• Nhat Le (Ellie) (10/5): The best stay in my trip to Laos - Room is fully furnished. Mr Ha, the host, is very kind. Our flight was very late, we arrived at midnight and Mr Ha stayed up to help us with checking in and taking the luggage to the room. The next morning, he gave us a map with nearby attractions. • Constance (6/5): It would have been fine but the bad behaviour of the manger destroyed the calm stay - Comfortable bed and good breakfast Extremely unfriendly and antisocial behaviour of the manager. Every evening we arrived home he check on us in a kind of annoying way. He would check our motorbikes and see if we enter the hotel trough the front door and not the side way. We felt uncomfortable and to much into my privacy. On top of that, the worst was when we ask went down for breakfast at 9:45 am and he would literally yell at us the breakfast closes at 9:30 After me referring to his breakfast menu which is written breakfast till 10 am he would get more upset and tell me that I was wrong. This in very unacceptable to react like that as a manger

• Max (9/5): Good staying and friendly owner - Really friendly owner. He helped us booking train tickets and also fixed transfer to the railwaystation. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was also really big.

Gave us a plate of bread and butter for my partner who was sick when requested and gave us some fruit when we were waiting to check out. Room is absolutely solid - great location near the night market, hot water and AC good, and breakfast is very decent with lots of choices. Room is a little dated but nothing major.

• Tobias (10/5): Great location, helpful staff, comfy bed! - I had a great stay here! The staff were incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out. The location is perfect—just a quick walk to the Blue Line Metro and a 7-Eleven right across the street. Plus, it’s only a slightly longer walk to get into the middle of the big, beautiful Benchakitti Park. Highly recommended!
• Jan (2/5): Viel zu laut und zum schlafen nicht geeignet - Gut gelegen Direkt an dem Hotel befindet sich ein Parkplatz und jeden Tag war da eine Veranstaltung. Da wurde viel Alkohol konsumiert und Karten um Geld gespielt. Also konnte man da überhaupt nicht schlafen oder vielleicht 4 bis 5 Stunden in der Nacht. Eigentlich müsste man von booking eine Entschädigung bekommen.

• Syrus (8/5): Lovely hotel would highly recommend - Upon arriving at the hotel we were met with a lovely warm welcome from the owner who provided us with a map and showed us local spots to visit. The room itself was spacious and had all the usual amenities you would expect. The bed was comfortable and big and the room/bathroom was clean. The balcony was spacious and a great addition to the room. Breakfast was also really good with plenty of options! We received new bottles of water daily and he also brought us complimentary drinks whenever we were sat in the restaurant area. The only downside was that the room had a strange smell that was not pleasant when entering the room and during our stay the neighbours had a gathering which was very noisy and went on to early hours of the morning however we are aware that this has nothing to do with the hotel itself and is not an everyday occurrence.

Большая кровать с удобным матрасом. Ежедневная уборка номера. Чудесные вкусные завтраки не менее 15 видов. Менеджер отеля Ха - классный парень, очень доброжелательный, готов оказать любую необходимую помощь от аренды байка до приобретения билетов на поезд. Постоянно угощал нас свежими фруктами и чаем. Хозяин отеля должен гордиться таким сотрудником))). До отеля из аэропорта мы добирались самостоятельно, но в следующий раз обязательно воспользуемся предлагаемым Ха трансфером (его цена оказалась минимальной). От всей души благодарим Ха за наш незабываемый отдых!

Petit déjeuner simple mais frais, préparé à la demande. Chambre assez petite. Salle de bain peu pratique. Sol inondé quand on prend une douche. La chambre attribuée n'était pas celle réservée.

The breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruit. I would definitely stay here again when I come to Luang Prabang!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient for seeing the main sights of Luang Prabang while still feeling local and not completely over-touristed like other parts of the city. Our bathroom had a definite sewer odor, likely because we were on the ground floor. The bathroom was very clean, the odor was probably coming up from the pipes. We'd book again but request a room on the second floor.

