Room 110 damp, bedding damp, water/condensation running on all surfaces. Other rooms 111 and 112 also suffered some of these defects too. Room smelt of damp. Internet not operating more than 60% of time over 4 days. No clothes drying racks provided. Kettle needed to be turned off manually when boiling. Lightbulb in bedside lamp failed.

Their overall commitment to happiness was well receiv - The location is excellent and the pool is perfectly maintained. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. - Jodie (1/5): - The room was full of mold and very run down. Looks nothing like photos provided.. had to look for different property as it was unhealthy to stay in the room.
- Hubertus (7/5): Door de gunstige ligging goed om te verblijven. - Onze kamer was prima en op de begane grond. Het personeel is heel erg gemotiveerd om het je naar de zin te maken. Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. Het ontbijt kon je bestellen door van een kaart een ontbijt menu te kiezen. De ligging van het hotel is niet direct aan het strand maar ligt op een uitstekende plaats zodat je alles binnen 1 a 2 minuten lopend kunt bereiken. Het hotel is dringend aan renovatie toe en dat zie je dan ook duidelijk .
- Balaji (7/5): - The location is 10 mins walk from Sanur Beach. That was a great plus point. The room that was allocated to me was big and comfortable. There is a pool, breakfast and SPA facilities in this hotel. Free drinking water is available in all the floors. There are plenty of restaurants, massage places, souvenir shops etc very close by. The rooms are cleaned every day and the all the staff are very friendly and attentive. Parking facility available within the hotel compound The hotel needs a bit of renovation, but that is understandable and should not be a show stopper. If you have mobility issues, do let the staff know about it while booking as the lift stops at 3rd floor and the hotel has 4 floors. To the management: Please take care of the gaps between the balcony doors as this allows the warm outside air to come inside and hence the AC cooling is not fully effective.

Staff were very nice and efficient. Got the room cleaned everyday which was super helpful . We had the problem with the AC as it was leaking we called someone and they come a fixed and had no further problems with it . Walkable from a lot of good restaurants and not far from the mall We had a small problem with ants , they were along the wall by the tv . Couldn't keep food out for more than 5 mins as we didn't want cookies in the fridge and wanted eat them that same night . But nothing major really

- EsRi Home Deco (6/5): was goed genoeg voor de paar dagen dat we in sanur verbleven - ruime keuze voor ontbijt, personeel is heel vriendelijk, wil alles voor je regelen kamer die wij geboekt hadden was ruim, de locatie ligt vrij in het begin van de hoofdstraat door Sanur, maar met een taxi ben je zo bij de Icon Mall, mocht je lopen te ver vinden hardheid van het matras (weet dat dit heel persoonlijk is) geen warm water uit de douche, terwijl dit wel uit de kraan bij de wasbak kwam

Quality restaurants, local warung, minimarts, laundry etc. Made for a hassle free stay. Room aircon decided it would turn itself off every half hour. Ok during the day but a pain at night.

- Rebecca (7/5): mostly good, Would consider staying here again. - Property was mostly good. It needs a good deep clean though, inside and outside areas. Air conditioner in our room was noisy and sometimes affected sleep. Pool towels had holes in them. Pool cushions on day beds were cracked and yuck, should be replaced. It was a good location. Lots of things around within walking distance. Some things need updating and replacing.
- Ekaterina (8/5): Для бюджетного отеля - прекрасно! - Расположение хорошее, единственное, номер выходил на шумную дорогу, на вторую ночь привыкли. Бассейн чистый не глубокий, детям самый раз. Завтраки по меню нормальные, выбор есть, за неделю не надоели. Фрукты на завтраке - арбуз, папайя, ананас, бананы, всегда были! Кофе заваренный балийский, нормальный. Рядом суперский ресторан греческой кухни с нормальными ценами "Санторини". По пути на пляж, отличный варунг! А в тот, что по этой же улочке но в другую сторону называется Anna не ходите! Там тараканы кишат! В ванной комнате утром, видимо в связи с тем что просыпается весь отель, очень сильно воняло канализацией. Потом проветривалось. При заказе блюда или напитка на бассейне берут 21% процент от счета за обслуживание, а по факту даже не забирают пустые бутылки, то есть +21% за то, что открыли бутылку пива? ну серьезно? Берите с собой открывашку, и ходите в магазин за углом))))
- Curtis (8/5): Comfy beds. Great breakfast. Huge pool. - Great pool. Breakfast has many choices between Indonesian and western food. Comfortable beds. We booked the family room #205. It was huge with a queen bed and two twins. Spacious bathroom with a big shower that has a main rain shower head, a handheld sprayer, and spout that is great for washing feet. The staff are excellent and take care of every need. Floor drain in the bathroom would vent gases when flushing the toilet. AC was a little weak for the size of room.

- Henry William (8/5): - The staff were always very friendly. The included breakfast was excellent. The pool was clean. The room was quite comfortable. The cleanliness of the wet areas was not the best. There was noticeable deterioration due to age, but this could be remedied with thorough maintenance. The bathroom area was poorly lit. The towels showed clear signs of wear.
- Daniel (2/5): Not very pleasant - The location was the only good thing about this hotel, the staff were friendly enough, didn't really interact with them a lot though. There is no room service, our room had what appeared to be baby oil all over the fridge, the floor in the shower and the bathroom sink it was like P Diddy was the previous guest, the AC fan is on the balcony so if you want to sit on the balcony while its running its blowing hot air directly on you when its already extremely hot outside, the doors arenall extremely load and dont slide properly waking others in the riom if you want to go onto the balcony at night, the hot water continuously cuts in and out, the pool smells bad i dont know if it was the water or the mouldy surroundings, cant charge a beer to your room at the pool bar, for theprice i have stayed at much much nicer hotels in bali.

- Green (10/5): - I was there during the Ogoh Ogoh Festival and Silence Day in Bali which was right across the street. It was loud outside for several days while getting ready for the festival which some people may not have liked but I loved the experience. The staff was super helpful especially on silence day when no one in Bali were allowed to leave their homes or accommodations but the hotel did a great job with meals and reminding us to prepare for staying at the hotel for a full 24 hours. I stayed there again 2 weeks later! Nothing

Firstly they gave us an available family room when we had booked for a double with extra bed. Family room wasn’t available online but we were delighted with it as the room was huge! Nearly 50sqm. When we entered the room we noticed the tv wasn’t a smart TV and asked the lady showing us the room if a smart TV was available. She said she would check for us. Upon returning to the room after a wander in the area, we came back to the Smart TV set up in the room. It was a lovely touch, there was no hassle at all. The staff were so kind and genuine. We really got a warm welcome and lovely greetings everyday. We stayed 3 nights. The location is great too. Overall very good experience. I would recommend.

The overall hygiene standard did not meet expectations, particularly for a space intended for personal use. This made it difficult to feel at ease during my stay. I would have expected a much higher level of cleanliness. I kindly ask that this issue be addressed to ensure a better experience for future guests

- Issei (8/5): 非常に満足です。ありがとう！！！ - 10年ぶりに宿泊しましたが、改装されていてより良くなっていました。すべての施設が整っており非常にお得です。 海が近いエリアなので、シャワーが少し塩辛い気がしました。3階建ての建物はエレベーターが１つのため、少し不便です。

Excellent location nice clean rooms with a lot of room upgrades going on! I go regularly just had 2 week stay, few problems but nothing they didn't sort. Nice helpful staff particularly ARRI WAS A STAR. Going back north.
