nights this place would be fine but definitely no longer. Very loud most days/nights, and construction work went on frequently. There were ants all over the kitchen counter on arrival and throughout the stay, staff were informed but nothing was done not even a room move. It's not the best location but if you have a motorbike it's okay. The gym is tiny and the sauna was out of order our whole stay (30 days). The staff at the property were nice, however, the lady who runs the WhatsApp was sometimes rude. 1 key was lost and we were charged 1000 baht (they made the price up as we could hear the conversation staff were having, first the man said 300 baht then the lady said 800 and 200 extra for the time?) Very unprofessional but as I said 1-2 days would be ok. I wasn’t going to bother with this review, however, after being asked 5 times, here it is lol.
• Georgios (7/5): Decent stay close to Phuket Town - the rooms we’re comfortable and the pool is a real asset check in wasn’t very easy as we could not find the entrance and people didn’t really speak English, but they were still willing to help
• Basam (7/5): Good value - The size of the suite was good and the cleaning ladies were exceptional and so nice. The the rooftop swimming pool had a great view, but should have more lounge chairs. Was far from everything!

Hotel was hard to find from the address given on booking.com. We couldn’t find a reception so hard to ask someone any questions but the person on whatsapp was very helpful in answering any questions we had.

• Aron (3/5): Pool under maintenance 😞 - We chose this hotel because it was advertised that there is a pool on the roof. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance during our entire stay and the hotel staff only told us about it during the check-in. The hotel staff contacted us several times before we arrived and asked about our arrival time, but they didn't even mention that the pool is not available. If we knew that the pool is not available during our stay, we would have chosen a different hotel. In addition to that, the hotel is far away from everything. There are no shops or restaurants nearby.

Not a great location, bed & pillows hard, pool un-useable (not made aware of that before booking) never found a restaurant, gym equipment old & rusty. Reception not helpful at all. Left after 1 night....
• Jamie (10/5): Wonderful Phuket - The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Phuket City was superb, especially the sunday market just outside. i met Tong, the local bar owner, whose hospitality was tremendous. i plan to go back I can't say i didn't like anything because everything was great. The room could need a microwave that would be a bounus
