• Kasaundra (9/5): It was a great place for a beach visit or even coming through for a night. - If you are looking for a great place to see the beach. ESPECIALLY dog people this is the place. Even my kids enjoy it, nice space larger fridge. A good set up. Not much I could say.

• Molly (10/5): Fantastic Place - Fantastic place. Room was spacious, clean and modern. It had a full sized fridge, comfortable beds, cold A/C and lots of room. Niko at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly.

• Angela (8/5): we had a nice visit. - Seemed that there were a few people living there. They were very nice, cooking and hanging out in the evenings. The location was close to the bridge for Pensacola Beach. It was tricky getting across that traffic to drive elsewhere
• Savannah (1/5): Dirty. Non accommodating. Wont be coming back. - It was close to the beach... that's the only thing I enjoyed about this place. First they gave me a room with a shower handle that's falling off the wall and mold everywhere in the bathroom. Then they only had one more room available and it was a one bed... my sister and I had to share. After a 10 hour drive, we made it work. No wifi in the room. The bed was rusting into the floor. But the next day they didn't have a room I paid for available again till 4 pm. Now they are refusing to refund me for the first night and taking me every direction. Manager Nico is lying to my face saying he will help get a refund but told booking not to refund me. Absolutely do not recommend this place.

• Amanda (10/5): It was a pleasant experience and I will stay there again when I go back to Florida - I loved it as it to me is a beach house. There is a grill, pool, vending machine, and is centrally located. :) No complaints here.

• Brittany (4/5): - Very load next door people banging on the walls crying baby’s all hours of night I need to report noise disturbance for the past two days there has been banging yelling crying baby's all day long and banging on the walls all hours of the night this is my wife and I vacation for our anniversary and this is not a pleasant stay unfortunately I been hearing from the walls all hour cussing and drama talk we can't even sleep 😴 due to how the weather has been and the loud noise from people smell of marijuana everywhere you go on the property we have been having to stay in in the room because the bad weather on top of that the the location area room beside us sounds like they are hitting the wall if any help I thank you 🙏 we made a 10 hour trip here not to be around loud noise and drama from other people thanks

• Thomas (6/5): Ok. But don’t know that I’d stay again. - The room looks nice but as others have said the floors are filthy. They look clean until you walk on them in bare feet then your feet’s turn black. Our room had a broken window held together with a Ron Jon’s sticker. The fire pit appears to be just a giant ash tray. It was also very noisy. Not that anyone was yelling and screaming but the noise just echoes. There is no water pressure in the shower and because it takes so long to take a shower the light turns off due to the movement sensor being outside the room.

• Shebah (8/5): Cute and Quiet Inn - The inn looked exactly like the pictures. The quality was really great. Clean room and we felt safe and secure there. I loved that it was close to shops/stores and Pensacola Beach was just down the street from us. It was a pleasant stay and we appreciate the hospitality of the staff at Gulf Coast Inn.

It’s on one level, so that’s also nice, you can park right outside your door. The guy at the desk was extremely friendly & accommodating. Great price too!

• Richard (6/5): - This was our second time staying here and while we find this type of drive in motels great andvwe did the first time we stayed, it appears not much effort is taken in updates to rooms. The king size bed in our room, the same room we had ladt year , needs to be upgraded. The shower fixtures could use some love as well.
• Noemi (6/5): Dirty room - There was a huge spill under the bed that was sticky. There was a cheese wrapper stuck on it. There was coffe but no coffee maker. Also there was a leak under our sink. The staff was super friendly though.

We were very happy with our stay, the room was clean, recently remodeled, comfortable. TV was nice, bathroom was bright and clean. loved the extra large hotel fridge PLUS freezer! Here's really no place to Although we didn't spend much time there, the grounds were well kept, the pool area looked clean. If you're looking for a comfy place to lay your head for the night, I would highly recommend.

• steve (10/5): PERFECT PLACE YO RECHARGE - Easy check in. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Walking distance for everything, restaurants, Publix. Waffle House next door. For my runners, it’s a 2 mile run to the beach. In the car 5 minutes. The pool is super nice with plenty of chairs. Laundry on site. PEFECT location. Give this place a stay. 3 days 2 nights

• Brice (10/5): All in all we will be back. We enjoyed our stay! - The staff! The staff are ALWAYS at hard work and do everything they can to help make sure your comfortable your stay! The key entry system was terribly flawed, my wife and I were locked out numerous times due to the key entry system failing. Staff also had complaints on the system, the issue doesn’t fall on the management or staff any but the owner directly.
• Steve (4/5): - Took shower, walked to bed to set down to put socks on and the bottom of feet were black. Apparently they do not mop floors. Lights go off while in shower or using restroom due to motion sensor switch outside restroom. They advertise daily housekeeping, they did not come all day, we had to call and request towels and toilet paper, when asked why they didnt clean room, they said you have to request it. Parking spots are too narrow

• Melody (3/5): I hope to never stay on a place like that again. - Staff “Niko” was really really nice. The room smelled so strong of bleach we had to air out the room. There was no hot water to take a shower. Everything was out dated. The bed frame, furniture etc … for what I paid is was not worth my money. 🥲 very surprised and not in a good way.

• Lori (6/5): - Our room was recently remodeled, so that was nice. The blinds were not room darkening, so it was super bright in our room starting at sunrise. That’s great for the middle and end of the day, but at 6, it was a little much. The first day, I didn’t showered until late morning, and I had no hot water. The next morning, I showered earlier so there was hot water, but I do think a motel should have water heaters appropriately sized for the customer load. Saturday night, there was lots of action out on the property well into the night with lots of people out on their front porches and balconies, which wasn’t the most comfortable experience for a woman and teenaged girl to walk through. I’d probably not stay there again traveling as a woman with her child. The location was great as it was close to Pensacola Beach, but getting out of the parking lot felt a bit like playing Frogger as the traffic was pretty heavy.

• kristen (8/5): A convenient , cozy , affordable, well located & nicely updated stay - The staff were very friendly , the room comfortable and nicely renovated, the property felt safe and well maintained and thought out for walking around. The pool and grills and seating areas were a nice addition, and the location was excellent There was a bit of a plumbing problem that happened in the very middle of the night ( starting about 2 AM and lasting about 2 hours off and on) it was sort of a chronic problem and it was VERY loud
