All the restaurants provided excellent food at reasonable prices, and all staff we encountered were focused on making our stay feel special. As a group of three cricket fans visiting Rawalpindi for the test match, we wouldn't hesitate in booking the hotel again and can thoroughly recommend it.

The hotel has an excellent private car hire service which has helped me to go different places and also have the option to. Keep the driver with me throughout the trip. The breakfast complementary buffet offered a variety of food items and was well managed. Overall it's a hotel with the unique features of having a laundry, gym, car hire, restaurant which I would recommend highly for anyone wanting to stay in Rawalpindi or Islamabad.

feraz (6/5): Need better mannered reception staff - I recently stayed at pearl continental Rawalpindi Hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was convenient, and the housekeeping staff were friendly. My room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities. However they did miss the complimentary fruit and daily water I would recommend the pearl continental Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. *Pros: * Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good location. Unfortunately the reception staff that are unexperienced children that have no manners or understanding of valuable guests ruined my experience at the end of my stay.

First they charge 19000 RS then told me 27000 .kind of confused me at the front . 2- the door key card won’t work . Two times I stayed out side room .key card won’t work .Finally they let me in through master key.which not quite safe when you travel overseas..it took two hours to repair everything. 3.Room wasn’t ready with amenities .which cause many inconvenience.like iron and iron board 4.food was awful and overpriced Room service and phone to front is so confusing . So finally I have moved to another place so I can Have my hassle free vacation .

ejaz (10/5): Fantastic Hotel - I had a wonderful stay. Whenever I’m back in Rawalpindi I would definitely stay here again. Excellent gust service, food selection little too spicy for my taste though. I liked their security system and staff. All in all a good stay. I would definitely mention my room attendant Noor (Room #525) and breakfast host Sadra who greatly took care of me when I had some health issues.

Verified traveler (6/5): - The class I stayed in was “executive” class , the room was okay , but the bathroom was disgusting, the dirtiest bathroom I have even been to , towels were smelly , bath tub was filthy , flush of the toilet was not working properly etc , over all not worth the money to stay in this hotel , I would have stayed a lot more cheaper and better place then this . Very disappointed, wasted my money

Verified traveler (4/5): - Very disappointing experience...i expected the hotel facilities and service to be far better being a 5 star rated hotel but it was according to 3.5 star for me. Dusty, rusted and faulty things were installed in the room. The staff was NOT at all considerate. Moreover, the hotel is too expensive for the value for money they offer...never recommend it to anyone

Verified traveler (6/5): - The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were what you would expect from a 5 star hotel, however the hotel is very dated and needs modernisation. Staff were very polite and service from them was great for the most part.
Verified traveler (4/5): - Lack of facilities for such a big name. They are selling standard rooms for higher prices by adding some facilities such as free laundry and access to a meeting hall, which was closed anyway. I did use the laundry service, but at the end was charged for it again so what was the point of paying extra in the beginning.

Verified traveler (6/5): - Regardless of all else, my biggest gripe is there is not a single sign that asks guests to be quiet. Guests let their children run up and down the corridor shouting. People have no thought for others, they are talking on their phones two, three, four o clock in the morning. I’ve had to knock on several doors on several nights. Most nights I’m kept awake.
shakeel (2/5): - I arrived 6am and they didn’t want to early check in and charge me for one extra day :( also property was not clean and bath room glass door was not closing so during the shower water was coming out . Gym was full of dust . But hotel employees were very professional and friendly. 5 stars for employees and -5 starts die property conditions
TN (2/5): - Terrible staff, terrible house keeping and poor hotel standards. Found left overs of previous guest in fridge. No tissue boxes or water in room. Ordered a cold water and received a warm water. When asked a waiter to bring a cold water got reply that they donot keep cold water so when requested waiter to return the warm water, waiter informed he will bring a cold water as he doesnt want to refund money. Under trained staff & Poor management. Would never recommend to anyone who has enjoyed good standards of other Hotels.
Verified traveler (2/5): - It’s one of the terrible PC hotel I have ever visited. Cleaning was the biggest issue. Rooms were dusty. Our bathroom water was stuck so instead of sending a plumber. Cleaning stuff supervisor was rude so rude. I would say never stay in “PC Rawalpindi”.
Syed Faizan (2/5): - Property is old, rooms need major ranovation, broken floors, dirty old bathrooms with no proper facilities, smell in the room, there were stains on the bedsheet, i found an empty bottle which i gave to reception. Worst ever expenrience...
Sameer (6/5): - Rooms were clean. Staff is good. But it’s dated property. Toilets looks really old and dirty, no matter how much you clean them. Try to find rooms without bath tubs. Bath tubs looks ridiculously old and dirty. Bath tub and sink is mostly clogged. Security and social distancing arrangement is good. breakfast is amazing. Restaurants are nice.
Verified traveler (2/5): - Poor facility. I’d rate it 0-star. I don’t know where to start. We were first checked into a room which was recently used, with toilet paper still in flush and soap wraps all around the washroom. Room itself was very dirty. After changing rooms 3 times, we settled in another barely acceptable room. None of the rooms in the hotel are carpeted. Bathrooms are ages old. Furniture has completed their time but still under use. Toiletries, towels are provided at bare minimum. Forget about ordering stuff from room service (will take forever). Breakfast is free but tasteless. All other onsite restaurants are poor standard. All in all, I won’t recommend a stay here. We thought it would be similar to PC in Lahore but it was a mistake.
Vajahat (4/5): Avoid - Overpriced, very outdated, dirt and dust everywhere. A/C apparently operates centrally so there is no room control which was useless for us. Had to ask for multiple room changes just to get a semi-clean room. This hotel is not to usual PC standard
Mirza (4/5): Will not recomend to others - A non smoking room was asked 2 time at the reception but room was on smoking and on smoking floor. Bed was king and both me and wife were sinked in the middle. Our arrival was late and we did not have energy to go down and change room. Restaurant had good breakfast in the morning. Although bathroom was old and not clean but shower had plenty of hot water and pressure.

TA (10/5): - Great location, great hospitality. Rooms a bit outdated but an overall great experience.
Disgruntled (6/5): - I wasn’t happy that they left my room door open after cleaning it so I noticed it when I returned at the end of the day and when questioned made a poor excuse that they had just left the room after cleaning. The breakfast was the same platter daily. They rip you off for room service. They charge you for airport transfer when they’ve clearly said it’s offered when you make your booking.
