- lilas jeanne erika (2/5): more like a camping, less like a hotel - The basic problems of the hotel are:
1. The lighting inside the rooms really low (you cannot see your self clearly in the mirror or read a book)
2. No closet or room for luggages, of course no safe
3. no proper locks on the doors, you loose a lot of time trying to lock or unlock a door/window
4. millions of insects (some rooms have more than the others)
5. Very bad WiFi (I couldn't work on my laptop continuously for more than a few minutes in all of the rooms I moved to (3 in total because of the problem with the insects in the 2 out of 3)
6. Very bad toilet smell.
7. The walls of this very small rooms full of cracks and dissolving
8. simple facilities like fridge or hairdryer are not included
- otwist2016 (8/5): Joyful - Quiet, clean, nice pool and garden. Breakfast simple but ok. Quite a ride to the city, but feasible within 10 min with a motorbike you can rent at the owner. And now I just have to fill the gap to make it up to 200 letters... ;-)
- AndiSette (10/5): Very nice little resort a bit outside of Hua Hin - best price-value-relationship!! - I loved this quiet resort. Simple, but with everything u need. 3 categories of bungalows/rooms and very attentive and helpful staff and owner. Free coffee and tea all day - very comfortable. Also possible to get breakfast/food here. Clean little "Eco Resort" with cute pool, only very few plastic. On the main road nr. 102 near by, lots of all kind of good and cheap restaurants. They rent motorbikes and also bicycles, so no problem to go to city or shopping centers. I have very much enjoyed my stay here :-)
- Dognoodle1 (10/5): What an awesome place - We stayed here for the night on the way south with our 2 families. (Ten of us) . We ended up staying an extra night as we loved it ! The rooms are clean and so awesome (bamboo huts) and the family who run the resort have ferried us all over the place. They even went to the hospital to buy crutches when my sons girlfriend injured her foot (injured in amphawa not here). Would certainly recommend this resort. They arranged massages for us girls which was a tenner each for an hour . Amazing place . 10 out of 10
Fond memories will go back to england with us

- iamwaru (6/5): Small and budget hotel with small swimming pool / โรงแรมเล็ก ประหยัด มีพื้นที่นิดหน่อย - โรงแรมเล็กๆ ทำเลห่างจากทะเล เข้าซอยหัวหิน 102 ถนนเข้าค่อนข้างแคบ ด้านในเป็นหมู่บ้านและเป็นซอยตัน ควรมีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว ในห้องแสงสว่างน้อย แต่สามารถมานั้งแล่นด้านนอกได้ตรงสระน้ำ ในราคา 8 ร้อยกว่าๆ ที่จองได้ ก็โอเค เจ้าของก็สบายๆ
A small hotel far from the beach. located in village and good for tourist who travel by private vehicle, car or motorcycle. there is a very small swimming pool and area for take a rest. The room is small but clean.ฺ The hosts are friendly. suggest for budget hotel.
- LauraAliceCarling (10/5): Beautiful relaxing stay - My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night on our way down south and it was perfect! Little mud hut with a swimming pool! It was clean and air con worked perfectly, no fridge but it wasn't in the description so that's fine. The owner is so friendly and speaks a little English which is helpful!!! We had a car which made it very easy to access the shops and beach! Without transport I would say it's a little too far from attractions. We loved it here and even decided to stop for 2 nights on the way back up to Bangkok!!!
- Lulu4u2 (6/5): Nice in pictures, but that's it - We needed a place to stay on our way down to Phuket and thought this place looked good and had good reviews. Granted it was raining a lot beforehand, but driving there was quite hard - it was in a back alley. When we arrived, we decided to stay in the main building rather than huts to get some amenities and be a bit quieter. It was hard as there a house party next to the resort which was very loud! At first all was okay in our room...until we went to bed (very hard beds btw). Family with two small kids came in at around 11:00 pm and were smoking, and screaming on top of their lungs. The walls were so thin we couldn't stand it! We asked to move and were given a place on the bottom floor. The owner, trying to be nice, sprayed the room with aweful air freshener so we wouldn't smell smoke but that made it even worse. After a horrible sleep, tried to take a shower in the morning but the water was cold (only) and the drain was clogged. That was it...we left before breakfast was served. The place has potential, and the owner was nice and well intentioned which is why I give it three stars. Maybe it was just timing on our part, but the experience was not great.
