Staff were great, professional and unintrusive. A shippoing mall containing a variety of outlets including fast food is practically on the doorstep. Highly recommended for short stays.

• kimSaeRi (6/5): Simple and neat. Suitable only for an overnight stay. - Don't get me wrong here, the place is nice. And the hotel rooms were all gorgeous, its just that, I don't think I have the most out of it during our stay there. The were calculated, and by it I mean, you would only get a limited choice of toast or rice meal. And the list goes on... They don't offer free coffee and no glass is available once you check in aside from the bottled water they would offer once you arrived. Overall, I guess this is just a regular hotel you could find anywhere in the City.

We have enjoyed the top floor restaurant & room service. We have visited Gaisano mall across the highway & Mc Donalds down the street. Taxi & jeepney can take us all over the Island. Free shuttle van to Mactan Airport is nice. .

• 891analynd (8/5): Nice for overnight stay - Place is quite old but clean. The staffs are very nice and accommodating. Just in front of Gaisano mall. I love the massage place in 2nd floor. The only thing is that their internet is very slow, almost useless.

Enjoyed the quiet and very clean rooms, rooftop breakfast dining area, and the price. Unexpectedly I returned to stay two more nights here on transits through to Bohol and later on to Caticlan.

• alwaysonleave (10/5): great location. clean and very spacious rooms. would definitely stay here again. - just 3 minutes away from CEBU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT with free hotel transfers thats very convenient for guests. rooms exceeded our expectations. clean rooms with great A/C working, comfortable beds, very spacious we could easily move around even if there were 5 of us in each presidential suites. more of a hotel than pension house.👍🏻👍🏻 great al fresco cafe at the rooftop. very nice place with a relaxing view. wide choices of food plus they serve all day breakfast food. BEEF TAPA and BABY BACK RIBS were THE BEST!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 we ate it everyday and ordered 10 take aways the day we checked out. friends told me the cafe owner bakes the BEST AND THE MOISTEST CHOCOLATE CAKE, so we ordered 4 days in advance as it is made to order. TRUE ENOUGH! IT WAS HEAVENLY! ITS THE BOMB!!! THE BEST AND MOISTEST CHOCOLATE CAKE EVER!!! we finished the whole cake in less than 1 hour and was not able to bring home. 😅 will order 2 whole cakes next time for sure. coffee choices was impressive. they serve good coffee with freshly ground beans and coffee freshly made from their espresso machine. ☕️ we would definitely stay here again during our next visit in cebu. great value for money.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel is very close to the airport. Perfect for before a flight. Setup is basic, but functional. Roof top bar is fine, with view of the city. It was not crowded when I went at 8:30 PM. There is a shopping mall across street.
• Thomas (8/5): Safe area - My stay was close to cebu main shopping center,just across the road was a big shopping malls free wifi and the room was clean and tidy,a free pick up from airport which is handy just ring in a head to save time
• Frans (8/5): Good and close to airport entrance. - Predictable as we stay here more often. Good location, as Mall is across the road and airport entrance is less than 10 minutes by cab. Comfortable bed, acceptable wash room, good hot water and efficient air-conditioning. WiFi is very weak inside room, better in lobby. Would be nice to find good chairs in the room and enough coat hangers. Now we still have to ask for those.

• legsylex (8/5): Good for a night - This hotel is around 10mins travel from the airport. Very convenient for people who are transiting to the airport and need a place near it. They offer free airport transfers anytime which is a Plus! Across the hotel is the Gaisano mall which has alot of what you need. There are fastfood chains, coffeeshop, groceries, etc. I do think that this hotel is not really for leisure as there is nothing to do here. However, this is a perfect place to stay for a night before your next flight. The standard room is very spacious. There is a tv, but no minibar. This is like a run-down hotel and the room is i think quite dusty as i had allergies (sneezing) the whole stay. All the staffs are very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
• Verified traveler (2/5): not happy - We check in an toilet not working. Get that fixed, an later that night we have to have a cold shower cause hot water not working. Fitted sheet on king bed right, but too sheet a single turned sideways. Cockroaches in room. Fridge not turned on. Only soap in roon. No kettle or coffe or cups. Third day we checked out early because the tv stopped working. No refund offered. Went to another hotel. Very unimpressed for price. Look elsewhere.
• Leya39 (6/5): Budget priced - the place is clean, good location near the airport, easy access to restaurant, pharmacy, grocery stores, etc. Staff was friendly and courteous. Elevator smells and a little bit small. But over all it was okay
• mschimitz (4/5): Smells bad - It has a good localization and price. But has a smell of very old room. We had just arrived from a 2 days trip and put localization like priority. If you don't have any problem with it I think can avaliate here as 3.

