- Hiroko_Tokyo (8/5): 名古屋で宿泊の際候補に入れるホテルの一つ - アメニティが豊富で毎日ちゃんと補充されて快適でした。入り口から何回も待機スタッフに出会い、初めてでも迷うことなくロビーへ行けました。宿泊途中でアイロンをお願いしたところ、すぐに対応してくださり助かりました。 浴室がとてもカビ臭く感じられ、部屋の変更をお願いしようかと思いましたが混雑期だったため断念。壁紙等、室内はとても綺麗でしたが建物自体が古いのでしょうか、浴室の匂いは下水の匂いなのか、カビなのか4泊しましたが最後までとても気になりました。ピアスを部屋で落とし、探した時には掃除機をちゃんとかけてるのだろうか？と思うような埃が絨毯にあり驚きました。ベッドリネン等綺麗でしたがまあ手を抜くとこもあるのでしょうね...

- さくら子 (7/5): 教会の大きさにびっくりなホテル - 部屋からの景色はZeppが見えて、 そろそろ行った方がいいかな〜とか グッズ販売の様子が見れて個人的には便利でした。 近くにはコンビニや飲食店も多く利用しやすいホテルだと感じました。 Zeppに行く時はまた利用したいです。 結婚式やカフェに力を入れているイメージのホテルでした。 もう少し清掃等に目を向けた方が更に良いと思います。

- forestenergy (4/5): Not worth the money - This is supposed to be a luxury hotel, but that is only thin veneer. The bed in the room was worn out and sagging in the middle. There is no provision of tea or coffee in the room. The lighting in the room can only be controlled from one side of the bed. The elevators are slow and often make a useless stop at the 4th floor where there is an additional reception. It is a miracle if you can find someone from staff that speaks or understands English. The shuttle bus to the station is more or less useless. You are dropped a long distance from the station. When asked directions from the driver on how to get there he pointed in the wrong direction. This is only a selection of mishaps at this hotel. Better find another hotel

- Q1869JGalfredc (6/5): Good Hotel, But Something Went Missing - We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Nagoya, Japan. It’s a very nice hotel — the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. However, after we checked out, my mom realized she had left two pairs of shoes in the room — one brand new and one used. They were placed side by side in the same spot. When we emailed the hotel to inquire, we were told that only the used pair had been found, and the brand new pair was never seen. We asked the hotel staff to double-check, since both pairs were left together. To their credit, the staff did check again, but came back with the same answer. I’m grateful that we were able to recover one pair, but it’s strange that the new pair disappeared. When I went to pick up the shoes, I asked to speak with the hotel manager about the situation — just in case others might forget items in the future. The receptionist was polite and went into the back office. She returned to ask why I wanted to speak to the manager, then went back again. In the end, she told me the manager went outside, not in office. So here’s my rating: ★ One star for the great breakfast ★ One star for the clean room ★ One star for finding the used shoes ☆ One star deducted for the missing new shoes ☆ One star deducted for the too busy to hear customer’s voice manager

High quality and excellent flavor, just not a lot of choices if you're with picky eaters. Staff is very friendly, and ultimately make sure you book some time to enjoy their afternoon tea service.

They also have tea time, which we did not go to but looked very nice. The hotel is very close to the train station and bus stops around the center of the city.

Reception on the 4th floor. The breakfast was very expensive for what food was on offer. Many times we had to wait for the food to be refilled.

- Siu (7/5): Good - The lobby, location. The actual hotel lobby is underwhelming after seeing the wedding event lobby. Hotel and the room itself is rather tired in decor. Shower curtains in bathrooms instead of more modern glass doors was a bit of a downgrade from other hotels we’ve stayed at for this price range. Room size is bordering on small but ok for a short stay.

This result is having to spend time taking our luggage to the station rather than using the luggage deliivery service. The hotel is about 15 mins away from Nagoya station but there is a bus put on by the hotel which is free

- Faith (10/5): This is a gorgeous hotel with top notch staff - Do yourself a favor and book this hotel! What a gorgeous gem of a property in Japan. I stayed at many other hotels during our trip and this one was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had the service to match its luxury styling which is the most important part. I managed hotels for years as well as travel often with lots of luxury travel thus honestly I’m hard to impress and this hotel did. The lounge and resturants have such a calming, enjoyable, fine experience. The room and the beds were the most comfortable of the trip, and care was clearly taken by all staff to provide a great service. I was very impressed.

Stayed in the residence twin room which had a washing machine/dryer in the room which was very convenient. Hotel had a shuttle to/from the JR station every :30 on the weekends throughout the day. But shuttle on weekdays only available 7:00am - 11:00am. Overall great experience and would stay again.

- Sharon (9/5): Only there for 2 nights. Comfortable place - Close to shops and restaurants.. the shuttle bus to the station was handy.. With luggage it was a bit of a walk from the station
- Priscilla (8/5): - Professional and helpful staffs. Quiet, but walkable location to Osaka Station. Little disappointment of breakfast varieties were the same during the stay of 4 nights.
- Ramil (5/5): Familly unfriendly - The room was quite big. The overall impression is that families with children are not welcome at this hotel. We booked a triple room with a sofa so our child could sleep on it. However, the hotel refused to make up the sofa because, according to their rules, if it's made up, it counts as an additional adult. Despite having paid for breakfast, we were asked to pay extra for our child at the reception. There was no courtesy or willingness to assist the guest whatsoever. The shuttle bus ran every half an hour to the train station on weekends, but on Mondays, it only ran in the morning and evening. We had to walk with our suitcases. Breakfast was so-so. Many options, but taste was avarage in everuthing
