Guest Reviews
- Philip (10/5): It wax comfortable and staff very helpful - It was clean and had three sharing toilets and shower rooms they were very clean to Nothing

- Johny (10/5): - Everything Nothing

1544 óta a Watson család otthona. A markáns, középkori eredetű kastélyt csodaszép park veszi körül. Általában ünnepnapokon látogatható ezen időszakon belül. 2018 januárjában voltunk itt először (ugyanezen a szálláson). Utóbbiból a 4 közül 2 üzemelt. Még jó, hogy az angol átalakító mellé egy magyar hosszabbító elosztó+USB csatlakozót is vittem magammal! Egy szó, mint száz, a szállás erősen megérett egy felújításra és modernizálásra!
- Colin (9/5): The Snooze is my automatic go-to when in Corby. - I have used the Snooze on many occasions. It meets my needs perfectly at a bargain price. I always choose a room which does the not overlook the road as the pub opposite can be noisy. However, on the Friday night other guests were extremely loud. I heard them arguing abusively (with the receptionist and with each other I thought?). Happily they were not there on Saturday.
One odd point. Room 12 has no windows and can feel a bit claustrophobic. Happily it does have a ceiling fan and a lower level lighting option and both are operated with a remote. As always, the room and the en-suite were absolutely spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Much appreciated. I will certainly stay here next time I'm in Corby! See above
- Stephen (3/5): - Location Noise
- Nemanja (1/5): Dirty, smelly, with mold… And shared bathrooms! - None Everything it’s awful!
- Dima (3/5): -
- Alfred (1/5): - Location Staff
- Kirsty (5/5): Basic. You get what you pay for - Was upgraded to a room with its own bathroom There is a set of stairs leading up to the main part of the building and no accessible methods for those who struggle with stairs and was not told this on booking. Room was very small and basic. I had booked a double room and told it was self check in but neither was the case. Changed last minute to a room with 2 single beds. So access code that I was given wasnt relevant and was a different room. Bathroom and shower very small. Ended up checking out early to go elsewhere.

- Daniel (2/5): Pay a wee bit more and go somewhere else - The old village is ok. And the place isn't horrific. Better than sleeping in a field My god!
One of the showers leaks into the bathroom. The other shower is just stuck at super hot as the controller is broken
My room was like a holding cell. No comfort whatsoever. There are nicer sheds
No Curtains on the window. Just broken blinds
The fact they don't just come out to fix this illustrates how they view their guests in corby
The receptionist or whatever he is or is not just ignores you when you try greet him with a polite hello
Stayed in alot of hotels . This is very much in the top 3 of the worst
Avoid!!!

Could hear next door bathroom fan and receptionist talking after 10pm, had to put tv on to be able to sleep. Black mould on the wall in one of the rooms. Receptionist ok but not very polite.

I used the second duvet to keep warm.

- Wioleta (6/5): -
- 1djmarkin (6/5): -
- Julie (7/5): - It was safe cos of the locks on the doors The rooms are abit too small
- Maria (8/5): -

- Gavin (8/5): - Clean, bed is comfortable it's basic and for the price very reasonable and clean and that's all you can ask for realistically Showers either run too hot or too cold with no in-between.
- Sartain (8/5): Great value for money. - The location for me and my dad was spot on, the fact that we paid a little more for the bathroom was a great addition, the staff were very helpful. No windows and a very early check out
- Sharon (7/5): Comfy and accommodating - Bed was comfy the night staff John was awesome so helpful and helped us buy changing rooms as I needed a room with bathroom as the shared one was to far away for me to use as just recovering from knee surgery It was good for what we needed
- Maddock (8/5): One night stay - Good price point, near to where I was visiting Bed mattress had very poor support. The shower on the right hand side was too hot, no control to cool it down
- Paul (6/5): - Cheap Lack of facilities and it looked abit like a hostel
- Lillyann (1/5): Hadeabe at like 2 in the morning as their banging and not comfortable - Easy to get to Their was a shit stain on bedsheets ,half of the bed was broken
- Robertson (8/5): -
- denis (5/5): Basic Corby is too dear for its reputation - It was clean Very basic location 25 minutes walk to theatre
- Marcin (10/5): -
- Scott (6/5): The Snooze was a good night's sleep - Everything else. It was clean, everything worked, it was quiet. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Towels and toiletries were provided.
I only spoke briefly to the member of staff on duty when I arrived, but he was pleasant and helpful. The decor is generally tired and needs redecorated. More concerning was what looked like mould in the bathroom. The bed was too hard for me, but that's personal preference, not a problem.
- Ray (9/5): - Straight forward and easy. Nothing.
- Cathrine (2/5): -
- Daniela (5/5): - heat very satisfied The noise from the staff, talking loudly at 2 am and waking up the neighbors, is not professional, the linen is not changed every day, the carpet is very dirty and old, the walls are not whitewashed and have holes in them
- Atkinson (9/5): Always a good place to stay clean, tidy & good location near shops & work - A staff member attended to a small problem with the TV immediately - although it was me not using the controller correctly. There is nothing not to like.

- Keith (6/5): Unpleasant - Basic Basic

- Stylianos (6/5): - Is not bad for the price and the staff was helpful
- Vincent (8/5): - Comfortable and easy to use fairly clean and close to where I wanted to be in Corby .
- lukas (10/5): -
- Marcin (10/5): -
- carl (8/5): - Not to bad bit annoying how you check in online then check in when you get to the hotel
- Lee (6/5): Corby stopover to Norfolk - Once found, it is very convenient. however, receptionist was a bit brusque. Room ok but no ventilation and very hot with walls thin. Was fine for needs but a little bit grubby in places and toilet seat was hanging on. Very good location but room needed updating.
- James (8/5): -
