Apartamenty bardzo zadbane, czyste i bardzo dobrze wyposażone - zarówno kuchnia, jak i łazienka 🔝 Widać niesamowitą dbałość o detale. Cudownie zadbane otoczenie ogród i basen 👌 Przemili właściciele - zdecydowanie polecam ❤️

- Morgane (6/5): - L’accueil était convivial et la propriétaire est très gentille. L’emplacement est top, à 5min du centre de Zadar et calme. L'extérieur est super avec une belle piscine. Concernant le logement, malheureusement les photos sont mélangées de plusieurs appartements que comprend la maison entière, donc on a pas exactement ce qu'il y a sur les photos. Les chambres sont presque toutes avec 2 petits lits donc pas pratique. La décoration est restée dans les années 90. Les canapés étaient abîmés. Il manque des ustensiles. L’appartement est petit pour 6 personnes et il n’y a pas de vraie table à l'intérieur pour manger.

- Nils (8/5): Enpfehlenswert, aber nicht luxuriös - Alles war eigentlich sehr schön und von daher ein gelungener Aufenthalt: Sauber, gute Lage (aber nicht direkt am Wasser), zuvorkommende Vermieterin, alles da, was gebraucht wird. Leider gab es entgegen der Beschreibung kein optionales Frühstück - gemäß Aussage der Vermieterin seit Corona. Da wir erst gegen 21:00 Uhr ankamen, hat uns das etwas in Bedrängnis für den nächsten Morgen gebracht. Dass das gebuchte Babybett irgendwie doch vergessen wurde, kann passieren und war schnell erledigt.

- Melanie (5/5): Im gesamten würden wir dieses Appartment nicht mehr buchen - Die Lage war ok, die Schildkröten dort sind super, der Pool war ok Keine Waschmaschine obwohl dies in der Buchung stand, die Besitzerin hat uns zwar die Wäsche gewaschen aber wir haben extra ein App. gesucht mit eigener Waschmaschine. Wifi ging Sauschlecht obwohl "schnelles Internet" in der Anzeige stand. Sauberkeit? Hinter dem Nachtkasten waren Glasscherben, die Nachttischlampen haben Staub von Monaten drin. Viele Steckdosen stehen raus und sind locker, gefährlich für Kinder, Putz bröckelt ab. Die Terassenmöbel in der Anzeige sind viel schöner als dort.

- Steven (8/5): Very good - swimming pool spacious 1 bedroom appartement Wi-Fi really bad, despite having 3 wifi-networks. Next to that also bad data network around the housing. Quite far away from centre and beach. The nearest beach you can walk but if it's + 30°degrees.... Uber one way is +/- €6 so that's a good solution. Since the building has many appartements you have the chance to be 'locked' in with groups which can be noisy and loud.

- Dorotea (10/5): - A beautiful place and Vesna is a wonderful host. The pool was amazing and the apartment had everything we needed. The beach is a 20 mins walk or a couple minute drive (There is parking). Highly recommend, will definitely come back.

The only issue was the apartment we stayed in had an issue with a strong smell of drains after using the shower. To the point that the bathroom was unusable for a couple off hours after.

- Rachel (8/5): Welcoming staff and a lovely cool pool 40mins from the old town. - We liked the pool; although quite small, it was good to cool off in. Handy, safe off road parking. Comfy beds and a/c. Vesna was lovely and welcoming. It does need a little updating and a toaster or microwave would have been nice but that’s partly our fault for not reading what facilities there were. You can walk into the old town (40mins?) but if its hot an Uber was under 6Euros. I did find it very hard to get responses from the property before our visit.

