• Noble (7/5): It was okay - I booked a room on booking.com for Oct. 24,2025- Oct. 25,2025 I was charged 73.14 on my debit card. But when I checked into the hotel, I was told that they were unable to access booking.com. I was then processed as a walk-in and charged $80.00. I contact the hotel to receive a refund of the $80.00. I have not heard back from them. They tried it again the next day but I showed them where I paid on booking.com without incident.

From the moment you step inside, you feel like you’ve entered a health hazard zone. Unless you want to leave with staph, a nasty virus, COPD, or asthma, do yourself and your family a favor and stay anywhere else. The level of filth and neglect is shocking—it’s not just dirty, it’s dangerous. The air feels toxic, the rooms look like they haven’t been sanitized in years, and every surface leaves you wondering what kind of bacteria is lurking there. I cannot fathom how this place continues to pass inspections or remain in business. It’s simply not worth the health of your family. Spend your money on a safe, clean hotel. This place should be shut down, not taking people’s money.

• J5190HXjonp (2/5): The female owner is rude and has no respect for anyone staff or customers - The rooms smells the bathrooms are a nightmare Toilets broke lids and shower bath is something I wouldn’t wash a dog in Service staff is not bad at all but the owner is a rude disrespectful hateful and if you have a problem she don’t have the time to do anything to either understand or read if you have a papered service dog and thinks she is all knowing have stayed here for multiple years Had to stay due to hvac issues and have service dog came in from car it was over a 100 degs and due tripping I am not required to have her on lease she is hand and verbally controlled with out any questionable behavior and yes is registered as well and was a dog handler so started yelling at me not asking but being rude to the point her husband had to step in. I tried to get her to understand and came to her with Ada. Rulings on the subject but didn’t have time to learn or read Had also asked staff to fix toilet and could go in room left for the day returned to it not fixed sent a 18 19 year old to fix well wasn’t next morning I had to change shoe after using bathroom and for 3days said fixed. After another morning of being verbally harassed and disrespected again addressed issue again and her fix was she didn’t want me to stay because I did nothing but cause her grief and have complaints I checked out and will never enter this place again let’s not for get about the drug traffic and smelling dope being smoked it’s both Of you want to here how bad people are and do and double rooms are at min with towels If you have 4 people you get 2 towels Not a good stay at all.

• Shawn (4/5): Basic - Upon entering the hotel, there was a distinct smell of mold/mildew that flowed over into the room, so much so that when we got back home our clothes and c-pap smelled like it. Every time we left the room, our room cards would no longer work. The beds were barely comfortable. If you're looking for somewhere where comfort, or the room being updated is not an issue then this is your place! It's cheap and its basic. The smell, the problem of our room cards not working every time we leave the room.

I was switched out to an upgrade room. I did encounter a roach. I didn’t like the fact that guests hang outside around your door.

I booked with them because continental breakfast was included and they said breakfast was served at 6 am when i came down at 6:30 breakfast was not available. I had to go to work so i could not wait for breakfast and had to leave. There were some construction workers also waiting for breakfast, but also left.

The whole hotel smelled of smoking . There is more wrong than right. The photos on line are not what you experience first hand. People are living in the hotel. The ones that I saw made me feel unsafe. Dogs barking, people fussing with children, a constant amount of people in/out the rear exit without someone verifying if they were even guests. I do not recommend this hotel. Hairs in the sink and shower area.

• Steven (2/5): - The perfect ratings that have been submitted for this hotel are clearly from the hotel owner to try to balance the bad ratings. In short, this property needs to be investigated and condemned. The room smelled bad. Chips and food crumbs on the blanket. Someone's metal fingernail file was left on the blanket. Mold or water stains on the ceiling. The carpet was nasty and you could not walk barefoot. You could feel sliminess everywhere. I tried to sleep in my car but was uncomfortable so I came back in and found a small section of the bed that wasn't too dirty. This was booked as non-refundable so there's that. The lobby and front desk is old and rundown. There's a bell you pick up and ring for service. During check-in two customers walked up behind me with requests and the lazy eyed manager yelled at them. One of the customers was trying to tell him their roof was leaking on the bed. The manager clearly didn't care. Easily the worst hotel I've ever been in. I want my money back.

• joemD8867JY (2/5): Terrible--avoid it! - Imagine a list of everything that could be wrong with a hotel, and you'd be describing this one. The building is generally run-down and smells terrible in the hallways. But that's nothing compared to the musty, damp stench in the room! The furniture is falling apart, the air conditioner is falling apart (and does not remove humidity from the room), the carpet is badly stained, the shower head is loose in the wall, the TV had no volume control, etc. I have no idea how this place passes sanitation or fire inspections--it should be shut down. The nice pictures shown are probably from years ago when it might have actually been a nice place to stay--not any more! I'll never return...

The drink machine wasn't working so I went to ask for a return of my money $2.25 I was told I was Interrupting his sleep. Which I thought was weird but I seen he had a pull out cot he was sleeping on. I later learned that him and is wife owns it that's why it wasn't an issue of him sleeping I guess. None of the items was stocked in the room toilet paper, paper cups, tissue, etc.Bath tub was not clean. Won't be staying again I was suggest that you don't either seeing that it's 80.00$ a night.

• F1567DGchristinas (10/5): Clean, Quiet Rooms, Friendly staff, Great Value - Surprisingly impressed with the cleanliness of my room for an older hotel. I was skeptical about carpeted rooms in an older hotel and actually stayed at another motel the first week I was here because they had updated floors. We asked to see a room here before we rented it and after inspecting the room, we came here. The staff is friendly and housekeeping is present everyday, if needed. The hotel is quiet which is important as I am here working an outage at Hatch ( 12 hrs days, no days off). They have cameras on the property and no issues with crime, to my knowledge. They have a continental breakfast( cereal, bread, bagels, muffins, sausage biscuit, yogurt, package donuts, bananas, etc.), washer & dryer, ice machine on site. * They do allow smoking, so sometimes you can smell it when you enter the lobby but it didn't affect my room and I always bring spray/ plug ins with me when I travel. *OVERALL, A GREAT VALUE FOR THE AREA.

There was no noise issue, no one really moving around for that time of night, noth - Convenient, it was a last minute decision to book a room and we were able to get one without a problem. He was corgual, very help with getting us checked in for the time we got there. The experience was very nice. There was nothing I can tell you I didn't like about it.
