• Pierre (1/5): Ne venez pas vous serez déçu. Un vrai cauchemar - Tout hotel sale bruyant et au dessus de notre chambre bar rooftop .Du bruit jusqu’à 2h00du matin et le deuxième jour ascenseur en panne nous étions au 5 ème étage avec les enfants.

• Rebecca (2/5): Great location, bad hotel - The woman who maintains the hotel is lovely and she's doing all she can. The hotel is in a good location but, I wouldn't stay there again as there were too many issues. The place was having repairs so there was mess and noise. I wasn't aware there was a 500 baht deposit. There wasn't a window and it was small. There were no toiletries (as listed on the website), a shower that dribbled water, one towel, half a toilet roll, a dirty shower mat and a number of cleanliness issues. The AC was broken so it couldn't rotate air around the room. The TV also didn't work which I raised with the staff and was told an engineer would come to look at it. The engineer never came.

• M6386BClawrencem (2/5): I'd rather sleep on the street - The worst place in Thong Lo. Give it the widest berth. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The place is an utter piss take and the reference to hotel is more than generous. It is a dump. No hot water, No TV, filthy stained sheets, used tissue paper in the hallways. A health risk. Avoid like the plague.

She disturbed.me at 11pm for deposit which was agreed I would arrange the following day. The room was dirty and unclean and although I was moved to different room it was still unclean. I booked for 2 nights based on the photos and reading the reviews. It seemed ok. It was not. The accommodation floor which was floor 4 stated no smoking in the building even though there a strong smell of tobacco in the corridor and in my room. I had to leave at 12 midnight to find other accommodation. A very poor experience. I have requested a full refund but the response from booking.com was totally inadequate. All they said was that I could leave feedback so as the property could improve based on that feedback. Booking.com has totally failed to understand the customers experience in this instance and I will be taking matters further. • jl19892019 (2/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! - Poor hotel. Dirty. The mattress covers has holes... they only put curtain on wall but there is no window. A complete joke. The toilet was not clean and very dity. The room smells like moth balls. We checked out on the day we checked in. Very bad and dirty location too!
• AKIRA (6/5): 日本人御用達？？ - トンローの日本村のすぐ近く。一階は居酒屋さん。ホテルの入り口が居酒屋の裏口という奇妙な構造。なので、非常に分かりにくかった。要するに雑居ビルの4階と５階をホテル使用している。なのでロビーは存在せず。フロントも子連れのお母さんがのんびりとやってる。最初は？？と思ったが、それなりにほんわかして良い。部屋はそこそこ広くてきれい。交通至便。

• Chels9172 (6/5): Good value for money! - Myself and my partner stayed here for one night. Initially we were uneasy once we arrived due to the location as it is located on the 4th floor above restaurants. The hotel was clean, however the downfall was that there was no safe provided in the room itself to store valuables and the water wasn’t very hot. The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful with very good English and made our stay at the hotel a lot more relaxing. There are a wide selection of restaurants and bars worth visiting within walking distance. Good value for money - you get what you pay for!
• lek (10/5): Beyond expectation - The snooze hotel was very cozy, clean, good location and staff are nice. The hotel loccated in central of thonglor where there is many good resturants, bar, hospital, super market night club in walking distance, very convinient and it only take 5 mins to bts thonglor. I stay here before the renovation and change of owner. But after renovation i think everything is much more better. Very good value for money, i think compare to the quality it is the cheapest and best in thonglor

• Joseph_Dewey (10/5): Quirky, interesting hotel - I really liked this hotel. It's above a sushi restaurant and below a Thai bar in the Japanese area of Bangkok. The hotel only has 9 rooms, so it's a really tiny hotel. The service was pretty good, even though they only had a person at the reception desk about half of the time. I think they only have one person who works here. The room is pretty clean, but it is a little weathered. I felt safe, and I loved the area.

I've stayed in many types of hotel all over Thailand for the past 16 years and this one goes down as the most obscene and disgrace to the Thai hospitality industry... lacks character, poor service, no make up of room, moulded toilet, soft pillows, small room, 3 working TV channels, dodgy building shared with other businesses... i could go on buy you get the idea by now.. Stay away!!!
• Scott (6/5): "OK" Stay!!! - I stayed here one night, it was close to many of the great bars in Thonglor. It was also a short 10 min walk to Samitivej Hospital, where I went to get my annual check-up. Overall the place was ok, it was a bit difficult to find, as it was a bit hidden. The staff was nice and helpful.

