- Henri (4/5): - La propreté n’est pas le fort de cet hôtel. La personne qui nous a reçu a bien été consciente des différents soucis de propreté et de délabrement de certains équipements. Nous avons pu trouver un arrangement, mais ce n’est pas pour autant que moi et ma femme recommandons cet hôtel.

- Emmanuel (3/5): Trop de bruit - Beaucoup de bruit. La nuit on entant les pompes à chaleurs de la climatisation des autres chambres à l’extérieur, impossible de dormir. De plus les gens peuvent nous voir de l’extérieur car il y a seulement un rideau sauf qu’on peut tout de même voir de l’extérieur. Merci l’intimité!

Very big terrace with table and chairs. Good for one night stay. Very big room as well. Double bed and two single ones. Also a sofa / siting area. Price was very good for one night. The personal was helpful and welcoming. We were also able to park the car closed by. Elevator available in the building. There was also a common kitchen area for guests. The music from the street below was very loud. The view was amazing from the 3rd floor but the terrace , table and chairs were not clean. The bathroom window lead to a inside corridor with food smell from the restaurant below. So we couldn’t really open the window. The other window to this outside corridor was next to the bed and it was extremely full of birds excrements. We traveled with our dog and gave her dog food for the night, in the morning there were a million of small ants eating her food. Not a problem for us, we just throw everything in the trash but if people decide to leave any fruit on table - then is another thing. We informed reception about the ants but they seems to not thing that this is a problem and said that they have come to the room because of the dog food. Anyway they offer to give us refund for the turist tax (6eur) for the trouble with the ants.

We did receive a voucher for a local coffee shop but the owner considered it a gift and not part of the package. The check in system is not working properly; gives repeatedly a wrong code for an automatic check in. Eventually instead of getting codes form the system the owner had to call us. Place has a spectacular view but is not close to anything interesting.
- Maria (4/5): Owner is mentally a toddler - The staff working for the hotel is amazing, they maintain it well, they are helpful however the owner is a jerk. When I was checking in an employee from Bangladesh kindly helped with door as I’m carrying bags and a baby. They took forever to take payment about an hour for the first day so next day I paid online fully. So literally coming out from the elevator with bags and baby in my arms and the guy shows up no hi no nothing and saying I’m the owner so give me the keys. Ok well I have two more hours to check out and wanted to load bags first and have a coffee downstairs. But we’ll have him keys then just like that in the corridor he says you owe me a tax 4 euro. Well first of all tax is 2.5 euro they wrote it out on the first day on the piece of paper, kids under 12 are not having tax, second because they had issues with their machine working on day one I asked to put everything together and paid through card in case machine won’t work again. I have a receipt and a paper the employee gave. I’m while holding the baby and bags trying to pull that out for him and he is like oh that’s ok. Not holding the door, nothing. Man can’t own a business if he has no idea about basic hospitality, like luggage, holding doors and saying hi, how was your stay… I can imagine his wife carrying kids and groceries and he would be walking nearby asking her as well to pay for his new video game… child man not a man.
- Keith (10/5): - A beautiful spot to spend the week! Belvedere staff were kind enough to upgrade our room, which gave us a great room with a truly fabulous view of the sea and nearby mountains. Super convenient location, parking tricky but available (particularly on the side street closest to the hotel front), and the town couldn’t be sweeter. A great place to visit, and we will definitely stay here again!

There was a washing machine available and a common space with kitchenware. We had bad luck, because there was a city festival during our stay. There was no place to park whatsoever. We were informed by the local traffic staff that there would be a place after 1-2 hours when the procession was over, but after 4 hours we still had to park a car very far away from the building.

- Lowrider (9/5): Good place to stay, location is amazing - Very good location, I'm so happy we chose this place, a few min drive from Cefalu. Amazing location, view is stunning, close to few restaurants and bars, a lots of locals and Italians on holidays, good vibe town. Place is renovated, staff is nice, free parking beside, perfect place explore and relax. Our room was without a balcony but we were just sleeping there so not big problem

Stripping your beds before checking out is terrible hospitality. - The location was great if you don't want to stay right in Cefalu. it's in a quiet, clean and small village. The receptionist who greeted us and who was in contact with us before was really lovely and helpful. The beds weren't separated to 2 single beds as I requested. They then went to separate them right as we checked in instead of waiting until we went out for the afternoon so had to wait until they finished to enter the room. Then when we checked out the next day, we went for breakfast where they send you to the close local bar - by the time we got back, with still 90mins before check out and the beds had been completely stripped already. I have NEVER seen this and this should NEVER happen until we check out. They moved our stuff off the bed to strip them. What if we wanted to lay down a little longer or sit on our beds? Unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place purely on this basis. Terrible hospitatily.

