Breakfast was really well done while keeping it simple. The host was available on WhatsApp to help with my questions - they let me check in early as my room was ready (they were also happy to keep my bags if it wouldn’t have been), and they organised a taxi for me when I was leaving. I loved my stay here and highly recommend it.

• Ariane (9/5): - L'emplacement incroyable, le confort de la chambre, l'endroit qui est vraiment magnifique et les nombreux conseils de notre hôte qui n'était pas là mais qui a été super réactif à nos questions et nous a partagé plein d'adresses très chouettes. Le seul bémol était la lumière dans les escaliers qu'on ne pouvait pas éteindre (nous avions la chambre avec la cuisine au RDC) et qui faisait de la lumière la nuit. Installer un détecteur de mouvement serait parfait.

The reception area was spotless and tastefully decorated. The rooms were absolutely amazing. Comfortable, roomy bed, excellent bathroom and exceptional ambience throughout. We were asked what we preferred for breakfast the following morning , and whatever we ordered was fresh and beautifully presented. Well mannered and friendly cleaning staff too!! Just perfect! Highly recommended. There is nothing at all that I didn't like. All was to perfection.

Ein Traum mitten in der Altstadt. - Frühstück, Zimmer und Lage - alles hat unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen und die Dachterrasse hat dem Ganzen dann noch das Sahnehäubchen aufgesetzt. Das gesamte Gebäude ist äußerst geschmackvoll und hochwertig renoviert. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist unglaublich bis ins kleinste Detail sorgsam und mit bedacht ausgewählt. Anna und Charles geben einem das Gefühl, dass man auf Besuch bei Freunden ist und unterstützen in allen Bereichen immer charmant und vollumfänglich. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden!

Die Zimmer sind liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet und unsere eigene Terrasse war ein echtes Highlight – perfekt, um den Tag entspannt zu beginnen oder ausklingen zu lassen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, mit viel Auswahl und frischen, regionalen Produkten. Das gesamte Ambiente im Haus ist sehr angenehm, ruhig und geschmackvoll gestaltet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht hat. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

• Margitta (7/5): Tolle Unterkunft mit einigen Schönheitsfehlern. - Die Lage war super und doch sehr ruhig. Alles war sauber und gepflegt in einem schönen Palast. Das Frühstück war zwar nicht hochwertig, aber doch mit mehr Auswahl, als sonst in Italien üblich. Vermieter gab Restaurantvorschläge. Ich habe einen Wasserkocher vermisst. Das ist heute Standard. Das Bett war von einem Podest umgeben, auf den man praktisch hoch- und runterkrabbeln musste. Der Grund für diese Betteinrahmung hat sich mir nicht erschlossen, Platz für ein normales Bett war genug. (Zimmer vier) Die Wohnung war Anfang November schon etwas feucht. In allen Hotels bei meiner Rundreise war die Klimaanlage inzwischen auf Heizen umgestellt. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht kalt, aber ein bisschen warme Luft hätte die Atmosphäre getrocknet, das war hier nicht möglich. Ich hatte auch noch eine superdünne Sommerdecke. Da ich alleine ein großes Bett hatte, konnte ich sie doppelt legen. Wenn nicht, hätte ich wohl nachts gefroren. Wenig Englischkenntnisse, aber mit Mr. Google ging es. Ich hatte die Pension auch wegen der Gepäckaufbewahrung ausgewählt. Das war dann schließlich bei der Anreise doch nicht möglich. Bis 15 Uhr war niemand im Hause. Gott sei Dank war man bei meiner letzten Unterkunft in Lecce sehr entgegenkommend und ich konnte später anreisen. Das übliche Checkout war auch hier zwingend um 10 Uhr, obwohl ich der einzige Gast war und mein Zug erst um 13 Uhr ging. Ich musste mein Gepäck vor die Wohnungstür stellen und bekam für die Haustür einen Code. Alles nicht sehr gastfreundlich. Noch eine Anmerkung, wenn man mit der Bahn anreist: Unter der Woche gibt es sehr viele Züge bzw. Schienenersatzverkehr. Sonntags gibt es nur einen Zug um 18.30 Uhr. Sie kommen sonntags praktisch nicht mehr von Gallipoli weg. Ich war gezwungen, einen Tag zu verlängern und bin dann montags weitergefahren.

