- Thomas (5/5): Not the most welcoming of staff and the rooms could do with a bit extra love and cleaning. - The hotel was very close to all of the Disney Parks and a stones throw away from Target and Walgreens. The hotel had a fairly decent gym and games room. The room cam equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob and cooking utensils. The staff we found to be quite rude and awkward compared the hotel we stayed at near Universal, when we checked in the girl seemed more interested about her personal phone and wasn’t very welcoming and upon checkout the lady just didn’t seem very friendly, as was the same with the breakfast staff and also the lady working on the bar, she didn’t really seem like she wanted to help. We had dietary requirements for breakfast and even though there was a sign saying the staff would be more than happy to help and accommodate it seemed like it was more of a hinderance for them. The rooms didn’t really feel very clean again comparing to the other hotel we stayed at, the carpet had lots of hair and bits on it, the sofa felt grubby, the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were both empty, the pillows were very lumpy and the room just felt very worn despite them being renovated apparently. There was some tree cutting by the pool which was absolutely fine but they didn’t do a very good job of cleaning and removing the clippings from inside and around the pool. All of these issues shouldn’t require us to have to speak to a member of staff about, they just shouldn’t be issues at all.

She was informative, kind, and above all very professional. I truly wish there were more front desk clerks like her. Overall, my experience at the hotel was great—the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and everything was well taken care of. Jean really made a lasting impression, and it was a pleasure meeting her. I travel for work all the time, and thanks to her outstanding service, this will absolutely be my go-to hotel whenever I’m in the area. Thank you, Jean!

The hair dryer was missing on first day and was delivered at the end of the next day. Parking fee of $17.00 and wash/dryer fees of $4.50 is absolutely ridiculous, although the gal at check in assisted with the parking fee, thank-you."

- 674lorap (6/5): Great location near Flamingo Crossing, terrible housekeeping - Card given at check in says "housekeeping will perform a "Stayover Clean" " every other day of your stay. We checked in on Sunday. We stayed through the following Saturday. We did not receive ANY housekeeping services until Wednesday when we returned at 10:40 pm and insisted someone deliver clean towels and toilet paper and empty the overflowing mini trash bins. Six days and we had to beg for minimal housekeeping at almost 11 pm on day 4? Unacceptable. Great location, but if you are staying more than two or three days be prepared to fetch your own towels and toilet paper from the front desk.

Nice large swimming pool with decent free breakfast buffet. The buffet ends at 9:30am, we wished for 10:00am. A few restaurants are within walking distance. Friendly staff in all departments. Only downside is a $17.00 parking fee daily in such a remote location. Drink prices are expensive even during happy hour. The chicken wings were very good but at $16.95 for 6 wings a bit pricey. Very nice touch to gift guests chips and water upon arrival. Location is a bit boring unless you plan to visit the Disney Parks. Shuttle to parks is provided.

The location is very good, the facilities are fine and the breakfast is quite convenient. My evaluation is related to this one night stay. The room was old, the shower was leaking… But as we were tired after a long flight and we would leave the morning after, we didn’t complaint.
- G3155ZYmichaell (10/5): Disney College Program Drop Off Stay - Absolutely one of the best properties I have stayed in for the many years I’ve been coming to Orlando. My son is in the DCP program for his second time and the resort’s location is absolutely perfect. The staff have all been incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful burger at Flamingos grill. The pool area was very clean. My final interaction was with Justin at the front desk during checkout. I specifically asked him how he would like me to share our experience and he gave me the card with the QR code to this site.

- CJM525 (4/5): Uncomfortable beds but nice resort style pool - Second time to this hotel. Not as good as first visit. Pros are the resort like pool with pool bar (pricey though) and the included breakfast. Cons were very uncomfortable beds, clogged bathroom sink and very poor TV placement for viewing. Staff was not as attentive or friendly compared to our last visit earlier this year.
- brianlU275CS (10/5): Ignacio the Great. - This was our fourth stay at TownPlace Suites at Flamingo Crossing. They have all been great. Nice property, clean, well maintained. What set this visit apart from the rest was your front desk host Ignacio. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful. When we arrived he was slammed with a large line of people that he was helping but he powered through it with a smile on his face. Answered questions and treated every guest like they were the only one there. Great job and Thank you.

- eatsleepwanderrepeat (10/5): Loved our stay! - The location is AMAZING! Minutes from Disney. The property is beautiful. The staff was very helpful. I asked for an upgrade just to have some privacy from my teenage son and they were accommodating. I can remember the name of the guy who checked me in but he was just so sweet. Will definitely be back! Thank you.

- gldnby (10/5): Fantastic place close to Disney and helpful front desk. - We’ve stayed here multiple times when visiting Disney, it’s very close to the entrance. Flamingo Crossing has a few restaurants close to the hotel and a Target literally across the street. The hotel has a fantastic pool, great workout room, and a good breakfast. There’s a laundry onsite but it only takes quarters which is odd, most laundry machines take cards but not this one. There is a change machine but still not very convenient. Ignacio at the front desk was great, very helpful and always a smile and wave when we returned. Would stay again.

- johnwC6300YE (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - If I could give less than a zero I would. What a DUMP ! We go to check and and they forgot to tell us that there is no hot water. We call the front desk - we are working on it - LIE! Call the next day - we are sending a workman to look at it - LIE ! Call the front desk and just more excuses and lies. While this is a good location I would not stay here and would not recommend you bring your family.
