The pillows are a bit uncomfortable and wi-fi was not the best. Some sockets were not working but there is more so overall it was not an issue.

- Mikhail K. (10/5): - Останавливались тут второй раз и, если поедем в Краков, то только здесь. Идеальное расположение: ж/д станция, рынок, лучшиц чендж, большой магазин, в котором всё есть. В нашей студии всё неоходимое есть. Если что-то нужно персонал поможет. Персонал очень доброжелательный.

W środku przytulnie, czysto, bardzo dobrze wyposażony (łazienka i kuchnia). Sporo zieleni w okolicy. . Pokój ładny, szybko przygotowany, wszędzie czysto. Panie w recepcji bardzo miłe i pomocne. Zdecydowanie tam wrócę.

- Deborah (8/5): Soggiorno soddisfacente - La posizione degli appartamenti è molto vicina al centro storico, raggiungibile in soli 5 minuti a piedi. L’alloggio è confortevole, letti buoni e cucina attrezzata. Unica pecca l’appartamento era chiuso dentro ad un cortile con pochissima luce, ma se si alloggia solo per dormire non è un problema.

На пет минути има жп гара, което е много удобно за пътуване до Аушвиц и солна мина Величка. Стария град е на седем минути пеша. Леглата са много удобни и интернета е много добър. Има хранителен магазин наблизо и от там пазарувахме. Всичко ми хареса

Location was a very short walk to the centre. We booked a number of rooms across two buildings and all were fine. Nice quiet location. The place is a little dated but was clean and good-value for money.

- Joe (2/5): A glorified dump masquerading as a luxury flat... - I would have left 1 star given the experience, but the secretarial staff were pleasant and tried to accommodate given the circumstances, but there was little they could do, they were the only positive aspect. I don't normally leave reviews, but the experience was so dreadful I felt I had to, to warn others. This is the worst flat I have stayed in in Krakow for over 10+ years, especially for the price that I paid, for which I could have gone to a much better 4 star hotel nearby. The flat was portrayed as a luxury studio flat and priced as such, but when I arrived I discovered a flat that looked little better than a shabby uncomfortable glorified youth hostel, from the beds, pillows, furniture, everything. The flat also had major issues. - The room had a permanent sewage smell or some sort of mould, I ran all the taps in the flat to try to clear it to no avail, I could not locate it, but I also had to keep the window open due to this and it was snowing outside. - To make matters worse there was something wrong with the radiators and they hissed loudly when on, so loudly that it was impossible to sleep. To be able to breath without my throat becoming sore from the sewage stink in the room I had to leave a window open, but to sleep I had to turn the radiators off because of the loud hissing noise. I had no choice, I ended up sleeping radiators off, window open, in a frozen room. My stay was thankfully short and I was extremely busy, otherwise I would have walked out and gone to a hotel nearby, I felt scammed.
