• Arlene (8/5): Overall, stay at hotel was plesant - Located near interstate The bed linen was questionable. When I pulled the bed spread back, there was a used tissue in the sheets. When I discovered this, it was late and did not request services to change the sheets. I slept on top of the sheets.

• Jo (10/5): Erg nette, ruime en comfortabele kamers in een modern hotel. - Zeer netjes, alle comfort en erg ruime kamers. Lekker en betaalbaar restaurant en bescheiden maar lekker ontbijt. Ligt wat aan de rand, voordeel is dat je ruime en gratis parking hebt.
• Tracia (10/5): Love the outdoor sitting area - This was my 2nd time staying here. The service is excellent, both at the front desk and at the Bistro. It’s nice to get a cocktail in the evening, and sip it outside around the fire pit. The food is also very good, both for dinner and breakfast. Everything is clean and in good repair. There is an indoor pool and a gym, though I haven’t personally used either.

The staff members were terrific, and so friendly! We just stayed one night, but if we end up in Shippensburg again I'll definitely stay here!
• TravelerTP (10/5): All Around Great, but Loved the Outdoor Seating Area - This hotel was everything I would want - friendly, clean, comfortable, quiet. There’s a restaurant on site that had delicious food. My highlight though was the beautiful space outside where we took drinks in the evening and sat around the fire. There were ample seats for varying preferences - some around a fire, others not. Some chairs, a sofa, some with umbrella tables, others with just a side table. There were several people outside that evening and everyone was laughing and having fun, but we had space so I never felt like they were interrupting our evening. Loved this hotel. I go to the Shippensburg area periodically but usually just head home at the end of the day. I may be tempted to just stay more often and would definitely stay here again.

I liked it because I didn’t have to drive around town at night looking for a restaurant. I liked everything about the property. I have no complaints.
• Kimberly (4/5): - We stayed here for graduation because it was convenient. The lobby, outdoor area, limited dining area was beautiful. The room seemed to be cleaned, however, our pillow cases had yellow stains, some dirt in the sheets, very dusty nightstand with body hair-light above full of dust, but wait…coffee pot full of powdery dust and mold. Only other coffee option was to purchase in the bistro area. We complained to front desk at night and was given 2 complimentary passes for breakfast…there were 3 of us. We were able to get pillow cases from house keeping. In the am, we woke up smelling like sewage from the bedding! Complained to front desk when checking out and all we received was “oh I am so sorry”! Thank god there is no need to stay there again. Our other family rooms seemed ok, except for the same coffee pot issues. For a conference center next to a university, this was terrible.

I'm very disappointed with the overall smell of the room. I spent good money for one night. A refund would be great. I'm not happy it's because I was extremely tired from my long travel that I decided not to call room service management ASAP! I normally take pictures but I was so disappointed.

So we ate our own cereal! The lack of free coffee except for the stuff in the room, and the charge if you wanted to have breakfast.

• Walter (10/5): Great stay in Shippensburg - This hotel was wonderful. It was clean, the rooms were great. The only bad thing was the food prices. There are plenty of restaurant choices near by.
• Tara (6/5): The rugs definitely need to be cleaned or changed - Our day was very nice except there was a overpowering smell of dog feces throughout the whole second floor whenever we opened our door or had to go to the elevator for the entire stay you could smell it it was disgusting I don’t know if that’s normal or if they’re just maybe be in the middle of redoing the carpeting but it was awful

Bug in my bed, place seemed to have an infestation problem, I have a picture of the bug, and husband found one crawling in the urinal in the bathroom off the labor! They said it was a third party booking and couldn’t refund my money!

• Tom (8/5): Great place, small inconveniences - Overall had a really great time. A little confusion about the breakfast, more expensive and less quality than going to Starbucks honestly. The only other thing was we had asked for a late check out, then our keys got shut off at least an hour before we were to check out. Luckily my wife was still in the room to let me in and we were packing out.