Room seemed clean but 2 mins before lights out a little roach walked past my leg. Disturbing. One thing I hate is when I ask a question the person answer me rather than my partner though I appreciate she is the Filipina.
• eztome2000 (2/5): cockroach infested rooms - It was a nightmare to be in a room with tons of baby cockroach on the wall and in their bathroom, they have to move me twice similar issues. Had to book another place right away that night..The stuff at the check in counter was nice and acknowledged about the infestation issues.
• kochy49 (6/5): Looking for an economically priced hotel close to Mactan Int'l Airport. - For a "Pension House' the rooms are clean, air conditioned and the temperature of the hot water to the shower is acceptable. Restaurant is average with reasonably priced menu. Closeness to airport is a real plus.

• casharade (8/5): Good for over night stay, near the airport - It is my second time to stay here. I've been here like 3 years ago. Stayed here only for a night after arriving from Hong Kong because we have a flight the following day. It is a nice location if you only intend to stay for an overnight since it is walking distance to Mcdonalds and mall. ALso, they have free airport transfer services.

• Fransd933 (4/5): Overpriced and poor breakfast - This ACE Penzionne is a good place if it was priced at 1200 pesos, but 2100 pesos for a room for two is too much. As the facilities are not that great. The room price includes breakfast, but only ONE free breakfast, even if you pay for a room for two. Location is good across the street from Gaisano Mall and McDonalds and Immigration Office. And very close to the airport. Wake-up call was in person, knocking on the door. Good! Booking thru their own website did not work, never received any response on emails. Booking thru booking-sites makes you pay even more than the walk-in rate.

• shawn (8/5): Nice hotel in Lapulapu with poor wifi - Good location across from Gaisano mall, lots of taxis and jeeps available on the main street. Lots of food options. Clean room. Wifi not so good, would connect but no internet often, which was very frustrating. The wifi issue is an easy fix, if they fix the wifi, the hotel would be great.

Security man was very nice and helpful. Would be a nice airport place, but first needs massive cleaning top to bottom, new paint in halls and rooms, new mirrors in rooms, a few pics hanging

Aircon very noisy and could not cool the room down in just one short night. Located just across the street from Gaisano Mall.
• WeaverDog (6/5): Overpriced for an overnight stay! - We decided to stay at Ace Penzionne just for overnight stay since our flight to Manila is 6:55 AM. The room that was given to us without breakfast was P 1,900 (free hotel transfer). It was a single bed and the cabinet is too old with brittle cloth hangers. There is a strong wifi access and its for free. Its a perfect place for travelers who has a long layover. Its simply a hotel with no frills.
• TravelDNA (6/5): Nice for a night - Nice hotel to stay for a night, 10 minutes away form the Cebu airport (80 pesos, white taxi). If you arrive late or leave early this is a good place to stay. Don't expect anything from the bar/restaurant on the top floor but opposite this hotel is a mall with some small fastfood restaurants. There was a market and live music on the streets when we stayed there but I think that's only a few times a year.
• waveriders01 (10/5): Comfortable. Convenient. Cheap. - This hotel serves as a transient nest for tired travelers who look for comfort rather than sleep overnight at the airport lounge. It's location is its primary attraction - near Mactan International Airport, Gaisano Mall, a Japanese Restaurant, and a spa to boot.
• aprilapril000 (10/5): In front of a mall, close to Mactan airport - This hotel is just in front of a mall (Gaisano Mactan) and is close to the airport. They also offer free shuttle ride to and from the airport. The room is comfortable with a telephone, a TV, an airconditioner, a cold/hot shower, a desk, and a cabinet. The wifi is amazingly fast in our room (217).
• silverveil (8/5): Overnight Stay - It's not really a fancy hotel but I was more concern on its close proximity to the airport (early morning flight to HK). It's not also far from the seaport and it's just across the street from Mactan Gaisano so if you're not familiar with the place you only have to inform the driver to drop you in Gaisano and you'll see it right across. It's not only close to the airport it's just along main highway which made it convenient for us to get a cab even if it was still pass 3 in the morning. It was good that the room was big since its lighting isn't really that bright. I can't comment on there food (breakfast inclusive) because we left very early. They do have wifi just ask for the password in the frontdesk. Their staffs are actually very accommodating and will help you out with your luggage to and from you room. I'd say if you just need a place to crash while waiting for your flight, unless it's ok with you to sleep while sitting in the airport, then this place will do fine. P.S. For those who needs a money changer, if your not sure if you wanna change it in the airport, there's two just outside this place which is surprisingly open 24hrs.
