• Ghyslaine (10/5): - Ce n'est pas un endroit de grand luxe mais c'était propre, les lits sont confortables et tous les services essentiels y sont disponibles et même le wi-fi. La propriétaire est très gentille.

• Medgine (2/5): - C'est vraiment décevant que le personnel de l'hôtel nous ait jugé à cause de nos cheveux(locs) en insinuant que nous sommes responsables de ses taies d'oreillers qui sont sales. Les locs ne sont en aucun cas un signe de négligence ou de saleté. Sinon à part ça ,c’était passable . L'air conditionné fonctionne bien

• Karen (4/5): My stay was Thursday Aug. 10 x Sunday Aug. 13. - Fast check-in. This motel needs make over. The room was nothing like in the pictures.The bathroom was not cleaned very well. The hairdryer didn’t work and I wasn’t able to use my own. There was no socket to plug in the bedside lamp. The furniture and bedding was old. This motel needs a makeover. I would not stay there again. I would not recommend this motel.

• Marilyn (4/5): - Air conditioning didn't work and no screens in windows. Water stains on ceiling tiles as well as broken ceiling tile. Multiple large stains on carpet. Dirty bathroom floor and walls. Fridge not clean and frost buildup in freezer. However beds were comfortable and bedding was clean and fresh smelling.

• Marcie (4/5): - The staff member working at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Impressed with her service. When I got to the room, I spent some time determining whether it was clean or not because there were so many scuff and chips in the paint on the walls and fixtures that they looked dirty. The lampshade in the room was vile - dirty with a big hole in it. The main fixtures were clean but it ended there. The ceiling and light fixture were coated with cobwebs and even had dead spiders in them. There were Asian beetles in the room buzzing around as well. It seemed like no one had been in there for some time. I couldn't use the ceiling fan as it was coated in dust - you could see it on the edge of the blades. The doors and windows didn't seem to tightly close as you could hear significant noise from outside the room. This made me feel very unsafe. There was no central smoke detector system, just a detector in the room and a pull alarm. There was also only a partial roll of toilet paper with no extra. I did not book expecting luxury. There were very few alternate accommodations in the city for those two days so I selected it expecting clean and safe. It disappointed on both fronts. A fresh lampshade, a swiffer duster, and a can of paint would have gone a long way in this room.

• George (8/5): - Great, economical place to spend the night on our trip in Quebec. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. All we needed for an over night stay. If you need a place to sleep for a night on a budget, this is a great option.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Pleasant one night stay - We stayed in the standard double room (lower ground level). Spacious room, very comfortable beds. Amenities included mini fridge and microwave but there was no coffee machine. Toiletries included with a nice big bathroom. Stayed just one night so unable to comment on cleanliness/hygiene maintenance for longer stays.

• Onur (6/5): - This hotel was ok. It is a bit expensive in terms of quality /price. The lady who was the owner of the hotel paid attention to our needs. Rooms are too small and even sink is not in the bathroom. Hotel was ok but expensive in terms of what they provide.
• Robert S (4/5): Shaky - The hotel was a bit on the scuzzy side. The owner/manager was very nice and gave us a great dinner location suggestion. She also helped another customer without a vehicle get to the bus stop. We stayed two nights because we could not find another place. Room was not cleaned while we were out on the middle day.

• Carl (4/5): - Bonjour Au départ j’ai réservé pour une chambre 2 lits double et quand nous sommes arrivés ,la propriétaire du motel est arrivé au comptoir et nous a dit que elle n’avais pas de chambre avec lit double nous n’avions pas ce que nous avons demander elle propose une chambre avec une plus petite chambre.. elle a tenter de monter son prix vue que nous étions 3 …Il se pourrais que vous obtenez pas l’exactitude de se que vous demandez,c’est idéal pour les travailleurs. La chambre est pas fameuses et ce n’était pas propre
• Estelle (2/5): Mauvaise condition des lieux - La chambre avait 2 murs en bloc de béton peint, on serait cru dans une prison, très humide avec un odeur désagréable, il n'avait de bouchon pour le bain même après l'avoir demandé. Le lavabo n'est même pas dans la salle de bain. Madame est tombé très malade à cause de l'humidité. Nous avons du repartir le lendemain matin et donc racourci nos vacances. Ils ont refusé de nous rembourser ... TRÈS DÉCU DE L'ENDROIT à ne pas recommander à personne

