- taylor (8/5): Reasonable value - Bed was super comfy. And it was very clean. They need to replace the shower head it kind of squirts out everywhere other than that everything's fine.
- Tabitha (8/5): -
- perez (5/5): - It was quiet. Outside was dirty
- Thomas (7/5): You get what you pay for! - The room was clean, decently appointed for the price with a microwave and fridge. the shower water was hot right away, and everything worked as it should. The chairs were older mid century style, but it was clean and they worked. The environs were sketchy. They are in the middle of renovating the rooms (thank god I got one of the renovated rooms) and there was construction and renovation furniture throughout the property. The lobby is a mini-mart with snacks and food.
It looks like they take longer term renters, maybe even a section 8 housing voucher.

- Shawn (1/5): Worst hotel experience ever. Bar none. - Nothing. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be checked into a hotel and then denied a room like some kind of social experiment, this place delivers.
I booked through Booking.com and was asked what time I’d check in. I selected 1:00–2:00 PM. It was confirmed. I planned my trip around that—apparently my first mistake.
I arrive at 1:00 PM, go through full check-in, hand over ID, sign paperwork, and pay a deposit. At this point, I’m officially a guest.
Then I’m told I can’t access the room for another THREE HOURS unless I pay extra for “early check-in.”
So:
They asked my arrival time.
They confirmed it.
They checked me in.
They took my money.
Then told me to wait in the parking lot or pay more.
That’s not upselling—that’s a shakedown with paperwork.
The front desk experience was chaos. The clerk kept walking away mid-conversation to deal with other things, then coming back like nothing happened. It felt less like check-in and more like a scavenger hunt.
Communication was equally painful. Figuring out whether I was paying a deposit or a fee required multiple attempts and constant interruptions.
There was also an issue with my service dog, who briefly barked to alert me to a serious allergen—literally its job. Somehow that became a problem.
The property itself didn’t help. The place felt extremely seedy, and police cars were driving through the parking lot every few minutes. Not exactly comforting.
I left and booked another hotel—one that actually lets you use the room after check-in.
If you enjoy confusion, delays, and surprise conditions after you’ve already paid, this might be your place.
Otherwise, stay anywhere else.

- Joseline (1/5): The bath tub was so dirty we couldn’t shower - Location near shop centers Dirty
- Jon (4/5): Dont expect much because youll get less than you expect - Quiet, drinks available at front, late check out No cups in the room, mattress was hard as hell, no amenities at all, bathroom was janky, furniture was broken, seedy clientele
- Stan (9/5): -
- Anna (1/5): Wasted $500.00 on a filthy nasty disgusting hole in the wall and had my card information stolen - Nothing I was next to a drug dealer and for three days and nights there was traffic in and out of the room right next to me and the drug dealer customer would knock on my door all hours my card information was stolen and charges where made on my card somehow y'all have a breech or the motel does but I will never use this site ever again and I'm telling everyone I can Absolutely nothing
- Carolyn (1/5): Do not stay here. Has bugs. Very unorganized. - The staff was very friendly. They seemed like they were trying their best. First room I was given was occupied. My son and I walked in on a couple. The second room we were given had bugs. The third room, the key didn't work. The last room seemed okay, first glance. But around 1a I noticed bugs.
- Lorena (7/5): -
- Salvador (5/5): Okay for budget. Building a lot dated - Did not eat Tiny bugs in room. Parking was difficult when coming back from dinner. Had to park behind other Side of building from my room. Wi-Fi would not stay up.

- Jerome (1/5): Don't do it! Pay extra for quality and peace of mind. - The price was good, the place looks good from the photos...but that was it...you get what you pay for. Every thing, like I said...you get what you paind for with this place. The staff are worthless and try to hustle me for early check-in. The main office was closed, it looked like someone got in there and tore up the place, people hanging around in corners of the facility. Finally, I over heard a staff saying "someone was trying to break in one of the rooms" that was the final draw, I didn't feel safe at that place. I didn't even stay there, and they charged my card when I specifically check on the online service that I'll pay at the front desk when I check in. They will not refund my money back. Bottom line, DON'T STAY THERE! Just pay extra for your safety and peace of mind.

