- Jeremy (10/5): Great - Nice stay, continental breakfast nothing great so went to kinuso diner it was good
- Henry (6/5): Unwelcoming - First, the front desk that checked in is not that welcoming you would expect in a hotel business. It’s like she’s not happy with her job. Pretty straightforward. No hi, good afternoon or whatever. Asked my id and credit card. Short briefing of the hotel policy, etc.
Asked her what would she recommend for us in Tumbler Ridge. She just gave me a magazine and said read this it’s all here.
And room service of every three days only.
You are responsible of your garbage disposal when it gets full. No refilling of towels, garbage bags, tissue paper, etc. it’s up to you to ask every time. We are a family of 4 booked for three nights.
I would not recommend staying at Tumble Ridge accommodation. I would rather stay at Chetwynd.
- Julie (10/5): - Very client centered, clean and efficient hotel..Enjoyed hot tub, breakfast and comfy bed.
- Chris (9/5): -
- Cheryl (9/5): - The room was a nice size, and it had a mini kitchen. Nothing
- Maryen Janelle (9/5): No issues - Close to downtown
- John (8/5): - We had plenty of room in our king suite, and it was well-furnished. It was clean (and I notice these things). The take-away cookies at breakfast were a nice touch.
- Glen (8/5): - A pretty decent hotel in a small town. The attached restaurant is good as well. They have a continental breakfast which is pretty basic, but there is a full breakfast option close by.
- Pascal (8/5): - Great location
- Chris (6/5): -
- Christopher (10/5): - Clean and quiet

- Leonard (8/5): -
- Cindy (8/5): - Good place to stay!
- Stephane (10/5): - Safe and very clean. Main desk opened 24/7.
- Scott (4/5): - Poor billing practices. Charge the office card for half, the personal card for another half and it was generally confusing.
- Michelle (8/5): - Friendly staff.
- Dale (10/5): - Quiet & clean. Very nice hotel in the area
- Christina (10/5): - I liked the booked hot tub/gym usage. It made for a very quiet and relaxing experience.

- Scott (10/5): - Clean and need hotel for a good price
- Eileen (10/5): - Lovely clean room and facilities. My only concern was that the parking lot was a sheet of ice
- Norm (10/5): - Stay was good
- Brandi (10/5): Would stay again!!! - Pleasantly comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent front desk service upon checkin!
- Kyle (8/5): : ) - Great spot to rest up. On site restaurant was great and conveniently in the same building.
- Charl (6/5): Pleasant - Good size room and staff was very friendly.
Bed was comfortable and got a good night's rest.
Wil be back again. The carpets are dirty and full of pets' hair. My wife dropped her dress for our Christmas party on the floor, and it was covered in hair. The tiled part was almost sticky when you walked it with sneakers, almost as if there were to must soap in the mop water.
- Shannon (6/5): - The restaurant was not very accommodating
- Robert (10/5): - Everything was above expectations other than the used piece of toilet paper left in the bathroom
- Cody (8/5): Very good -
- Brad (10/5): - Great place to stay while working in Tumbler Ridge.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay. - The stay was great, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Only thing was that the continental breakfast was pretty simple.
- Kamal (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kaine (8/5): - Clean. Nice staff. No issues.
- Scott (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carly (10/5): - Front desk was very friendly and helpful

