- Susanne (9/5): Charming stay in superb location - Honestly had a great time and would absolutely come back! The location obviously is a huge plus, but more importantly the house itself has a lot of charm. Very comfy bed, clean space, and furnished with everything important, including a hairdryer and full length mirror :). Staff were very friendly and helpful! As other reviews have mentioned it can be a bit noisy since the walls and doors are not soundproof at all; having been to a bunch of different accommodations around Seoul, I feel this is pretty standard and not at all unusual. It didn’t bother me, honestly. For the convenience you’re getting, that’s a minor thing. You can grab fresh towels whenever needed and use the kitchen incl. water purifier which is very useful. They also offer laundry service which I ended up not using but I appreciated the option.

The host and the manager on site are very nice and even gave me advice on places to visit or places to go out. Next time, I'll probably comme here again 👍 Overall nothing to complain about. Maybe just a slight smell that went up from the pipes

- Eben (3/5): Look elsewhere - Decent location, pleasant staff, but not really present. Facilities were bog standard. Toilet and showers were dirty and were cleaned once during our 4 day stay. Water leaking from the sink and/or toilet in the bathroom meant the bathroom floor was wet the whole time. Very strange odour smelt throughout the 1st floor building. Very little privacy between each dorm, you can hear people whispering in the room next door, and doing their business in the toilet, not nice. There is no way of locking the door to your supposedly “private” dorm room while you’re inside the room itself, which felt odd and unsafe. Beds were rock solid, not comfortable at all. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere, especially for the price - I have stayed in hostels for a fraction of the price which are way better.

- Emilie (5/5): Bien situé - Localisation parfaite. À deux pas du métro, au cœur d’un quartier très animé mais tout en étant au calme. Cuisine à disposition avec café et thé. La salle de bain commune et les toilettes méritent un vrai coup de neuf. Ménage fait dans les parties communes et sanitaires quotidiennement mais pas les chambres. La nôtre n’était pas très nette à notre arrivée (traces de poussière au sol). La porte du dortoir de 4 n’a pas de verrou de l’intérieur. Ça nous a été signalé mais pas arrangé. Manque d’intimité entre la chambre et les parties communes.

The kitchen was useful and complete. Too bad it was not very clean. The sink smelled mold, my sheet had little holes and some suspicious stains. Also, the toilets were not cleaned so often so the floor remained wet few hours or the sink dirty.

Big thanks to the hotel staff for helping us get oriented and who provided lots of helpful info during our fist few days in Korea, and for recommending what still remain three weeks later two of our most memorable places, especially the ramen joint a few steps from the hotel, and finally, for allowing us to store an extra piece of luggage at no cost while we toured the country.

- Martina (3/5): Good location, but overall poor value for money due to lack of basic amenities, unpleasant odors, and constant noise. - Location very central. The host let us check in very early. Bad value for money. The property feels more like a budget youth hostel, yet it is priced like a hotel, which creates a clear mismatch in expectations. Basic amenities are lacking - towels are not provided in the room and instead have to be collected from a box in a common area, which feels inconvenient and unhygienic. Both the bed sheets and towels did not smell fresh, which was particularly disappointing. There was also a constant noise in the room, likely coming from electrical appliances (possibly a fridge or ventilation system), making it difficult to relax or sleep. The bathroom was another major downside. The floor is covered in a rubber-like material that is uncomfortable to walk on, and there was a persistent sewage smell, which made the space quite unpleasant to use. Overall, the experience did not justify the price paid.

- Dobrochna (8/5): - Dobra lokalizacja i przestronność apartamentu. Dobre wyposażenie kuchni. Jest w sumie wszystko co potrzeba (późnym wieczorem miałam problem z brakiem ciepłej wody, ale jak kolejnego dnia rano zgłosiłam do personelu, to sprawnie naprawiono, także kontakt bardzo dobry). Podróżuję samotnie i czułam się tam bezpiecznie, ale też zaznaczę wybrałam opcję oddzielnego apartamentu (poza głównym budynkiem) z prywatną łazienką. Nie był to mój standard czystości, ale było ok. W łazience brak chociaż jednego haczyka na ręczniki. Niestety był też zapach z kanalizacji - na co nic się chyba nie poradzi za bardzo, wietrzenie pomogło. Słaby internet, korzystałam ze swojej karty esim. Zdjęcia widoczne na stronie przedstawiają inny apartament (zdjęcia pod nazwą studio dwupoziomowe dotyczą chyba lokum obok), niż faktyczny zarezerwowany, więc na tarasie nie było nic do siedzenia. Chociaż samo studio było bardzo podobne, to wydawało się w ciut gorszym stanie.

