Guest Reviews
- John (10/5): - The staff was friendly, and the location was perfect for our event
- James (6/5): - The stay wasn’t good…I paid extra to be in this hotel because of the hot tub and when I wanted to use it the staff allowed people that were not staying at the hotel to use it to throw a party…the staff didn’t control the situation at all and it was unbearable being around the facilities due to this group with children running around like loose cannons. I have to go back to this area this weekend and I will not be using this hotel as it was a horrible experience!
- Melissa (10/5): - Great hotel stay this visit! Under new management, can definitely see.
- Esther (8/5): -
- 336sabinor (10/5): Great Hotel - I had a wonderful stay here! The room was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. A special shout-out to Manager Stephanie for being such a sweetheart and making me feel so welcome. Anytime I need to stay in Andrews, I know exactly where I’ll be booking. Highly recommend!
- Swain (10/5): -
- Andrew (6/5): Okay - A lot of wear and tear on this hotel. Overall fine but bed was warn down bad. Gym equipment old and beat up. The front desk girls work very hard but this is a very busy hotel. Fine for one night but don’t expect much other than okay.
- Cassandra (2/5): - The air conditioner broke and soaked the room floors. The elevator was broke so at 7 months pregnant with an 11 month old I was climbing 3 sets of stairs. Breakfast was mediocre. Do not recommend…
- Donivan (8/5): Family Visit - Comfortable and clean. Hate the thermostat you have to reset it.
- John (8/5): - Was clean in the room, but found two sets of dog poop in the hallway
- Frances (10/5): - Very clean. Great hot breakfast. Always very helpful
Staff
- Lucero isela (10/5): - The pool area is very dirty. We always go and they never clean it. There are cobwebs and trash.
- Raymundo (2/5): - Very rude n disrespectful to my family…. Specially to my daughter… never come back to this hotel n I hopefully Expedia can host good hotels
Thank you
- Raul (8/5): Great stay - Overall our stay was great, very clean room. Only bathroom looked like it needed some remodel, but was clean. Front desk lady didn’t know what she was doing, took her about 30 min to set me for the room.
- Anthony (10/5): - Honestly wasn't expecting much as this was a small town and I have not stayed at many La Quinta Inn. This location however was very well maintained, had a great breakfast, and the staff was amazing. It had a decent gym and the rooms were clean.

- linda (10/5): Great stop getting across country. Excellent value - Front desk, honored my request for the type of room and the location of it. They were immediately helpful when the TV needed some attention. The location in town is very good, close to everything condition of the hotel is very nice and the other guests are respectful and quiet.

- firestrtr001 (10/5): Hosted a technical seminar for out-of-town guests - We hosted a technical seminar in town and worked with this hotel to accommodate our out-of-town guests. I did not stay myself, but all the feedback I received was very posibite. Our attendees found the rooms clean and comfortable, and the service was friendly and responsive. The front desk staff made coordinating the group booking easy and stress-free. A great partner to work with -- We will absolutely will be using La Quita for future events!
- Jose (10/5): - Clean and very nice
- Brenda (6/5): - Everything was great except for the fact that when we arrived the hotel was over booked and we did not get the room we had booked. The receptionist made accommodation for us but it was very inconvenient.
- William (10/5): - Excellent stay as always
- Estela (10/5): - I really liked everything the staff were very friendly and helpful the breakfast wasn't excellent and the rooms were really clean we'll come back to this hotel fully recommend it !!!!!!
- Estela (10/5): - The staff were really friendly and helpful the rooms were clean and the breakfast was great I fully recommend it!!!!!
- Jeff (2/5): - Paid a week in advance and had to relocate do to my job to another town. Even though the policy on refund of being charged one night stay penalty fee they still refused to refund my other four nights. My job requirement to travel and sometimes plans change. Very unsatisfied with this hotel and how they take care of there working class customers.