- LittleTraveller03 (8/5): Loved the clay hut - Stayed here for a few nights early December on a break from Bangkok. Lovely place with clay or bamboo huts around a central garden and pool area. The hut was spacious, well equipped and had a comfy bed. The pool area was great and I had it to myself for the duration of my stay. The owner was very helpful, arranging transport to the town. Would definitely stay again.
- 11PhilipB (10/5): Great place to unwind and relax away from the rush of business life - The owner of this Hotel went out of her way to help us with anything we wanted. We had booked 5 nights but had to move out before this for personal reasons. I would recommend this hotel for peace and tranquility as well as superb service. I hope to come back again soon and only sorry we had to leave early.
- MaiM1953 (8/5): Eco friendly accommodation but too far from the central - I arrived this place so late about 23pm. The local taxi driver even does not know Korawan Garden and he told me that "why you chose this accommodation. It's too far".
But the hostel is nice and cozy atmosphere with some cottages around one small swimming pool. The hotel host is also friendly and willing to help us. Two things I want to comment are mosquitoes and temperature of this room. My room was colder at night but we just had a thin blanket.
Overall, recommend for those who want to relaxing with a slow speed of life.
- tomdS1828ZH (10/5): Nice and quiet - It's a simple but nice place. The owner is kind and fair. They will help with navigating hue hin, rent scooters and taxis etc. The pool is nice but a little small. The hotel is located in a very quiet area. The hotel is a bit off the beaten track so you won't be able to walk anywhere. The laundry was fast and fairly priced. The hot water was endless and hot. Breakfast was good because it was prepared for us and was not a Buffett. If you are comfortable with getting your self a scooter to drive around with, I recommend this hotel. If u plan on walking every where I suggest a centrally located establishment.
- MandyVictoriaJoy (10/5): Would love to return! - Great price, lots of hot water, great AC (worth the extra $). Amazingly helpful owner/operator-we were in touch prior to my stay and she helped me arrange a taxi. She also does laundry for a reasonable price. Also, you can rent a motorbike and have it delivered directly to the hotel which is super convenient! Can also arrange taxis to pick you up, in fact, if she's not busy she will drive you herself!
Only con is the distance from city centre-we left after 2 nights only because we wanted to be somewhere closer to the action. However, if you have an international drivers licence and are comfortable renting a mototbike this is the perfect place!
It is a bit hard to find if you arrive in the dark-there are signs however.
- JonathanKing031 (8/5): relaxing but far from beach - staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is very relaxing and chilled. The pool is very nice and clean. rooms are basic, only downside is that the beach is a very very long walk. altogether though a very pleasant stay.
- katie19842015 (10/5): Quiet and peaceful stay - Lovely small eco resort just outside Hua Hin town. If you're looking for quiet this is definitely the place to come. The pool was a delight, refreshing but not cold. We had a bamboo hut which was adequate, but paid extra for the air conditioning after the first night as the fan couldn't keep up with the 31 degrees Celsius. Thoroughly recommended!
- ZoePhil (8/5): Beautiful and quiet - We stayed 5 nights at this lovely, little place. We had booked the cheapest room but on arrival it was too small for us and didn't have air con so we asked for a bigger room and they were happy to let us change. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights here, the staff were very helpful, arranged a scooter to get us around, free tea and coffee and did our laundry for next to nothing...big load for 100 BHT...The food here was really nice so ate there 3 nights. Couple of little restaurants nearby...Bar 102 did nice food and big portions..
Hua Hin town centre was walkable or a 5 minute scoot..
I would thoroughly recommend this beautiful place.
- Wigglepopuk (8/5): quiet and friendly - So after travelling for what seemed like eternity from Bangkok to Hua Hin this place was a life saver! not going to lie, on our arrival and entry to the hotel we had to drive through what seemed like a small shanty town. Dirt tracks and shacks at the side of the road with our taxi driver having to turn around numerous of occasions to find the place. (very small sign). My hopes at this time were not very high, however when we walked in we were greeted by two lovely staff members with a huge smile on there faces which is what we needed. pool was straight ahead of us with the huts in the background. Picturesque!