• Anette (7/5): - Läget. Frukosten. Vi bodde i "sviten" som det kallades. I beskrivningen fanns det vardagsrum, toalett och dusch, men allt detta var i ett enda rum. Toaletten var en "fyrkant" i ena hörnet av rummet och duschen i en "fyrkant" i andra ändan av rummet. Inte så trevligt eftersom vi var vänner och inte ett par som åkte tillsammans. Det var ungefär 50 höga trappsteg upp till rummet så några resväskor fick vi inte upp på rummet. Blev upplysta av damen som arbetade på boendet att någon service med bagaget fanns inte. No No.

Unsere Suite war sehr gemütlich, ruhig und top ausgestattet.Das Frühstück liebevoll serviert und köstlich...was will man mehr? Alles top :)

Beds weren't great but it is a rental property. Staff were lovely too and a nice breakfast. I would recommend to anyone. Parking is a few minutes away at the port. Nothing.

• Ladina (10/5): Jedesmal beim in die Unterkunft kommen hat man sich willkommen gefühlt - Die Location ist sehr zentral gelegen, die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns mit viele guten Tipps zu Restaurants, Stränden etc. gegeben. Das reichhaltige Frühstück konnte nach eigenen Vorlieben ergänzt werden. Die allgemeinen Räumlichkeiten waren ebenfalls sehr geschmackvoll und einladend eingerichetet. Es gubt nicht zu beanstanden!

• J. (9/5): Aanrader! - De locatie is perfect. Schitterend oud pand en erg fijne kamer direct in het centro storico. Ontbijt ook meer dan prima. Anna ving ons bij aankomst prima op en Charles was over de app ook erg vriendelijk. We zijn een oplader vergeten maar die krijgen we toegestuurd. Al met al een grote aanrader! Niets. • cacha (10/5): Fantastische B&B in Gallipoli - Prachtige B&B, midden in centro storico van Gallipoli. We zaten in kamer 5, kamer azzurro. Prachtige kamer, van alle gemakken voorzien. Lekker ontbijt. Niets!
• Christophe (10/5): Un havre de beauté dans un lieu exceptionnel! - TOUT ! : magnifique restauration d une demeure en plein centre de Gallipoli. Non seulement la restauration architecturale est superbe ; la décoration est subtile et originale! Tout est BEAU! Les hôtes ne peuvent que se sentir privilégiés . Le personnels attentif et à l écoute. Les petits déjeuners vraiment superbes. La propreté digne d un 5 étoiles. Les terrasses un plus pour sentir l air de la mer. Et Charles qui vous concocte un programme tel qu’il vous incite à revenir ! Rien !
• Marina (10/5): De kans om in een prachtig bewaard gebouw te logeren in het centrum van Gallipoli - Echt WAUW! We voelden ons echt thuis. Prachtig pand. Smaakvolle inrichting. Lekker ontbijt Ligging en het centrum maar toch rustig. Anna❤️ Aan de accommodatie niets enkel moeilijk om een parkeerplek te vinden in Gallipoli
• Maria Rosario (10/5): Alojamiento con decoración maravillosa, perfecto. - Alojamiento perfecto, con encanto y en pleno centro histórico. Muy bonita la decoración, limpio y cómodo, incluye desayuno tipo buffet con todo lo necesario. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Me gustó todo.

• Nassim (2/5): Attention à l’arnaque - Je me sens suis senti arnaquer quand j’ai dû payer dix euros le changement de serviette. Le lit n’est pas très confort. Les œufs du petit déjeuner sont en supplément et le petit déjeuner n’est pas copieux.
• Johannes (8/5): Leuke stad en accommodatie - Centraal gelegen Gastvrouw sprak alleen Italiaans. Vantevoren doorgeven wat je wilde eten als ontbijt.

• Marian Remus (10/5): Chicca nel centro storico di Gallipoli! - Tutto! Appena messo piede dentro nella struttura ho capito che sarebbe andato tutto bene.. E così è stato! Fantastico.. Pulizia, comfort.. Cura ai dettagli per la stanza, la colazione.. Tutto ottimo! La gentilezza della signora che sì occupa di tutto, dal arrivo fino al check-out è sicuramente un valore aggiunto! Da ripetere senz'altro! Complimenti sinceri! Non c'è stato nulla che non mi fosse piaciuto!
