Recomandam Moderna Brace din apropiere unde o gatesc o vita foarte buna. Imprejurimile destul de mizere, un cartier exact ca in filmele vechi. Locatia bine amenajata in contrast cu restul zonei.

Bem silencioso e tranquilo, com aquecedores, cozinha com utensílios para cozinhar, staff super amigável e solícito. Mercados e mais comércios próximo. Apesar de não ser na área mais bonita de Bari, me senti segura.

• Anna (7/5): Un hotel sicuro con personale gentile - I stayed in spacious apartments on the ground floor. There is a large bedroom, a hallway, and another room with a table, chairs, and a sofa. Both rooms have access to a large balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The bathroom has everything you need: a bathtub, sink, bidet, toilet, and hairdryer. There is hot water available 24/7 (I stayed there in September). The double bed is comfortable. The bed linen and towels are clean and spotless. The apartments are cleaned daily. There is also a small kitchenette with all the essentials: a kettle, fridge, stove, sink, microwave, dishes, tea & coffee. The reception is available from 8 AM to 8 PM. After 8 PM, access to the residence is by guest card. Visa Residence has an elevator. The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment has useful information prepared in advance about Bari's attractions, nearby shops, restaurants, and pizzerias, as well as clear instructions for guests. Overall, I liked the apartment itself. The only downside is the location – it’s about a 30-40 minute walk to the city center. There's a bus stop within 5-10 minutes, and the train station Brigata is about 10-15 minutes away. Nearby, you can find an affordable pizzeria, a bakery with fresh pastries, pharmacies, and grocery stores. Dante Alighieri Street is quite busy and not very comfortable for pedestrians. *Note: as I travel on foot, the times I mention refer to walking distance. Location (it’s far from the city center and the main train station Bari Centrale), no parking, no nice views. The street where Visa Residence is located looks a bit run-down; in the evenings there's an unpleasant smell from the garbage bins and the surroundings feel rather bleak. But that's a downside of the location, not of the residence itself.

Miguel y el resto del personal siempre a disposición con buenos consejos y ayuda. Muy limpio todo, la cocina super completa. La terraza divina. Hubiese preferido mas cerca del centro. Pero todo impecable.

• Blanka SCHRAMOVÁ (7/5): - The accommodation is clean, the reception is open during the day and the staff is very nice and helpful. The roof area is cosy and relaxing. The ground floor apartment is a bit dark, the kitchen is not for large cooking, but it was sufficient for our needs. You have to count on longer walk to the center and also the fact that the accommodation is in a normal residential area, so you can often encounter sounds of Italian temperament :-)

• MyLoveToTravel (9/5): Clean, pleasant and quiet stay. - Good maintenance of the property overall. Please note that either you like to walk or you take means of transportation as the location of this property is 20 25 minutes walking from Bari Centrale or the Historic Center. Nice people at the reception, quiet during the nights (this depends also on the other tourists) but during our stay no major issues or noises. We appreciated even though we may have not used all, but it is a very nice gesture to find: big bottle of water in the fridge, coffee, oil, salt, tea, etc. The apartment was clean, the bed was confy, there is also a nice terrace on the top, so I do recommend this accommodation for a pleasant stay in Bari. On top, one can have the feeling of living in Bari as these apartments seem to be in a not very touristic area so one can have the taste of the city residents day to day life. Is not that we did not like, but a washing liquid for dishes would have been good but no biggie. A washing machine for the clothes or at least a dedicated dryer on the balcony would be also a nice addition as beaches are all around. but again not something to complain about but would be good enhancements in the future.

• Rafał (8/5): Pobyt był przyjemny. - Apartament w porządku, duży i przestronny, posiada udogodnienia typu klimatyzacja, żelazko, suszarka, mikrofalówka. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Codzienne sprzątanie, wymiana ręczników co drugi dzień. W pobliżu komunikacja miejska. Dosyć obskurna okolica. Lokalowi przydałby się remont (np. nowa wanna) lub chociaż wymiana wyposażenia (stary sprzęt kuchenny).

• Zsuzsanna (10/5): Nekünk tökéletes - Tiszta, kényelmes. Kedves személyzet. Igazából nekünk a környék is tetszett, olyan helyi, dél olasz( hangos , de kedves emberekkel, koszos, de szerethető). Minimálisan tudok csak negatívat írni. A konyha felszerelt, de néhány dolog még jól jött volna( pl papírtörlő, alufólia vagy folpack).

• Barbora (8/5): For amount of money it’s fine. Apartments look modern and clean. - It’s fully equipped apartment so you have everything you may possible need. Comparing what you’re getting for amount of money it’s very satisfying. The location is little bit minus since around you have typical Italian houses so at the evening it’s very loud around most of the time and it’s little bit further from city centre (20 minutes walking). On the other side you have grocery store pharmacy etc. close. Another con was the fridge situation. Because of the little point on the wall after entering the apartment which said insert for power I assume that when the card wasn’t inside the power was off. Thanks to that when we weren’t there several hours a day some food went bad which is kind a useless point of the fridge then.