- MIOKO (6/5): 荷物を置いて寝るだけなら... - 金浦空港へのアクセスが良い。受付の女性スタッフの感じはよかった。 スタンダードシングルルーム(シャワー・トイレ共同)でしたが、ドアの鍵が閉まらず、南京錠で無理やり施錠して使いました。安全上の問題があり、とても不便でした。 シャワー、トイレは3部屋で1ヶ所のため、時間が重なり大変でした。 ベッドが柔らかく沈むタイプで、私には合わなかった。

- Cverdex (8/5): Buena relación precio calidad - Muy buena ubicación. Estaba limpio y las. Camas eran cómodas y sábanas limpias Que la puerta del baño tenía hongos, las sabanas de una cama estaban algo rota. Si bien tenía platos, vasos y servicios no alcanzaba para tres personas. Fue difícil el check in porque la dirección no coincidia con la del lugar (nos habían asignado en otro lugar en frente) y no nos habían entregado la clave para entrar.
- Camilla Marie (7/5): - Großes Apartment. Die Hängematte und Badewanne waren süß. Es gab eine Küche, Tee und Kekse im Gemeinschaftsraum. Das Apartment an sich war schön allerdings ein bisschen alt alles und ich habe im Raum etwas gefroren. Ich hätte es schön gefunden, wenn es auch Zahnbürsten und Zahnpasta gegeben hätte. Die Mikrowelle hat außerdem nicht funktioniert in unserem Zimmer.

- Sanya (9/5): This was my second time here. There will be a third and fourth for sure. Great place. Recommend 👍 - location is great, next to a lot of great eateries. Not too far from Metro. Staff is friendly and helpful, shout out to Henny👍🙂 No elevator. It is a bit hard to carry 30 kg. luggage and other bags upstairs. On top of that, staircase is rather small.

- Serhat (10/5): House comfort + Great location + Kind personel - It was our first time in Seoul, and we really enjoyed our stay. DJ was so kind and gave us a lot of tips. He ensured that everything was in order and our liking. We felt the house comfort and coziness. Location is great, you can easily walk to Hongik station and even at night it’s a lively yet a safe place. I will definitely consider again in my next trip
- Jordan (6/5): Convenable mais manque de confort et d’hygiène - L’emplacement de l’hôtel. La gentillesse du personnel ainsi que sa disponibilité. Le café à disposition ainsi que l’eau. Nous avons séjourné dans le penthouse qui est un logement pour 3. L’espace destiné à la 3ème personne est minuscule. La literie est de mauvaise qualité. La salle de bain présente de nombreuses traces de moisissures notamment le rideau de douche qui est dans un état déplorable. Les éléments de cuisine présentent également des traces de moisissures. Les photos sur Booking ont sûrement été prises lorsque le logement était neuf car on se rend vite compte en arrivant que ce n’est plus le cas.

- Greta (9/5): Great private room with everything you need in the heart of Seoul ❤️ - Excellent location, spacious rooms, clean and minimal decor; I loved staying at the terrace room. Also, great staff with good command of English and positive attitude! The room and bathroom could use some refreshing in terms of damaged surfaces, but because everything was clean, it didn’t bother me.
- Henri (3/5): Smells awfully bad (it really stinks) but warm and welcoming staff - Check-in and cleaning staff were welcoming and caring, willing to ease the stay. The room smelled really bad... It really stank at a point that I couldn't get away with it, needing to spray an air freshener every 20 minutes. So when I was waking up every 2-3 hour, I was greeted with a nauseating smell coming from the bathroom (probably the plumbing) but also in the room. It was unbearable and making the stay very difficult to enjoy. It was just a pain to stay in the room so I had to do everything I could in the common area or outside.
- Sin-Chen (8/5): 地理位置很好，房間設施堪用，民宿老闆非常親切會盡力滿足旅客需求 - 老闆很親切、地理位置很好，附近有7-11、公園跟有名的自然島鹽可頌，銀杏爆發的時候在附近公園就可以拍好久；最後一晚還在附近找到一間大方排骨也是非常推薦 隔音很不好，可以聽到隔壁房的聊天內容跟打呼聲音，廁所的排水排風不好，潮濕味道很重、室內燈光太昏暗

- Christian Patrick (10/5): Fun freaking tastic - Two two house is in a great location to experience korea, surrounded by great food, and close to subway and other attractions to experience seoul. We didnt like that we had to go back home, there was a great street food near the hongik univ station, there is salt bread near the park, there is a park great for autumn and to just watch the pigeons. And the staff and owner were friendly and great plus they do laundry and english speaking friendly. Hard to not like any of it.
- Ingo (7/5): Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt wenn man keine großen Ansprüche stellt. - Die Lage ist super und in einer lebendigen und interessanten Gegend mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Apartment ist recht groß. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und muss erneuert werden. Besonders das Badezimmer ist sehr unpraktisch, da der ganze Raum beim Duschen nass wird, da es keine Duschkabine gibt.

- Yuhui (9/5): Amazing stay and highly recommended - The location is awesome. You can enjoy dynamic night life in Hongdae and walk back in 10 minutes. Self-check in was very smooth, and the communication with stuffs is easy. Be careful and lower your voice after 10pm even if in your own private bedroom, cause the door is very soundproof.
- Punyavee (8/5): Perfectly stayed and lived like a local in Hongdae - Room is fully furnished (duplex style) with a bed on the attic and a large balcony which i enjoyed it the most. It’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so you need a little bit of exercises. Location is perfect, just 10 mins walks from Hongik University station - right at the famous Hongdae neighborhood. Staffs are super friendly and fluent in English.