- Alexander (7/5): Für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp ist das Hotel echt fein! - echt stabiles internet! Leider das Zimmer zur Kreuzung bekommen!
- Windy (4/5): Stay home or go somewhere else - Bed was comfortable, tv and wifi worked I choose to pay at the property, well 3hrs after making my reservation, they tryed charging my debit card for a higher amount....the room was filthy, hair in the tub and sink, walls were dirty towels were stained, no wash cloths, found food wrappers under beds behind fridge and microwave and let's not forget there was a mouse glue trap under the air conditioner.
- Robert (2/5): - This place should be shut down. It’s a hazard. It’s gross room smelled like pee.
- Dana (8/5): -
- Chuntak (6/5): - Basically fulfilled my needs
- Kate (2/5): - Impossible to reach the hotel management in order to resolute concerns.
- Montalvo (9/5): -
- Kulwinder (8/5): - Feel good
- Chuntak (8/5): - It is OK. I cannot ask for more. They are the cheapest
in the area.
- TUPOU K (4/5): - Not a good experience. They are renovating
- В (1/5): - I was unhappy that my favorite orthopedic pillow that I always took during my travels with me gone without tracks. I tried to ask staff to help me to find it in my room, but they stayed indifferent to my issue. Terrible hotel!
- Cooper (9/5): -
- Elisabeth (8/5): - Huh
- thomas (2/5): - A huge amount of garbage and remodeling debris lying about. There is a large amount of unsavory type people hanging out or just passing thought. Feels completely unsafe. The lobby is a complete disaster.
- Vanessa (6/5): - Booked online while driving though when we decided we needed to stop for the night. When we arrived, a sign on the office window directed us to check in at the Rodeway in next door. The clerk couldn’t find our reservation, and I realized that my mistake was that, since it was past midnight, the booking was actually made for the following night. He did his best to find a room for us, which we definitely appreciated. The first room hadn’t been cleaned, and the second had already been checked into by someone else (found out when we were both trying to enter it at the same time). Finally he put us in a room over at Rodeway which was basic but clean and comfortable. This hotel seems a little bit disorganized but we really appreciated the clerk’s helpfulness given our booking mistake.
- Scott (10/5): - Works well
- Erendira (9/5): -
- williams (10/5): -
- Kelly (2/5): - We reluctantly checked in, once we entered the room we knew we could not stay there. The door barely closed, carpet was full of stains and the rest of the room was just plain dirty. We ended up leaving right away and just losing out on the room fee. We just could not stay there!
- TUPOU K (4/5): - The house keepers needs to be trained how to clean.
- Steve (2/5): Horrible - When I walked into the front office I thought I was walking into a low cast store in Bangledesh. Disgusting! One room was propped open by alcohol bottle when I arrived and it was still that way the next morning!
- Aniruddha (10/5): - good stay i price and location
- Reese (4/5): - It's very old, and in need of repairs. The shower was stained, the bathroom was very off-putting. But it met the basic criteria. No roaches, no rats, no rubbers.
- Alvin (2/5): - Not a good smell, and not a clean room and shower. 0/100. Not reccommed!
- Jenni (4/5): - Check in was easy but the room was very dirty. Sheets were dirty and the restroom had a lot of random hairs. I guess you get what you pay for but I’ve been to cheaper motels that were cleaner. Can get noisy at night. Smell was awful even though I was in a non smoking room.
- Christina (7/5): - Quite The light s
- Dorothy Michelle (4/5): - The front desk gave us a room that’s not even clean and ready. There was some beer cans and towels all over the floor .
- Dmitry (4/5): - Shower was leaking, noise at parking lot at 2 pm, police dealing with homeless people, card wasn,'t working the second day.
- Cee (4/5): - Location The room was not 💯 clean
- chuck (2/5): Lack of response - The reason for these "Terrible" ratings has NOTHING to do with the motel. It is more the lack of response by this entity and the motel to confirm my cancellation I made this past Saturday evening. IF THIS IS NOT RESPONDED TO I WILL HAVE TO PUT THE CHARGES INTO DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD!!! THIS IS THE 3RD NOTICE I HAVE SENT, AND WITH NO RESPONSE FROM YOU.