What an amazing, pleasant guy is Mr. H’A He made our stay very pleasant, comfortable and wanting to be back there again. So, if the owner of this hotel gets to read this review…. I want to let you know that you got a beautiful treasure in that hotel of yours, you have the best manager any hotel would love to have. He has a great customer service and a beautiful soul. The hotel is in great location off the main road, walking distance to the food market and central, very quiet and clean, Breakfast is fantastic and generous. We had a perfect stay !! Every thing was perfect at our both stays!

• Stefano (10/5): Super friendly! - It was my first day in Laos, and I accidentally left my bag at the airport. At first, I thought I left it in the taxi, but the Hanh the staff stepped in right away to help. They contacted the taxi driver on my behalf because I don't know the language, and he was so kind that even drove me to the airport to track him down—unfortunately, that didn’t work out. Still he kept trying to reach the driver for me late into the night, even though we had no luck at the time. The next day, I went to the airport myself and finally retrieved my bag and I've find out it was my own mistake. The staff’s friendliness was absolutely amazing, though. This one staff member went out of his way to help me single-handedly—he calmed me down when I was stressed, and even reached out to people around to check CCTV footage. For a first-day experience in a new place, that made all the difference. The rooms aren’t very spacious, but they’re calm and quite. It’s not a hotel, so you shouldn’t expect some amenities, but the rooms are perfectly nice overall. The only downside was that the blanket had some blood stains, which was a bit off-putting. The location is unbeatable, though. The night market is just a 5-minute walk away, and the historic sites are also close by. Plus, you can book tours at the hotel the day before, and the tour guides will pick you up directly from the property. All in all, the staff’s incredible kindness is what made this stay so great, and I really appreciate everything they did for me. I would like to thank the kindness again! The stain on the blanket

• Marta (9/5): Muy buen lugar para estar en luang prabang - Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, ya que estaba a escasos 5 minutos del mercado nocturno. Además el dueño es muy amable y atento. La habitación es muy amplia y camas cómodas. Además cada día nos cambiaban las toallas. El desayuno estaba rico y era contundente. Delante justo de las habitaciones del hotel hay un pequeño terreno en el que una familia saca todos los días una mesa y se ponen ahí a comer, cenar, beber… hasta tarde. Esto es un problema porque genera ruido y dificulta del descanso. Yo tuve que usar tapones todas las noches y aún así se escuchaban un poco. Para mi pareja en cambio no fue un problema. Valóralo.

• Janet (9/5): A really enjoyable stay in a convenient central area. Clean and comfortable with helpful staff - It was very central. In a good area . Walking distance to all main attractions. Staff kind and helpful. Lovely breakfasts. The reception manager, Ha, was incredibly helpful. He sorted out transport/ visits and arranged for my onward train journey.

• Sophie369 (10/5): Excellent séjour ! - J'ai tout aimé. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable.lumineuse avec un balcon et vue sur la montagne. Le quartier est tranquille et très proche de l'hyper centre à pied (night market, mont phousi). Le service est super. Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours et les serviettes changées. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, le meilleur que j'ai mangé ici. Et surtout le propriétaire est très sympathique et ma beaucoup aidé pour beaucoup de choses. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi ! J'ai tout aimé !

• Sapir (8/5): - Host was very kind. We didn't need our room to be cleaned whole we stayed here, so he made sure to give us fresh towels, a roll of toilet paper and 2 water bottles daily. Even as we were waiting for the taxi to pick us up after check out he cut us some fresh fruit and water bottles. The bedroom and bathroom were big and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, lighting was good. The balcony was nice. Sheets were clean. The tap in the bathroom was a bit small which made it uncomfortable to wash hands, and the shower is shaped in a way that let's water flow quite freely so it can get a bit slippery.

• Sam (8/5): In the top % of stays in Luang Prabang - Ha the manager does go out of his way for you, breakfast was nice but a little too much for me most days. Rooms perfect, clean, good digital tv and good AC... great bathroom Range of options for tours onward travel good and clear Ha the manager asked no less than 3 times for a review. That can get pretty annoying. He must understand people will get to it but need good wifi/connection and time too. It put a negative slant on things for me. I felt kind of farmed/pushed... I'm on holiday Cleaning of cups served at breakfast often with stains on outside from previous user The mark up % on tours should be same for each customer
