Didn't notice anything out of place and even the elevator was responsive. My favorite part, though, was the restaurant. The hostess, Gabriella, and the cook, Mr. Louis, were great and accommodating. They were so pleasing to be around, I came back two nights in a row!

- 777deano (2/5): Unethical business practices at customer’s expense. - Extremely disappointed in Marriott and especially this hotel. Made a reservation three days in advance through American Airlines, paid the room in full, notified that I would be a very late arrival, and confirmed my reservation earlier in the day through email. Arrived at the hotel just after midnight to be told that there was a “glitch in the system” and that my reservation had been canceled and the hotel was completely sold out. I was also told that Expedia (American Airlines booking partner) had been trying to get ahold of me to let me know of the glitch - yet I had no emails, no text messages, no calls, and no notifications on my American Airlines app. After investigation with AA and Expedia, it turns out that the hotel canceled my reservation thinking I wouldn’t show and resold my room. If you still believe in ethical business practices, I’ve experienced far better service, honesty and resolutions with Hilton hotels.

With how much rooms cost - you want nice, clean, good service, comfortable beds, and a nice lobby bar and restaurant. Four Points did not disappoint ! I think this is a great hotel. The lobby bar has a great happy hour, the pints are frozen and the beer is cold! Andrea was amazing and takes great care of you. If you need a great place to stay, I would say Four Points delivers for what you pay!

Hotel overall was a great place, I came here to Midland for work and will need to come in the future. The Four Points in Midland will be where I stay when I am needing to come here for work.

Specifically , Andrea was wonderful at the bar consistently asking if there was anything she could do to make our trip as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.
- Jasontruss (10/5): Stay here!! - Fantastic food! Great service! Enjoyed an appetizer and a meal with reasonably priced wine. Andrea was an incredibly attentive bar tender and gave fantastic recommendations. I would definitely come back here again. Consistency of the service is fantastic.
- davidlX6362SJ (10/5): Another great stay - Another great stay the staff is super friendly and very helpful. Izamar at the front desk is awesome very friendly and the house keeping staff is awesome. The rooms are super clean and the restaurant and bar has great food and drinks. I highly recommend staying here.
- Tabitha (6/5): - This hotel seems to be in a newer part of town, however, it seems to be in the needs to be updated category. There were 4 different sizes of pillows, almost like they were left from previous guests, and all of them were lumpy. The mattress was also lumpy. The walls were very thin. So thin I can say with confidence our neighbor needs a Cpap because they alternated between snoring so loudly that it seemed they were in our room to stopping and gasping for air. Not the quality you would expect when you see Sharton attached to the name.

I always stay in this hotel, but never took the time to recognize the great people they have providing the guests with a better experience. The food and the environment at the bar is also very welcoming. Thanks.
- StephenR2417 (10/5): Will return - Andrea was awesome. Front desk staff was nice. I stay in a lot of Marriott properties and this one stands out. Place was clean and cozy. Would recommend. Gym has enough to get a good workout in. Comfy chairs in the bar. Good snacks. Room was tidy. Lobby was very comfortable too. Oh and Andrea rocks!!!
- mikemD9024HO (10/5): Absolutely Fantastic Job - I checked in today and went to visit Andrea at the bar, she told me she would have screwball liquor the next time I came and she definitely kept her word and had it today. She was very busy but still managed to give me great service as always. I admire her work ethic and be able to handle the whole bar and dining area without it letting it affect her attitude. This is a great place to stay when you have great service.
- daddyrusses1 (10/5): Found a great new place to stay in Midland. - From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Elizabeth to the moment I sat at the bar with Andrea, I was treated as a valued guest and felt at home. The affordability of the Four Points combined with the amenities of the full bar makes this a great place to stay.

My food was on time and tasted great! I will definitely come back to stay with this hotel.

- Krishella (4/5): Last stay - First off, I only received one key second the young lady called me down to the front desk after running my card for incidentals to tell me that she didn’t complete the sale when I informed her that the charge was pending on my account. She then told me to calm down, which I had not expressed any anger or had was not upset in any manner I had to remind her. She was being offensive to the customer I requested her manager, was not able to speak with her, not on Duty, the outlets in the room were not working properly. The refrigerator was not cold and the toilet did not have adequate flushing abilities. I have stayed at this property before, but this was the last time.