- Robert (4/5): - The property was fine but the staff at the property were rude and non hospitable. I’m sure some were fine however when I went to check in the woman behind the counter didn’t greet me just looked at me glaring. I said I’d like to check in she said license and card. Then refused to accept my card and said we don’t accept pre paid cards and threw my card and ID back on the counter. I replied ok and however this is not a prepaid card she said well my boss says this kind of card is. In order to not make a scene I said i problem and gave her another card while she continued to make rude comments about my card being a pre paid card. A few minutes later my wife came in and was refused access to the property stating she was not a registered guest. However I had made the reservation for 2 she was just a few minutes behind me. She made my wife stand outside in the cold until I could make it down stairs and at that point again tried to stop my wife from coming inside demanding an ID although I had already checked in. At this point she became belligerent with me and told me I was not allowed to take my wife to my paid for and checked into room unless she proved who she was I ignored this and walked to my room with my wife while she hollered at me and threatened to call the police. This was horrible horrible horrible and not at all hospitable. The following morning the drink machines for breakfast were broken. The coffee was like water and the milk was outdated.
- Hayley (6/5): Maintenance seems nonexistent, QA badly needed - Seems to be a modern hotel that has been left to completely deteriorate. Mattress had massive body sized holes, needed to be replaced. I tried to sleep in the middle of the mattress to avoid the craters but kept falling in. Ventilation or A/C made very loud noises when it cut out, waking us often throughout the night. Shower faucet clogged, toilet almost overflowed, potatoes for breakfast were uncooked. Had to ask four times for linens, the sofabed was provided with no linens at all despite it being clear from a call that day that we were intending on using it. When I tried to request a refund from front desk, they said I should have asked to move rooms. I contacted hotels.com and got a refund for this experience.
- Rich (10/5): Exceptional -
- Craig (8/5): Very good -
- Antuanette (10/5): - Great!
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly staff, comfortable, clean room. Very nice property, pool was great. Best value i have had in over three years. Please replace your tattered flags.
- Mary (8/5): - It was good no problems.
- Dale (1/5): will not stay there again - booked room 1 month in advance disable room said they did no has room when checking in.
- Jesse (8/5): Very good -
- Jesse (8/5): Very good -
- Melisa (7/5): Good - Everyone was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and well kept. There was a good variety and many choices for breakfast. Both of the treadmills were broken. We were told that the staff had expected new ones to arrive in December, but still had not arrived as of Feb.
- Alisha (10/5): It was good. I'm glad we picked la Quinta. - Everything was good there was a misunderstanding when we got there but the manager got us all in and everything went well
- Roxie (3/5): I was not satisfied due to the uncleanliness - The convenience of the location I found bugs in my room. It says I called an exterminator which I never saw one and if they’re going to exterminate one room, why don’t they exterminate all of them?
- Paulina (10/5): - Very great breakfast options, had lots of options free coffee and free cookies too!!! I will definitely be coming back!
- Thomas (8/5): - Good
- Daniel (10/5): - Nice spot, seemed very new and felt clean.
- Gayle (8/5): Very good -
- Stephen (2/5): - The lady working nights was very rude and needs to be fired immediately
- Leland (10/5): - Great clean place with comfortable beds
- Rafael (8/5): - All aspects of stay were very nice except overly firm bed and pillows. The common areas I saw were very good. Breakfast was very good. Bathtub and shower head in my room were old.
- Janice (10/5): - Nice and clean
- jeJ2626LM (6/5): Great but… - Staff was awesome, super friendly.
Stay was great other than the bathtubs are super slippery and only one grab bar. I’m not real sure on my feet and almost fell. Fix that.
I don’t have anything else to say other than what I have already said, why 200 word minimum?
- Campos (9/5): Superb -
- Pablo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Campos (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cruz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (10/5): Quiet, clean - We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was quiet, spacious and clean. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
- Corey (10/5): Perfect - Clean, comfortable, and efficient. Staff is right on point. Longer breakfast hours but I managed 😉
- Beatrice (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mary L (10/5): - great!!
- Sharon (7/5): Good -
- Wylie (2/5): Don’t stay. - Elevators did not work, there was mold in the shower, and there was rarely anyone at the front desk
- mandypG9336ZU (10/5): Great service! - We popped a tire at the Allsup's with no one available to fix it until 7am, so started the unexpected delay that required an overnight stay in Andrews. The Gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and nice. He made a bad situation a little brighter! So helpful! One note, they don't accept Chime cards as payment because "they can be turned off." I did let them know that I can turn off every single card I have, including the credit cards. This must be a property policy, luckily, I did have a different method of payment. Breakfast was great and they give you a welcome bag, which was wonderful!
