- Noel (9/5): -
- Michael (10/5): Excellent. - Excellent location. Very comfortable. Great host
- Irene (10/5): Our stay was fantastic, featuring a spacious and well-set-up accommodation with thoughtful touches from the owner, inclu - Our stay at the accommodation was simply fantastic! The spacious layout allowed us to relax comfortably, and it was exceptionally well set up with all the amenities we needed. The owner's thoughtful touches made a real difference, ensuring we felt right at home. The addition of wine and food provided by the owner made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the location was perfect, providing easy access to local wineries and dining options. Nothing it was great.
- Carol (10/5): Clarevale cottage was a delight. Tastefully appointed and very comfortable. The generosity of the hosts was evident in t - Very well appointed and nestled in beautiful gardens. Only a short walk to everything.
Lovely extra touches like wine, cheese and chocolates. Nothing
- Byron (10/5): Delightful - Delightfully presented, with everything provided for a comfortable stay.
- Georgena (10/5): Very comfortable and very well equipped B&B - Clarevale Cottage is the most well equipped B&B we have ever stayed in. Before we arrived we were asked whether we preferred white or red wine. The wine was in the fridge upon our arrival together with cheese and crackers.
The breakfast supplies were ample- bacon, eggs, cereal, plunger coffee, toast and spreads. Everything was thought of! Washing and drying facilities and even a torch by the bedside. And chocolates!
It is perfectly located, a few minutes from the Main Street and the lovely Riesling Trail
- David (10/5): Fantastic stay in Clare on the Riesling Trail - What a fantastic three days we had in Clare. Our host, Monica, went above and beyond to welcome us to Clarevale Cottage. Her communication right from the get go was exceptional and she was so kind as to pick us up from the bus stop upon arriving and drive us to the cottage.
At Clarevale Cottage we were welcomed with a bottle outstanding Clare Valley Riesling and a generous supply of provisions for breakfast over the next few mornings. The cottage is situated right in the centre of Clare and more importantly for us, just steps away from the Riesling Trail walking and biking track, which runs for 40kms through the wine region of the Clare Valley. We had intended to walk the whole trail but unfortunately, due to an injury, we could only cover part of the track. We will save the rest for another visit.
Clare itself has very nice pubs and cafes. We only had time for one of the cafes in our time there, Cafe 1871, the coffee was outstanding and we had really nice fruit toast there as well. We did have several walks up and down the main street of Clare and the other cafes and bakeries also looked very nice. We actually would have liked a few more days to explore but had to tie in with getting back to Adelaide to catch the train to Perth, WA.
We would thoroughly recommend a stay at lovely Clarevale Cottage, we can't say enough good things about it... facilities, proximity to town and the Riesling Trail, breakfasts etc. but for us the real star of the show was Monica, our host, who was just so kind and lovely to us. We hope to return again one day to explore further.
Many thanks Monica.
Regards, David and Penne, Sydney Nothing

We’re looking forward to staying again in the future. That we don’t live there!!
- Steve (9/5): Definitely will stay there again. - Breakfast provisions were great and ample. Loved the bottle of red, chocolates and plunger coffee. The optional purchase of jars of jam was a good idea. Need to trim the banksia near the front gate, overhangs the driveway.
