- David (7/5): Great hotel and location spoilt by noise from adjacent construction site. - The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was modern, attractive in a great location by the beach. The room was also very nice. However, we were extremely disappointed that we were not warned before booking that literally across the road was a construction site. At 8 am in the morning extremely loud noises, coming from the site, made it impossible to sleep or relax in our room!! This was extremely annoying and spoiled our otherwise pleasant experience there. Booking.com should compensate us for this lack of essential information at the time of booking. The extremely noisy construction site across the road which was frequently extremely loud from 8am in the morning onwards. This is not acceptable. Although this is not the fault of the hotel as they could do nothing about it, we should have been advised of the situation before booking.

I was not really happy with the shower as it was supposed to be accessible and there was no seat for my daughter to sit on in the shower. It is difficult for her to feel confident standing in the water. A bit disappointing as it was supposed to be accessible.

Pero si tuviera que destacar algo, el desayuno, tipo Buffet, no muy amplio, pero tenía de todo, de calidad y con zumo de naranja natural, algo que cada vez se ve menos en los hoteles!!! Repetiremos si volvemos a Santander. Le leche en Tetabrik no cuadraba con ese tipo de hotel y desayuno tipo Buffet, una jarras habría estado más acorde.

Modern hotel with very spacious room. The downside was it felt quite corporate and the staff were that way inclined rather than friendly and wanting to do more for you. Parking charges are a bit high, and feel like an unnecessary extra when you are paying for a room.

- Alan (8/5): Very relaxing stay in a comfortable hotel. - Lovely location with great view of the beach. On the waterfront and among the local restaurants. Bus stop to the city outside the hotel. The restaurant was closed throughout our stay. We were not told about this when we booked. Only catering was in the cafe which was dreary.