- raymond (2/5): SCAM, FRAUD. - DO NOT STAY, SCAM. FRAUD. I picked pay at hotel but they charged me before I even got there to check in and the charge was under a different hotel name so I couldn’t even dispute it and hotels.com couldn’t help with a refund since it was listed as a different hotel. The hotel not hotels.com wouldn’t refund me after explaining the situation. The hotel doesn’t have a website or a way to directly contact them as it’s like 3 different hotels under one front desk. They are deceitful and feels like a scam. They know charging under a different name before you get there is a way to prevent you from getting a refund. Since they have no website there is no way to fight the fraud charge. DO NOT BOOK this hotel, do not stay.
- Maikeli (10/5): - Comfy
- Jay (10/5): Enjoyable stay - I like staying at this inn! It’s comfortable, clean, friendly. Close to all amennities. Staff is friendly.
- Marwin (8/5): -
- Belinda (2/5): - The property is undergoing renovation and did not disclose that on their website or Travelocity’s site either. After being moved to 2 different rooms, the end result was still the same. Dirty walls, bathtubs were full of cigarette burns, blood on the ceiling & numerous bugs in each room.
- Dan (8/5): - Overall it was a great value. I did not like the room key fee nor the additional early check in fee. The TV only had one working station. All else was good.
- Scott (10/5): - Super convenient as far as location and decent rooms for what I was looking for.
This is the place to be if you’re just looking for a room to crash in. Not much else.
Would be back for sure.
- Aniruddha (10/5): - Good place in good price
- Maikeli (10/5): - Relaxing 😎
- Alda (6/5): - The newmowners have strippped down the basics, lime a chair in the room. Itnused to be much netter. Sadly.
- Stephen (4/5): - We arrived early and were charged $10.00 to check in early, even though the room was ready, then we were charged $1.00 for an extra key to the room. Our first room had ants crawling all over the AC unit, wall, and bathroom. Also, our neighbors were extremely loud well into the late hours of the night/early morning. We were able to get moved to another room, which was fine at first, but we started noticing ants on the first morning. Not as bad as the first room, but still…. Bedding and linens were stained, but appeared clean. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so some inconvenience is to be expected, but this stay was not pleasant and we would not recommend this motel to others..
- TUPOU K (6/5): Semi comfort - Budget Inn's AC unit looks hazards to me.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I did not know but this motel was the worst. When I went to check in they were yelling at eachother behind the counter. This girl came in and was accusing someone of having her phone number and texting her inappropriate things. Which was weird but since I already paid I had no choice. Once I am in the room they gave me a double
Bed when I requested a single and the remote wouldn’t work on the tv so I wasn’t able to watch anything but I was so tired I decided to just go to sleep. The curtains wouldn’t even close all
The way so the light was just beaming in in the morning overall it was a drug motel and I had no idea! Terrible
- Alisha (2/5): - Horrible run the other way! Rats, roaches, garbage, piles of mattresses in the parking lot. Super noisy, dirty, nothing works can’t express how bad this experience was seriously just run!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Go somewhere else. - This hotel is owned by the same people who own the nextdoor hotel, we needed to checkin at the other location. They said something about overbooking, so we had to get a 2 bed instead of 1 bed.
The room hasn't cleaned, covered in beer cans and drinks that had been sitting out, the mini fridge was broken, and had a soaking wet towel infront if it.
- Miyah (2/5): - Questionable stains on linens. Couldn’t walk around in room without shoes on. Generally just dirty. Got a rude awakening to staff banging on and opening our door telling us we need to check out when we still had another night reserved. Under renovation so the parking lot was full of old mattresses and furniture which wasn’t a great sight upon arrival. No bed bugs though so I guess that’s a win. Thankfully didn’t expect much for what we paid.
- Thomas (10/5): - Covenant and clean
- Michael (2/5): - I didn't like hospitality and rooms had roaches
- Joshua (2/5): - I reserved a smoke free room walked in and instantly got stale smoke smell, blankets had burn holes, bathtub had burn marks shower knob had to search for hot water due to it spinning a full circle heater didn’t work chairs were missing feet so they were wobbly carpet was torn
- Michael (10/5): - Great staff, shady guests.
