• Nicole (10/5): Außergewöhnlich und perfekt ! - Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer, mit einem vom Schlafraum abgetrennten Wohnraum . Alles war absolut sauber, stylisch durchdacht und aufeinander abgestimmt. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück lecker und fein und mit Liebe gemacht. Die beiden Inhaber wissen was sie tun !!! Nichts.

Daily homemade treats were a nice welcome when we returned each day. Plenty of off-street parking. Comfortable stylish lounge made up for the smallish (but good value) room. Very handy for the Agatha Christie festival, railway station and town, just short walks. There was TV noise from an adjacent bedroom, but only for short periods in the early evening, so acceptable.

• Peter (10/5): A first class stay - Where do I start, we booked last minute so didn't have a choice of rooms but liked what we saw in the photos provided with glowing reviews we thought we should be okay, well we had nothing to worry about, we were greeted by Andy who was very friendly after all the important information he offered us a drink in the drawing room which was lovely , the rooms were very clean, comfortable and modern they have everything you want or need but if you wanted anything it was no trouble , the breakfast was cooked perfectly, there was plenty of choice from start to finish, when we checked out we were given some snacks and drinks for our journey home, Andy and Julian want to make your stay at The 25 boutique as special as possible and the certainly did that for us, if ever we return to Torquay we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. • Liam (10/5): The 25 Boutique B&B saved our 1st anniversary weekend! - When we arrived we were met by a warm and welcoming man called Andy. He signed us in, explained the features of the B&B and offered us a complimentary drink & brownie in the drawing room. (I'm not suggesting this would be done for everyone) We passed by one of the other rooms where we were then greeted by Julian who was prepping another room for guests arriving. On entering our room, we saw a note and a little box of chocolates congratulating us on our 1st anniversary. The room was clean, tidy and well presented with a lot of added extra little touches! That night we took a nice bath in a mood-lit bathroom and a very relaxed sleep. In the morning we went down to breakfast where there were cereals, homemade yogurts, fresh fruit, smoothie shots, juices and much more to help yourself to. Once seated Andy then came and took an order for hot food. The breakfast was delicious and presented very well. I did not want to leave. They would not let me live with them forever. Nothing else was bad!

We weren't thinking of returning next year but may well do now and would only stay here. Would absolutely definitely recommend nothing

Breakfast was amazing, great local produce and Andy’s eggs were the best we’ve had - cooked perfectly! And we enjoyed the delicious treats left for us. There was nothing we didn’t like

Andy and Julian have thought of everything, the location is great, and it is the cleanest accomodation we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome, Andy provided us with a welcome drink and delicious brownies. Great places for dinner were also a short walk down the road. Our room had everything we could ever need including everything we could have forgotten. Andy’s daily treats, Julian’s fresh made breakfast, jar of lollies (refreshed each day) and the goodbye gift bag were also great touches. As someone who suffers from dust related allergies I can confirm that the room was so clean that there was not a speck of dust, which is very rare. We would highly recommend The 25 Boutique B&B to anyone seeking accomodation in or around Torquay, we would even go as far as to recommend traveling to Torquay to stay at The 25 Boutique B&B.
