We were only passing through and just stayed one night. The restaurant was nice to have available when we arrived as it was late enough that we didn’t want to drive around to find a place to eat. Easy freeway access. The tv channels were limited and not able to connect to Netflix, prime or others.

That is something we would make sure o - It was clean, new and updated Our room didn’t have any Kleenex’s when we first arrived which isn’t a big deal but had to use toilet paper and then ran out of that. Took care of it the next day.

Our kids had some accidents and they were right around the corners and took care of it on the spot. Lobby didn’t have regular milk. My baby needed a bottle and I had forgotten to buy some regular milk and the lobby only had chocolate milk. The other issue I would say that the tub in our bathroom was cracked but other than that everything was good.

- John (2/5): Not pleasant - This message is in regard to our recent stay at the Holiday Inn St. George Conv Ctr, which began on November 7, 2025. I wanted to provide some feedback regarding our experience. First, we were quite uncomfortable to find that the hotel had overbooked on queen beds. Traveling with a toddler who sleeps independently, having adequate sleeping arrangements is crucial, ano the situation made our stay less restful than anticipated. Secondly, and more significantly, we did not have hot water for showers during our entire two-night stay. This was a considerable inconvenience and significantly impacted our ability to comfortably prepare for our days. The WiFi was horrible.

It’s convenient to the freeway and several stores are within five minutes. I love that the building is modern and clean, and that the rooms are quiet. The gym is nicer than other places I’ve stayed and has been uncrowded when I’ve used it.

- Faylyn (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby. The staff was friendly overall. When I arrived, the front desk agent was on the phone. I completely understand the importance of helping the customer you’re already assisting, and I had no problem waiting. The only part that felt awkward was that I stood there for quite a while without any acknowledgment, not even eye contact. Not from the agent or another employee who walked through the area. Maybe it’s the past life customer service manager in me, but I’ve always believed that a great guest experience starts with that first interaction, even if it’s just a quick smile or a “we’ll be right with you.” That small gesture would’ve made all the difference. Everything else was great, and if that moment had been handled a bit differently, I would’ve gladly given a full five stars on service. I’m hoping the little bit of positive suggestion helps. I look forward to staying at the hotel again.

- Marcia (10/5): Great beds clean rooms and walking distance to great places to eat. - I love Holiday Inn Express beds they are so comfortable and the rooms are clean my favorite hotel. And it was with in walking distance of good places to eat. The stay was to short one night wasn't enough.
- Klay (10/5): Excellent experience! Will definitely return! - Jenna the hostess at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, friendly, pleasant and helpful. She made us feel like we were home! Nothing to report.

- Rodrick (10/5): This venue is worthy of recommendation. - Excellent room and furnishings. Receptionists Jenna and Julia were efficient and personable Carpets in the hallways need to be replaced.

- Steve (8/5): Very good - Met our needs perfectly. Room was clean and comfortable. Fresh, clean white cotton sheets with four large pillows. Air conditioning worked great. Can't think of a thing.

- Raul (1/5): Very disappointed - Staff was friendly Nice look We arrived to the hotel about 10pm after a long 8 hr drive I got two rooms for my family One of my rooms (407) had a guest on top of us that continuously making very loud stomping noise from 10-3am in the morning in that time I went downstairs to ask the front desk to please tell them to stop cause we are leaving early to a longer drive she said she would But the Noise never stopped This was probably one of my worst stay in a long time Would like a call back from the General Manager

- 5flower (4/5): Does not honor Diamond benefits - The hotel does not honor Diamond benefits and I had to argue with them over the complimentary breakfast which subsequently they relented. They told me that I checked in using the app and it automatically applied the points instead of giving us breakfast. This is a total surprise which I have never experienced before. Second, I paid $137.65 (advanced booking) for the evening but the rate for the day is $94.00. I felt cheated. They ought to have appreciated my advanced booking as a commitment to be there and would want to retain me as a loyal guest but I don’t think that they value my loyalty. If you are booking this hotel, please be aware of the scam.

- Suzanne (5/5): Wouldn't recommend staying here - The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The a/c was so loud we couldn't sleep. We turned it off and then it was too hot. St George's weather was 102. The water never got hot. NEVER. We had to take semi cold showers. But the hallways were stifling hot! We could hear kids running in the halls after 11:00 pm.