- Mariah (8/5): - Nice place to stay while visiting Tumbler Ridge. Rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were super comfy!
- Terrence (8/5): - easy access from main street
- Davilyn (10/5): - I love the quiet and the beauty of the surroundings. Easy access to the entire community on foot. Generous breakfast buffet. Love the Jacuzzi suite.
- David (8/5): - Stopped in for one night on a road trip, perfectly decent accommodation and nice staff
- Dianne E (8/5): - Your coffee packs in the room are too small and weak. The complimentary breakfast we expected more, like scrambled eggs, cooked bacon, bread for toast.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was a pleasant stay with my family + 1 good boi. Only issue was the defective shower diverter. About 80% of water continues to run down through the tub spout after pulling up the valve.
- Singh (8/5): Very good - Loved the staff and everything was great. Clean rooms except the jacuzzi was little dirty.
- Nishi (8/5): - It is a nice place to stay, for the location it is at. Rooms are not ultra high tech but very nicely maintained, well equipped, comfy, clean and quiet.
- Claude (8/5): - Staying there was a good experience, good parking, clean room, friendly staff, a restaurant tied to the hotel. Overall a two thumbs up
- Brenda-Lee (8/5): - The property was clean and it was very Quite got alot of rest no noise it was great
- Denise (10/5): - Loved the atmosphere
- Debbie (10/5): Nice overnight - Check is was good. Clerk was friendly and professional. The room was very comfortable and generally clean (bathroom could have done with a good scrub). Room was quiet and beds were super comfy.
The restaurant was open when we were there, but is apparently closed two days a week and there are limited options in Tumbler Ridge, so check it out before your go.
- Daniel (10/5): - People are friendly
- Ashley (10/5): - That there was a jacuzzi tub and we got to relax
- Marsha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shahram (8/5): - ***
- Norvelyn (10/5): - Staff are very friendly. Smooth check in/out.
Tidy and clean room.
- Maryen (9/5): Good place to stay - Front desk lady was welcoming and friendly
- Gamble (8/5): Very good - Needs a Pool
- Nikki (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dalene (2/5): - Stayed 2 nights and we had to move rooms our second night at 9 pm because of a plugged toilet that staff were unable to deal with or even provide a plunger. There was no one to assist me and my elderly mother with the move to another room. I was told the lady at front desk was alone so could not leave her desk. I found her demeanour very rude.
- Suzanne (6/5): - Good for a night or 2, highly over priced but no other options.
- Beth (8/5): Very good -
- Russell Larry Csigi (10/5): - Need to fix ice machines, needed for our water bottles.for hikes and they were all not working.
- Stephen (10/5): Your dinosaur hotel in Tumbler Ridge - Nice hotel located very close to start of dinosaur footprint trail. Also close to museum.
- Ryan (6/5): - The hotel itself is beautiful, the front desk staff is great. However a three day we did not have service to the room any of the days even when you put the make up room sign on the door.
I’m not sure if they are under staffed or what’s up? All the garbages were overflowing and that was unfortunate giving the price of the stay.
Would definitely go back for the town and hiking.
- Shane (8/5): - Be friendly staff. Good steakhouse as well
- Nicole (10/5): - Clean, quiet, friendly staff.
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rocky (10/5): We would happily recommend this hotel to any tourist - The location was very convenient Our rooms weren't cleaned each day
- Roman (6/5): - Nice hotel. Good staff. Better than average breakfast. Probably 10yrs old and starting to show its age with cracked or missing tiles etc. will need a freshening up soon.
- Lindsay (6/5): - I didn't like that there was no maid service over our 3 night stay. For over $200/night to make the beds and tidy up each day should be included.
Continental breakfast was good.
- Bill (9/5): A very good choice of hotels. - Very pleasant overnight stay. Appreciated the willingness to allow an early check in. Very load ice maker.
- Graeme (10/5): - Kitchenette is very small and poorly equipped, but I guess it's adequate. You wouldn't want to cook here very much. Also, the hotel is surrounded by parking lots on all sides and in the mornings big trucks idle for a while before driving off to work, so it can be loud around 7am or before. However, we were surprised by the continental breakfast, it was a bit better than expected.
- Maria (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (10/5): Good Hotel - We stayed in a king suite which had a separate bedroom and kitchenette. The rooms were spacious and clean, the continental breakfast is enough to get you started in the morning. The staff are very friendly and helpful, good location to explore the area.
- Joseph (6/5): Great room but breakfast was a lunch bag letdown - My wife and I try to get to Tumbler Ridge at least once a year. We have stayed here before and the breakfast was good. My wife loves a hot breakfast with waffles.
This year I had a choice between a queen bed and basic continental breakfast or a king bed suite with the full breakfast for a higher price. I opted for the latter. For me, thpe difference isn't between the beds. It's the difference made on a road trip with a happy contented partner.
To our disappointment, there was no hot breakfast. The included breakfast was a basic continental breakfast one might expect from a roadside motel.
Hard to believe that we paid the most for this room of all of the places we stayed on the trip.
- Tracy (9/5): Superb -
- Thomas (7/5): Great stay while visiting & hiking in Northern BC - This was the fourth time, we've stayed at the Trend Mountain Hotel in Tumbler Ridge, BC. It has a great location and the entire staff is always friendly & personable, especially the front desk staff who go above & beyond our expectations by ensuring our room's feather products have been removed due to our personal allergies. We highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay while visiting & hiking in Northern BC. Nothing.
- Lili (9/5): Superb -
- Chao (4/5): - This place is overpriced. Breakfast was a joke, & they were out of eggs as 7 am one morning when I there. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk lady, she displayed no sense of apology.
- Tim (7/5): Good -
- Colette N (10/5): - T
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel - Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff. Easy, no hassle check-in. Clean. Comfortable.