- Robyn (6/5): A pleasant stay, nice pool and good location, but too many downsides to want to stay again. - The location is very good - 10 mins drive into town, 10-15 mins walk to 2 big supermarkets, and about 15-20 mins walk to Borik sandy beach (but google maps will tell you it's 40 mins - you have to use street view to find a shortcut footpath at the end of the road the Villa is on!). It was really nice to have the pool right on our doorstep and we really appreciated it was an adult-only accommodation. The kitchen had an oven and hob and full-sized fridge, and the couch was comfortable. It was quiet and dark at night when sleeping. The A/C in our apartment worked well and quickly, as did the heat. We had a lot of complaints. We spent the first 30 mins of our stay trying to kill all the mosquitos that were in the apartment. The pool could have been a bit more heated - it was often a bit too chilly to want to stay in for long. It also collected bugs throughout the day and there was no net left out for cleaning. We had to go to 'reception' (a desk with a bell on it) to ask for a net. We rang the bell 6 or 7 times and waited 10 mins for someone to finally emerge, who didn't speak any English, and seemed very grumpy about being asked to get the net for us. We would have happily cleaned it ourselves if they didn't lock the net away. The kitchen was not that well equipped either - no plastic wrap or aluminum foil, and there was a coffee machine but no coffee for it. The TV was ancient (not a smart TV) and there was no way to watch anything in English, so it was useless to us. The host was reluctant to give us more than 2 towels (for 2 people), saying one towel per person was standard for a two-day stay and there would be no housekeeping while we were there. We explained we wanted to each have a towel for the pool and a different one for after showering, and then she did relent. We were told not to run the extractor fan in the bathroom unless we were in it, because last year someone did and the unit caught on fire (!!!), but at the same time we weren't allowed an iron 'because of EU regulations'. The hot water in the shower also ran out VERY quickly - we had to shower together rather than back-to-back and it still ran out before we could both wash off. My biggest complaint, though, was the AWFUL smell coming from the bathroom. This was not a minor issue; it made the ENTIRE apartment absolutely reek like death. We couldn't leave the door/window open because of the mosquitos, so there was not much we could do to eliminate this issue. We found that running the A/C helped a little.

- Steve (8/5): Really nice and quiet place with a nice garden - Our hosts were really kind and we felt really welcome. The flat was really cosy, with 2 nice bedrooms and a a living room. The beds were really comfy. The location is not central but city center is easy to reach (10 min by car). There is a free parking. There is a nice garden with a swimming pool and turtles. I would recommend this place ! The entrance was smelling cigarette (really strong smell). But it didn't smell in the flat. The heated swimming pool was not really warm (my niece couldn't stay in the water, it was too cold for her).

Although villa vanilla was excellent it was a little too far to walk into the main town, so we had to rely on taxis-was only 6 euros so not too bad really. Nothing. The private pool was awesome, and the apartment had everything you needed. The WiFi could be improved as we had no phone operator it was difficult to arrange taxi's etc as it kept cutting off.

The town was a bus journey away but it was easy to get to the bus stop. There wasn’t much in the way of bars and restaurants near the accommodation.

- Ayham (10/5): Perfect for vacation. - The hospitality and location by car. It is very close to the city and to exists when you want to visit other cities from there. The place was as good as the picture Wifi in one of the rooms isnt the best, but i am not there for that.

- Vincent (9/5): Highly recommended stay for Zadar. - a very comfortable apartment with all facilities required for cooking. the space was very comfortable and we were able to do our washing. pool area was lovely when the sun came out. Also, there is a cute little tortoise garden! Our host Vesna, was warm and friendly, provided lots of helpful information and made us feel very welcome. After we told her about our difficulties with taxis she gave us useful info about alternative routes we could take, great! It was slightly difficult to get an Uber/Bolt to pick us up at busy times. Not the property owner’s fault though!

- Carly (8/5): Very good - Great apartment, we had the standard one bedroom and were so happy to realise this came with a huge private tereace area for sun bathing and dining outside. Vesna was a brilliant host, really helpful and friendly. She even brought us extra blankets on our last night when the weather turned chilly. Bathroom was a little dated and the shower was small but overall this didn't spoil our holiday and wouldn't stop me staying here again