• Patrick (6/5): Correct mais matelas extrêmement dure!! - Motel correct pour le prix, calme et très bien situé vraiment collé sur l'autoroute. Piscine propre, chambre petite mais fonctionnel, propreté correct sauf le lit est très très dure j'avais jamais vu ça!! Une chance qu'on étais là seulement pour une nuit car on a pas dormis de la nuit. De plus 2 jours avant notre arrivée j'ai essayé d'appeler par téléphone et il n'y a JAMAIS personne qui a répondu et aucun répondeur! J'ai compris rendu sur place car il n'y a jamais personne à l'accueil.

• Roxana (8/5): - Alejado del centro de Sherbrooke. No hay nada cerca donde tomar desayuno. En el web dice 5 km del centro y no es cierto. El cuarto pequeño pero limpio, zona muy tranquila y silenciosa, se puede dormir bien.
• Lillian (8/5): - The room was very clean, very small but very economical. I didn’t need to spend much time there except to sleep and shower, so it was perfect. The hostess was super friendly and helpful. It’s not fancy, but it was extremely practical and the price was right.

The bathroom had a shower as big as a phone booth and the sink was next to the bed. There wasn't any couch or table. Between the bed and sink, I don't think there was a two foot gap. Not at all what they show you.
• Luc (6/5): Rock hard bed. - The original price of just a double bed was one price. The bead was up against the wall on three sides and the whole room was very Claustrophobic. The room we decided on was a lot more money in comparison, the tub for taking a shower was round on the bottom like a barrel and if you were not VERY CAREFUL an accident could easily happen, especially for an elderly person. Other than that it was a pleasant stay although the bed was like concrete. The place was located conveniently to the affairs that we were doing on this trip.

• Gaetan (2/5): Unsuccessful stay. - M’y first impression was négative, the driveway was gravel, the lawn was not cut, chicken running around the building, there was an unviting smell going into the building, the office was very unattractive and leads everything else to be desired, no coffee machine in the room, speaking if the room it was very unattractive, all and all, it was not worth 115,00 a night. I will definately not go back and not recommend this motel to anyone.
• Norman (4/5): - The room they showed me was so small that when you get out of bed my butt would have been in the sink, so we did not take the room but she showed us another room and I like it but then the price went up from 69.00 to 89.00 this I did not like at all I tried to negotiate the price since the room was not what we saw in Expedia.ca and the answer was no I had to pay 89.00 a night for 2 nights and I was disappointed about that but it was okay it was not the best place to rent a room but it was the only place on Canada Day Week-end left. The Sunday I left I took a sower and the water was not to hot but still felt the coolness in the water while taking a shower and the place look like it was a storage place for furniture before and it was not the best place.

• Becky (2/5): Greedy - I booked a room to help a friend out, but then she wasn't going to be going to that city anymore so I said I wanted to cancel. They refused to refund me and still charged my card 105, even though it wasn't check-in time yet or anything and it was within the time frame of cancellations in their policy. They flat-out refused and kept my money.
• Josef, 70 (2/5): Cheap run down place with high price - Dark, dingy, no wifi in our room. Every piece of furniture looking as retrieved from the dump. One bed hellishy hard, the oder one softblike a sponge. The worst part: we were located in the llower part of the building with a separate entrance from a truck stop parking. Obviously a lady of the night in the next room, bringing customers every hour until 4 am, every time with banging noise of door closing. No one in reception to talk to during the night. Booked thru Expedia, last time in my life. I have never seen such a discrepance with the description of the place with reality we met there. Thank you, Expedia!

For the price would definitly stay again. No breakfast offered It is a budget hotel so do not expect all the bells and whistles On a budget it is a good choice

Clean and quiet, has a very small inground pool behind the building. Only complaints: very low water pressure in the shower, and the curtain covered the window air conditioner so it had to be left open to get air.

Turns out that we were successful with our dealings much sooner than anticipated. Around noon, we asked for a refund. They could have kept it all. They gave us 20% back. Fair enough.
