- Suama (6/5): My stay was ok. - I liked the location of the facility. The bed sheets and the bed were old. The sheets were stained. The room was not properly cleaned.

Your rule about the gate that is not allowed to be opened after 10pm, for guests to park their cars, is unreasonable. At the rate you charge per night, one would expect at least secure parking for your car. Rooms are also dark and dated.

- Ndeshipanda (7/5): Good location, great breakfast - The staff were all polite and Diana at the front desk was really warm and welcoming. They’re breakfast also had a wide variety of options. The overall furnishings in the room are a little old school, the couch in the room definitely needs to be change but the overall hotel gives a modern vibe to it. Perhaps a revamp in the room(s) would make this place feel more comfortable and modern.

Good value for the money spent

Always have to request staff to open to go in out. I have requested a parking spot to be reserved in advance, just to find it wasn’t reserved. Our rooms didn’t have air-conditioning in the hot summer days.

- Chawatama (8/5): Beautiful, all worth it - Breakfast was great, just that I always hurriedly had to eat as had activities pick up waiting for me. I loved loved the staff there. Amazing group of people. Diana, Maureen, Debbie and I think Mailos (cant recall his actual name) but one of the guys who works by the breakfast site. He went out of his way to assist us by taking us into town to shop and actually waited for us and walked us back carrying our stuff, this was all done whilst he had just knocked off and should have made his way to his house, God bless him abundantly. I truly loved my stay and next time im in Namibia I will book with them again There isn't anything for me to complain about regarding the hotel, the one issue i had was quickly and professionally resolved that there is no need to even mention it

- Andre (9/5): Good spot for a short stay. - The hotel location is great. You can easily get around town on foot and many restaurants are nearby. Very friendly welcome and safe parking. There are no bar or restaurant services available so you constantly have to go out. We arrived for breakfast at 09h30 which appeared to make the service guy grumpy. Pity, because the breakfast was really good.
- Harly (9/5): Centrally Located Hotel in Swakopmund - The location which is central to everything is the edge of this hotel. It’s so close to shops, restaurants like kfc and spur (try their nachos I swear!) and just a quick 5-minute walk to The Tug Restaurant by the jetty which offers some of the best sunset views in the world, best wines, and best steaks! The rooms in the hotel are pretty basic by the way but if you’re in Swakop as a tourist you won’t really be staying in the room all day. Any tour company doing the sandwich harbor tour can pick you up from the hotel. Their breakfast was amazing with lots of options! I would definitely stay in this hotel again. The staff here are the best and they are approachable and can arrange everything for you. My room didn’t have AC not sure about the other rooms. It can get a bit hot at mid day although the room has a fan. The TV is placed way too high close to the ceiling in my opinion.