Room was really large and super confortable. Breakfast was at the cafe around the corner and was just a croisant and coffee, but very lovely.

I wish the business - Location I paid alot of money, charged way too much .There were things that were printed that they were included but we're actually not there. Example, no iron or coffee maker in the room or replenish of basic toiletries as printed. Did not receive such a warm welcome for our included breakfast at Bar Roccella.

There is an Italian restaurant next door and you also receive a morning chocolate croissant and cafe every morning. There rate is great and has a spectacular view of the Mediterranean. David, one of the family members of the B&D speaks English so if you call he can help.

- Maria (2/5): Stay elsewhere - The directions associated with the booking are inaccurate, creating confusion and making getting there a longer process. We were forwarded more accurate directions but it was after being taken to the wrong place. The correct directions should be attached and sent prior to the day of check in. There was nobody there to greet us or orient us to anything. We had to figure out the parking ourselves and walked into a room that was clean but seemed to not have a working fridge or air conditioner. We were sent the correct code to get in with and a key was left on a table for access to the apartment. That was our “check in” experience. There was no toilet paper. In all my years of traveling, I’ve never had that happen. There’s a leak of sorts in the bathroom sink so that the drawer below has mold on it. It’s August and hot so the smell was overwhelming when walking in. The view from the terrace is beautiful but we’re 4 people and there were only 3 chairs!

Balcon au dernier étage avec un panorama à 180° Service accueil inexistant mais une enveloppe était prête avec les clés et les instructions (mail reçu en amont avec code d'accès). Petit déjeuner prévu dan un bar tabac à 50m. Super petit restaurant au bas de l'immeuble pour prendre l'aoeritivo et admirer le coucher de soleil. Équipement parfait hormis la climatisation qui avait un peu de mal à suivre avec les fortes chaleurs.

- Hubert (10/5): Très bien - Notre séjour à l'hôtel B&B Belevedere de Campofelice di Rocella s'est très bien déroulé. Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche soir, et les documents dont nous avions besoin nous avaient été préparés. Linda nous a accueilli également. Le lendemain nous avons rencontré Davide à la réception qui a été très serviable, il nous a offert de nous installer dans une chambre avec une vue superbe sur la mer. Nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner au Bar le Prosit en dessous, et nous recommandons le restaurant du même nom: cuisine typique sicilienne. Demandez les plats du jour qui ne figurent pas au menu. ils sont excellents. Le lieu est à recommander aux voyageurs. L'accueil et le service sont de qualité.

- Christophe (4/5): Pas recommandé - Pour ma dernière nuit à en Sicile, ça n’a pas été la meilleure et loin de là. Nous arrivons vers 16h et nous sommes accueilli par une feuille avec des instructions marqué dessus nous disant de récupérer les clés de l’appartement dans la boîte au lettre (ouverte) prêt de la porte (ouverte)... niveau sécurité, faudra repassé... Ensuite ils y a un homme qui travaille sur place qui nous indique notre chambre. A peine les bagages posés, on nous indique qu’il y a un problème d’eau dans la salle de bain et qu’il va falloir changer de chambre. Du coup, adieu la grande chambre avec la terrasse. Ensuite on nous dit que la chambre en bas est similaire et de la même taille sauf que ce n’est pas le cas. Il faut tout de même reconnaître que les deux chambres sont suffisamment grandes mais pour leur honnêté, faudra repasser. Ma compagne et moi avons mal dormi car le lit n’était pas confortable. Autre point desagreable du séjour: on nous indique que le petit déjeuner se prendra dans un bar à côté de l’immeuble. ma compagne et moi prenons 2 pâtisseries et un jus chacun. Lorsque nous partons, on nous indique que l’on doit payé 4 euros (hors le petit déjeuner était gratuit) car nous avions seulement droit à 3€/pers., qu’il faut payer les deux croissants supplémentaires car il ne sont pas compris dans le tarif. On nous explique ensuite que c’était écrit dans la chambre sur une feuille, etc... il aurait été plus simple de nous prévenir avant d’y aller. Vraiment déçu!
- Jose Miguel (6/5): Buenas vistas - Son unos apartamentos modernos y limpios. Estuvimos hospedados en el Atico con terraza y vistas al mar. Le falta el ascensor , ya que si pesan mucho las maletas se hace muy pesado subir tantas plantas. La descripcion de la informacion del B&B es engañosa, ya que no tiene parking gratuito, tienes que buscar sitio y aparcar en la calle. Tambien pone que tienes una botella gratuita de agua y hervidor eléctrico, y es falso. La habitacion tiene por todos lados unos arbustos de plasticos puestos por las paredes, y es para tapar y que no se vean unas tuberias que salen de las mismas paredes. El desayuno que viene incluido es en el bar de abajo, y consiste en un vasito de zumo, un cafe y un croissant (no esperes nada mas). Eso si, si desayunas en la terraza del bar, prepara un insecticida porque hay mas avispas que en la selva.

