El baño tenía la puerta de la ducha que abría hacia afuera con lo cual para poder ingresar había que abrir la puerta del baño. Además la puerta de la ducha no era hermética con lo cual se filtraba agua al baño. No había bowl para ensaladas.

Für Londoner Verhältnisse sehr großes Zimmer mit viel Platz und einer Küchenzeile mit allen wichtigen Dingen. Wir würden beim nächsten Mal wieder hier buchen!

Volvería seguro No me gustó que el baño no estaba limpio y el lavamanos se llenaba de agua y se desbordaba. Creo que es algo que deberían mejorar

First of all it was clean as we always check the mattress and pillows. New sofa in the room which we had made up into an additional sleeping surface. Tried the AC and it was great. Abdul at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. We liked that there was someone available in the building. We just had to ask for fresh towels or supplies as needed.The location was very good and we quickly became familiar with the neighborhood. Close to 2 tube stations, shops, parks, etc. We used the kitchen area to make all our breakfasts and some meals. Saved a lot and so it was so convienient. Now that we found it we will stay here again." A full size broom would be nice so we could sweep up more easily. Sometimes the app for the door didnt work but you can get a physical card. We had one for each room/couple.

Klein aber fein Sehr nette Mitarbeiter Verbesserungswürdig wäre höchstens noch Folgendes: - Es gab nur eine Regendusche; also keine Möglichkeit zum Füße waschen (z.B.). - Ablage im Bad gab es nur über der Toilette. - Es gibt nur eine Bettdecke die man sich teilen muss.

- pmjay00 (9/5): Very good stay, would recommend. - Room was clean and had what we needed. Bed was comfortable, good shower, nice neighbourhood.Staff was very receptive to any requests. Only garbage is changed daily( which is clearly described) but if you need anything the staff will make sure it is supplied.Special thanks to Abdul. We enjoyed the little outside deck. We would stay here again. All good, maybe time to update the stairwell carpet and our room didnt have under cabinet lighting.

- Sofia (8/5): - Gli arredi, la posizione e la vista La temperatura degli ambienti troppo fredda
- Sara (4/5): - Della struttura ho apprezzato la posizione, perché comunque era situata in un quartiere tranquillo e la metro era vicina e facilmente raggiungibile, inoltre i ragazzi dello staff sono stati molto gentili, sorridenti e disponibili. Allora il soggiorno è stato comunque non piacevole, partendo dalla tavola per coprire il wc completamente staccata,la finestra non si chiudeva né apriva facilmente e entrava il freddo,e la stanza in generale non era pulita. La cucina non è stata testata, però sono certa non fosse a disposizione lo scottex e la cosa più negativa in assoluto è stata l’assenza del doccino, cioè era presente solo la doccia “dall’alto” e questo è un problema non essendoci il bidet.

Oltre ad essere vicino ad Hyde Park e Notting Hill, è ottimamente collegato alle zone più centrali con due linee di metro e svariati autobus. Ci sono negozi, pub e ristoranti. HOTEL E STANZA: la struttura ha un ampio ascensore (o forse due, io prendevo sempre lo stesso, ma ripensandoci ce n'era un altro vicino) e al check in forniscono chiavi elettroniche per accedere all'edificio e alla stanza. Comodissime. Ricordatevi che la pulizia è a richiesta, quindi il giorno che volete pulizia della stanza, cambio lenzuola, eccetera, la mattina quando uscite avvisate la persona al desk. La spazzatura me l'hanno portata via tutti i giorni. La mia camera era pulita e luminosa. C'era una zona cottura (con lavastoviglie, microonde, kettle, eccetera), un grande televisore, tavolino con due sedie comodissime, armadio con lavatrice, armadio e bagno con doccia, asciugacapelli. Kit cortesia bagno. Ho visto che c'era un ferro da stiro. Letto comodo. Segnalo che una sera ho avuto un problema nella stanza (causato da me, tengo a precisare. Colpa mia), in pochi minuti il gentilissimo manutentore è arrivato e risolto. Ho soggiornato in tre o quattro strutture nella zona, questa è la migliore e la consiglio

Sesiz ve temiz bir semt şehrin içi gibi kaus yok. 5 yaşındaki oğlumla konakladık tavsiye ederim. Odalar 5 günde bir temizleniyor bizim gibi 4 gün konaklayanlarda iki günde bir temizlenmesi gerekir. - Belen (9/5): - La ubicación es excelente si no querés estar en el medio del lío. El barrio es muy hermoso y tranquilo, muy cerca de Notting Hill y de Paddington. Recomiendo 100% el pub Phoenix que te hace vivir la experiencia local y te reciben con mucha calidez.
- Giacomo (8/5): Nel complesso positiva, ci torneremmo. - Posizione fantastica, in pieno centro vicino a tutti i parchi più belli della città, perfetto per girare anche a piedi in famiglia. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo considerando la posizione. La richiesta di cambiare la biancheria del letto e asciugamani ci è stata accordata velocemente e senza costi. La comunicazione è stata semplice e sempre rapida Purtroppo non è stato possibile cancellare solo la prima notte di soggiorno di cinque. Lo comprendiamo visto anche il poco preavviso di qualche giorno ma saremmo stati felici che la nostra richiesta fosse accettata. Il bagno un po' stretto, uscire dalla doccia con il lavandino vicino non è stato praticissimo ma ci siamo abituati facilmente. La pulizia sufficiente ma non eccezionale.