- Darlene (8/5): - The room was very nice and clean
The lobby and the stairwell need it to be vacuumed and the coffee bar in the lobby and get to be cleaned
- Raymond (8/5): Our Texas Visit - We stayed three nights in La Quinta at Andrews, TX. The location was great as it was just a few blocks from family. The room was clean but somewhat worn, stains on the couch cushions. Bed was okay. You always sleep best at home, Breakfast was served until 8:00 only. Would have been nicer a bit later. It had good variety and tasted good.
The employees were all friendly and helpful.
- Arnold (10/5): - Amazing stay staff very friendly
- Edward (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (10/5): - Everything was great. Good customer service the room was very clean
- Jon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Keith (10/5): - Friendly staff and a nice clean room! Slept great and the breakfast wasn't bad.
- Lannymh23 (8/5): Great Stay - Before coming to Andrews for a family reunion, I checked all available hotels. There were several that were $50-60 more a night. After staying at La Quinta, can’t imagine that the expensive competitors are that much better. Facility was clean with a modern feel. Desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was above average and the shower great. Will definitely stay here again.
- Kay (8/5): - This is a nice hotel but it is a hotel that allows pets and the rooms have carpet not very sanitary. I have never stayed at a pet friendly hotel before that had rooms with carpet on the floor they usually have tile or vinyl flooring.
Bring house shoes to wear.
- I-Ting (10/5): - nice and clean
- Dana (8/5): Very good - Bed very comfortable, good hot breakfast, very nice staff
- Norma (10/5): - Staff was very helpful and friendly
- davidbY8781CV (10/5): Awsome experience - The first hotel that actually had different firmness of pillows to choose from. For being in a small town this hotel had a lot to offer. Very high tech with check in and check out. Very nice breakfast, with lots to choose from.Definitely coming back
- Vivian (10/5): - Awesome stay
- Billy (10/5): - Center of town.
- Brandon (8/5): Very good - Restroom needs some maintenance shower pan cracked and grout missing from tiles and the chair in the corner of room isn’t comfortable
- Kathy (8/5): Good for the most part. - Everything was mostly good. We couldn’t get the “free” breakfast. The hours were very early. 5-8 AM.
- Cara (8/5): - Great place to stay it’s clean quiet and very friendly people!
- Mayra (10/5): - Everything was so close to walk
- Monica (9/5): Superb -
- Alexis (10/5): - Love to go here again
- beckies311 (10/5): Superb service at LaQuinta Andrews, TX - Cassandra, Destiny, and Kaya were the absolute best!! Professional, courteous, and helpful. I am SO glad they were hired by La Quinta.
- Adrienne (2/5): Not really a pet friendly hotel - We were very disappointed upon arrival, as we were required to sign a document stating that we would not leave our dogs unattended in the room at all and if we did they could call animal control to have them picked up. I do not consider that Pet Friendly. We are with our dogs most of the time and do not just leave them in the room for long periods of time, but we couldn't even go out to dinner for fear we would come back to our dogs in the shelter. If you don't want dogs, don't advertise Pet friendly. I would be fine with that or give some advance warning like when you are booking- that disclaimer should be there.
- William (10/5): - Clean, quiet room
Great breakfast
Might want to include explanation on thermostat control
Will definitely stay there again
- jaysL7096AE (10/5): Excellent Stay - The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful for our group. We did not experience any problems and all of our needs were met.
- Carlos (10/5): Nice place - Very well clean
- Leonil-Tita (8/5): - It was okay
- Tony (8/5): - When we checked in, there was no hot water in the hotel. They did offer us a discount. The hotel manager recommended a luxury steakhouse next door. He told us they served wine and cocktails. Turns out they didn't serve any alcohol. Two strikes and we had barely settled into the room.
- Yolisma (10/5): - Good service, kind people.
- Kent (10/5): - Noce place to stay