- mariasofiapalagonia (10/5): Faboulos place, oasis of peace and full of sicilian ospitality - I recommend the B&B Belvedere to everyone, who wants to live a great experience. The building is completely new and full of every comfort. Our room has a balcony with a great view on the see of Campofelice di Roccella. We enjoyed the sunset on the balcony with the happy hour from the bar-restourant that is downstairs. The room is very comfortable, with the conditioned air and very bright.
- Gabriela (10/5): Un balcón al mar y a la vida del pueblo - Costafelice de rocella queda a 15-20 minutos de Cefalu. Es un gran balcón al mar, muy pintoresco. Belvedere queda justo en la punta, bien de frente a la amplia vista. Debajo hay un bar (dónde se sirve el desayuno) y donde se come re bien. El camino hacia Cefalu está bien señalizado y es muy seguro, bastante iluminado si vuelves de noche. La habitación es perfecta. Amplia, moderna, luminosa y limpisima. Además, el personal fue muy amable como nosotros. Sin duda volveríamos.

Eine Inaugenscheinnahme des Wasserschadens war auch nicht möglich, da kein Schlüssel vorhanden war. Das Ersatzzimmer hatte nur ein Fenster in den überdachten Innenhof, mit einem darunter liegenden Restaurant ...
- M.Hoffmann (8/5): Schönes kleines B und B - Sehr schön gelegenes B und B. Dìe Bar vor dem Hotel ist gemütlich und mit einen schönen Blick auf die Küste. Das Frühstück wird auch dort serviert, Frühstück kann man das nicht nennen.. Es stehen für die Hotelgäste nur ein Kaffee oder ähnliches und ein Croissant zu. Möchte man mehr muss man bezahlen. Unser Check-in war spannend wir hatten plötzlich keine Zimmer. Wir hatten 3 Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick gebucht. Der Manager vom Hotel hat versucht uns wo anders unterzubringen. Wir hatten dann für eine Nacht , so ein Gartenhaus in der Nähe vom Strand. Er hatte uns angeboten wenn wir wollen die 5 Tage dort zu verbringen. Das haben wir danken ab gelehnt. Am nächsten Tag hatten wir dann unsere Zimmer. Der Hotel.com Kundenservice war auch sehr gut Hatten versucht uns wo anders unterzubringen . Ohne diesen Hick Hack kann man das B und B Belverdere empfehlen.

Large room and bathroom with a small fridge which is handy and air con in the lounge and bedroom. Noisy at night till late hours as pizzeria is below with loud music. Great for sunsets and cocktails.
- Maria (10/5): B & B Belvedere, fantastisch verblijf - Heerlijk verblijf in B & B Belvedere! Aan de rand van het authentieke dorpje Campofelice di Rocella en boven het ontzettend leuke bar /restaurant Prosit waar je s'ochtends kan ontbijten met lekkere croissants en heerlijke koffie. S'avonds fantastiche plek om o.a heerlijke pizza's of Risotto en salades te eten en een drankje te doen, zeer betaalbaar en met prachtige zonsondergang! Dorpje is heel knus en gezellig, maar je hebt zeker een auto nodig om andere plaatsen te verkennen. De trein lijkt heel dichtbij maar is veel verder en bovendien alleen te bereiken via een autoweg. Personeel in B & B en bar/restaurant Prosit is bijzonder aardig. Sicillie is prachtig en enerverend, kortom de (korte) reis was geweldig.

- Björn (10/5): TOP Hotel mit sagenhafter Aussicht - TOP Hotel, ca. 50 m vom Zentrum weg, mit einer gigantischen Aussicht auf das Meer. Lediglich der Fußweg zum Strand ist aufgrund der Infrastruktur zu lange (ca. 1 Std.). Mit dem Auto ca. 5 Min., mit dem Fahrrad schätzungsweise 15 Min. Im Sommer soll es aber ein regelmäßiger Shuttletransfer vom Zentrum zum Strand geben.