Rooms were standard rooms and so much more than I had anticipated! bed had a mosquito net around and was lovely to sleep in, windows also had nets. Air con was amazing! wet room was standard, leaky bum washing tap but didn't bother us we were not using it!
Pool was gorgeous and open until 10pm we were the only ones using it!
The only negative I would say is this place is in the middle of nowhere! There is no way as a girl I would go out of the place with no one with me. Also there is no eating restaurants around without a little walk down the darkest alleyway known to man!
Note our trip was in rainy/low season for Thailand and we stayed at the hotel one night. not sure if there is any breakfast included
- cauziamhappy (8/5): Peaceful and good hospitality - It is okay for people who want peace ful environment.Hotel staff are good and helpful. But the main problem is transportation if you want to go any where. If you know how to drive scotter they have option for it.They also have pick up and drop off facility but you need pay extra for it.Next time also i go hua hin i choose this resort
- 303nikkia (10/5): Amazing staff and beautiful place - We arrived two hours later then we was meant to as Thai travel can be unpridictable. We arrived and the owners were in bed the taxi drivers phoned them and the ladies came and let us in, even though we arrived late and woke them they was still full of smiles and welcomes. They offered to drive to 711 as we didn't have any water or snacks. In the morning we woke to be greeted friendly by the staff and offered complimentary tea and coffee. We stayed in a four person room which was awesome to sets of bunk beds, this is by far the cleanest and friendliest place I've stayed while travelling in south east Asia. The staff can't do enough to help and are always on hand to answer questions and give ideas what to do with your day, they even sort out taxis to anywhere which is an added bonus as it is quite far out. The pool is beautiful and the resort is beautiful, very quaint and relaxed.
- 30wendyv (10/5): Quiet, friendly, relaxed - Orginally we wanted to stay here for 2 nights but we eventually stayed three. It almost was a privat resort. We loved our little bamboo hut, so close to pool and reception that you can leave everthing open. The staff is really friendly and kind.
If you want something, just ask and they get it for you.
We rented a motorbike for 2 days so we could move around easily. Didnt know that you need a special driverslicense for that (because all the motorbikes in thailand are 100cc ) but all went well. Its fun to drive around and explore, we had a offline map so that was easy.
Driving in the centre is more of a challenge but just follow the thai.
If you go to huahin and dont want to stay in the middle of all the husle than just stay here...!!!
- jfarah167 (8/5): Great staff, nice accommodations - The resort is run by a mother and daughter who are extremely generous and helpful! The daughter speaks English very well which was helpful. They also offer a taxi service for 100 baht because they know they are a little bit off of the main road. I suggest getting an air conditioned room the fan did not do enough in the clay huts.
The staff was great really can't say enough good things about them they were able to help us plan little trips as well and gave great advice!
- Johnny218 (6/5): Peaceful place - Firstly its out of the way and you really need a scooter if you want to be out n about all the time. They hire them cheaply and never bothered to even check it for damage etc on return. Its a very casual place. But if you want to relax and do nothing then its fine. Its a very small place. Most days I was the only one in the pool.Needs some more sun Umbrellas though as its incredibly hot in Feb/March.Clay huts were comfortable and clean.Nat in reception spoke good English and was always happy and helpful and is an asset to the resort. We Never ate there as the Thai street food was great and not far away.
- Brian (8/5): Peaceful and quiet outside of Hua Hin - Such a peaceful and relaxing place - but you would need to take a cab to get anywhere (which they do provide a nice service for cheap). If you are looking for that - this is your place, but if you want to be able to walk around, not your place.
- Bob (4/5): OK for backpackers but... - Much too basic and absolutely no comforts, backpackers used to roughing it may enjoy but those who are of a certain age where they certain basic comforts will not, for example :
Dimly lit, one eco bulb in each hut, no bedside lamp or table. Bathroom with a cold water handbasin and an OK electric shower that showers you on the floor. Nothing to place your soap or shampoo or bits on. TV with 300 channels - all Thai - why bother ?
Broken and uneven path leading to the Hut, hard furniture, no comfort anywhere except the bed.
Terrible location, way too far from anything, although they will take you into town cheaply.
Positives, the management are lovely and the air-conditioning is good, also the pool.