Pros : comfy bed with clean bed sheets, kettle in the room Cons : entrence of the hotel from a small dark alley behind the building, noisy at night, noisy A/C, safe in the room broken, not very clean bathroom, no daily room cleaning.

The room is not really clean, but really noisy !! The aircon is noisy too, like the minibar ! The curtains is just a joke, and the bed is really hard !! I really don't recommend !!
• tych0l (8/5): Nice clean and very cheap hotel - This was overall a good experience; it looks weird from the outside but inside out ours clean and spacey enough. The price is insane for the location; similar priced hotels have bunk beds while this has a nice king bed. The only thing wrong with it is the extreme noise from the bar on the roof; if you like getting drunk until 3 am it is great but if you want a quiet evening it is insane. We don't mind too much but they should warn for this. We will be back though.

• germanainthai (6/5): Noisy and difficoult to find but very close to Samitivej Hospital - After reservation I have contacted the hotel through LINE because googlemaps was giving very strange location (which turned out to be wrong). The staff gave me some indication on how to find the hotel but there was no sign and I had to call them when I arrived,the staff did not speak much english but one of them came to meet me in front of a restaurant closeby. The hotel is on the 4th and 5th floor of a building which has a restaurant on 2nd and 3rd floor and a bar on the top floor. The entrance is in the back of the building, accessible from a parking. The room was small but clean, no windows and very basic. The toilet was ok, towels and bedsheets were clean and there was hot water. My room was right close to the stairs so it was pretty noisy, with people going up and down to the bar, chatting or screaming. No breakfast was served and there is no 7/11 closeby, just japanese restaurants (and a small shopping mall I did not visit) and a simple bakery. Best thing: it took me 5 minutes walk to get to Samitivej Hospital (which was the reason for booking the hotel). The room was also pretty cheap for the area. I might stay again in future but will bring earplugs!
• vic (4/5): No hotel sign - cry difficult to find - This hotel is off an alley and not actually on the road indicated in its address. There is no sign for the hotel so it was extremely difficult to find, especially at night. I called the hotel to get directions after wandering back and forth with the taxi driver, who also couldn't find it, and the luckily the front desk lady spoke fluent English. However, it was like pulling teeth to get information and her description was if absolutely no help. I was able to get a local to help fortunately. The hotel is actually on the 4th floor of a building shared with a bar and a restaurant - important information to provide in the reservation process. The hotel is tiny and the room that was provided looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I booked a deluxe suite and got a 12x12 room with 2 beds that were as hard as rocks. The front desk was not helpful or nice and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
• Jinsik Kim (10/5): Cozy stay in the well-maintained hotel - It was a quite lovely stay. the room is big enough and bathroom is clean. everything is quite good. The location is 1min walking distance to main Thong lor street and 3min walk to J avenue where you can find everything you need including 24hr McDonalds. Even though you need to take a taxi or motobike taxi to Soi13 street where the hotel located from BTS Thoglo (this is the same problem all hotels in Thonglo area have). For reference it takes about 15-20walk from Thong lo BTS station. 20Baht by motobike taxi. the surrounding is quite busy area. middle of Japanese town. Ask your taxi take you to 'Thong lo soi ssim ssam (thong lo 13 street) or to Misoya thonglo soi 13. The hotel is 3~5floor or the building. If you are searching for affordable and cozy place middle of but not the exact middle of current Bangkok, this hotel will be quite good choice. Recommended!
• Bonbonmontreal (6/5): A decent budget hotel in a semi-popular neighborhood - This is a budget hotel located about 250 meters off of the Soi Thinglor thoroughfare. The sub-soi that runs perpendicular to Soi Thonglor terminates at Samitivej Hospital, a 7-minute walk away. Thus, it's a convenient and inexpensive choice for people who have business or friends/family at the hospital. It is indeed difficult to find, as it's off the street and around a corner in an area that has a lot of Japanese restaurants. There is a very popular bar just a minute away. The hotel itself is located on the fourth floor of a commercial building. All of the security guards and parking lot attendants seem to know it. There is traffic noise all the time, because the sub-soi is busy. The rooms are decent size, and the pictures I've seen here are accurate. There was an efficient air conditioner, big TV, fridge, and a king-size bed with a hard mattress. Good fast wifi, too. The room was clean, if not absolutely immaculate, and the shower was strong with ample hot water. The traffic noise and the noisy doors in the hallway will affect light sleepers, but I was willing to accept it in exchange for a 22 dollar room. The check-in procedure was fast and polite, especially since I'd booked the room through Agoda and got a super price. I would recommend this place for travelers who understand that it's not fancy but utilitarian. There's nothing less expensive in the area.
