Shuff (5/5): It's a nice little spot, bring a fan. Nice stay with good price! - The location is perfect. You are minutes away from other cities. Easy to find, right off the main road. I am assuming they do not have a person onsite off season, but they were still great at communication. Having a code to just get into your room is a nice touch. The bed were not very comfy. The curtains were just short enough that a lot of light comes through, this isn't a problem for those who are not light sensitive. I would recommend bringing a small fan, the room stays warm. Nothing serious, more of a comfort thing.

Glen (4/5): Blazingly bright parking lot lights prevent guests' sleep. - Well-designed and well-kempt rooms with comfortable beds, pleasant linens, logical layout, nice mini-fridge, spotless bathroom, good environmental controls, and Roku TV. Two fatal flaws made for an unsatisfactory stay: 1.) a tiny flat screen located about 15 feet from the primary viewing area (head of the bed) made subtitles unreadable. Keeping the volume down with such close quarters is a priority. Larger screens are super cheap and this room cries out for an appropriately sized screen. 2.) only stylish but ineffective translucent curtains protect guests from the blazingly bright fluorescent light outside. The effect is ambient light in the room the level of dusk the whole night long. Most people have trouble sleeping in bright light and I'm one of those people. Replacing the curtains with blackout curtains or removing the bright exterior fluorescent light would elevate this hotel from one I'll never book again to my favorite place in Indian River. I hope the owners consider the upgrade.

I think the TV could be lowered to a more comfortable viewing experience. It was close to ceiling height.

Location was convenient. Stayed in Room 7. The bed nearest the door was uncomfortable. The mattress seemed to sag towards the middle. We then slept in the other bed. Glad we had that bed available. Bathroom ceiling needs to be cleaned. Looks like someone killed a flies or mosquitos and left dirty spots on the ceiling.

But, overall I slept good in clean accommodations. I didn’t see the “welcome letter” at first. We had been driving most of the day & we were tired. I emailed the owner & the response was not very pleasant. I asked if there was a Wifi password. She responded , “it’s in the welcome letter”. Wow. Sorry to bother you. But she did give me the Wifi password.
Ahrens (9/5): Great, clean hotel. - Super clean and well stocked. Staff asked a number of times for needs. Super great little hotel. Bed was and bedding was crazy comfortable. Only down side i could think of , and it's nit picking, is the shower pressure was weak and no bathroom fan. But I was not worried about either compared to how nice everything else was.

Lynnmwhite17 (6/5): Cute, not comfy - It was an excellent location to our wedding event. 2 minutes into our stay literally just laying there and the bed frame gave out , upon inspection looked like it was missing bolts and had done this before due to the bend mark in the metal. We did get a response from front desk unfortunately they were full so we had to kinda deal with it, 2nd night we ended up just sleeping in the two twin beds in the other room. Nothing was offered to us after the stay or any follow up. As I am a property manager, I thought they could have done a little better in that area.