- Glanzer (8/5): Gutes Appartement mit kleinen Mängeln - Wir hatten ein Appartement im Keller und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. (Küchenzeile inkl. Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle; gut ausgestattetes Badezimmer, Waschmaschine inkl. Trockner. Es war eigentlich fast perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt von 6 Nächten. In 7 Min. Fußweg erreicht man die U-Bahn Station Bayswater und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Das Bett war relativ schmal, das größere Problem war eher die Bettdecke für zwei Personen, die kaum ausreichend war, sobald sich eine Person umdrehte. Wir haben am ersten Tag Wäsche gewaschen und haben anschließend die Trockenfunktion verwendet. Obwohl wir nur einen Teil der Wäsche trocknen wollten, war sie auch nach 3 Durchläufen noch nass. Wir haben sie dann mit Kleiderhaken bzw. über den Handtuchtrockner zum trocknen aufgehängt. Zum Glück hatten wir noch ein paar Tage Aufenthalt sonst hätten wir mit nasser Wäsche weiterreisen dürfen.

There is a lift, so no issues of climbing up four flights of stairs. The room is a large apartment (especially for 2 persons) with good facilities. There's also curtains to really block out the noise and light Facilities available, but not used: tv, hobs, washing machine and dryer, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher Facilities available, and used: plates, cutleries, fridge, hot water, soap and shampoo, towels, hangers Wifi was a bit spotty at times, while the shower was a bit on the smaller end. Other than that everything was perfectly fine.

Apto muito bem equipado, como maquina de lavar e cozinha completa! ar condicionado e aquecedor de escelente qualidade, assim como um banheiro muito bem equipado!! tudo otimo!!

Unica pecca, una sera totalmente a caso è partito un allarme nella struttura, non molto gradevole… Abbiamo provato a controllare se ci fosse qualcuno, senza riscontro, per poi provare a chiamare i numeri indicatici dallo staff, ma anche questa volta senza riscontro. Fino alle 6/7 di mattina, non c’è stato modo di trovare una soluzione…

Chegamos cedo para o check-in e foi possível deixar a bagagem, o que se repetiu no check-out. Cama muito confortável. A estrutura é muito boa com todas as facilidades possíveis para cozinha e para lavar e passar roupa. A localização é excelente! A porta do box do banheiro não abre toda. Bate na pia. Para entrar no box precisava manter a porta do banheiro aberta. Uma porta de vidro jateada que não dá nenhuma privacidade. Talvez uma porta sanfonada no box ou cortina, funcionasse melhor. Uma panela ou frigideira antiaderente seria um bom investimento. Ovos mexidos grudaram no fundo da panela disponível.

- Clare (9/5): Great location, lovely stay - Location to tube was great. Bed was comfy. Shower was decent. The building from the outside is gorgeous, as is the street. It was a nice touch to have teabags and milk too 😁 Lack of bedside shelf. That is the only thing I’m marking it down on. There was nowhere for me to put a drink or my phone. I didn’t realise how much I needed one until I didn’t have one.

- Lisa (9/5): - Nice studio apartment, spacious for London. Clean, comfortable quiet. In a pretty street, close walk to Bayswater tube and shops. No washer or dryer in the room, which was on the listing and photos. So check first if you would like in room.
- Paul (8/5): Heerlijk - We voelden ons meteen thuis in deze gezellige en goed faciliteerde studio. Erg handig om een volledige keuken en een wasmachine tot onze beschikking te hebben. De bedden waren goed en we vonden het fijn dat het raam open kon. We moesten zelf om schone handdoeken vragen, want die werden niet ververst, ook al lagen ze op de grond. Er werden alleen vuilniszakken verwisseld elke dag.
- Darren Lamont (7/5): great location for sightseeing around london - A nice room, good facilities, close to tube with lots of shops around. an Ice machine was located in the lift lobby which was great for drinks the room had an iron but no ironing board, the bathroom was a bit small but adequate. the left luggage facility wasnt a locked room. bags were just stored out in the open within view of the reception desk

- Rosemary (8/5): Cosy and enjoyable with lots of places to eat and good transport links. - The location excellent with many transport options and the staff were helpful and lovely. Perhaps the room was a little small, but it had everything I needed.

Such a safe and pretty setting, convenient to everything we could need!! Supermarket, restaurants cafes, transport and parkland. Friendly, helpful staff. Nothing 😊

- Kathryn (7/5): Comfort but a bit small - Close to shops and railway station. Washing machine handy in the room. Close access to dryer if needed. Ice machine handy. Helpful staff. Little on the small side. Difficult to place luggage out of the way.

Also needed to ensure the battery on phone was always charged so we could access the building and our room as didn’t know we could get a key

Felt like a nice safe area of the City. Stairs up to the loft bedroom are steep so be prepared for the climb to the bedroom. A block out blind over the skylight above the bed would help as it is quite light at night.

- Sheryl (9/5): - Room was very spacious and well located (easily walkable to Notting Hill and the Elizabeth line) The staff were also helpful and the pictures were quite representative of the actual room too I appreciated the facilities for cooking and laundry Might be due to the location of my room, but there was a strong cigarette smell at my door on my first day. It didn't affect the rest of the room or my stay however, just the entryway. Just a minor point as this did not happen on any other days and I still had a really restful and comfortable stay!
