- Donna (3/5): Never again - Not much!! Easy to find. The rooms look nothing like the photos, each room had less than half a roll of toilet paper. Towels were thin and dingy,m. Bedding was itchy and dingy. No one at front desk when arrived at CHECK IN! Parking lot and abandoned motel building behind were sketchy!!
- Chris (10/5): - Nice place
- Jodi (8/5): A Good Stop. - Good. Right of the highway and next to McDonalds. Downstairs room. Spacious room.

- Christie (2/5): Worst Motel 6 Experience - Will Never Stay Again - When they say you only get one chance for a first impression, this place missed it or doesn't care. Worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. I could have found better accommodations elsewhere for the price I paid! For a Motel 6 I paid more here than a much nicer hotel I stayed in the following night that included a pool, full free breakfast, excellent internet, and extremely clean and welcoming! This place is horrible! The area looks really unsafe and dingy. My car had scratches all over it the next morning. The room looked nice but the bathroom was very outdated and looked like patchwork. There seems to be zero respect by the owners or managers in taking care of the property. Ice machine not working and obviously hasn't been for awhile. I have never encountered a motel that doesn't have at least one ice machine available for guests, and I travel quite regularly. No waste receptacle bins to throw away your take out containers around the corridor of the rooms. I walked the entire property until I found a big dumpster in the back. Absolutely disgusting! The free internet wouldn't connect so I was unable to handle a few important emails. Would not recommend to anyone for a peaceful relaxing night stay. The founder of Motel 6 would be horrified!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The bathroom was filthy and the water was a shade of yellow.
- Firmin (10/5): -
- Kimberly (6/5): - Good location close to freeway when tired from driving
- Mike (2/5): - BYOTP the room didn’t have enough TP for one night. The tub wouldn’t drain. The room was dirty. No ice available on premises. Multiple poorly patched holes in the walls. Exterior steps were rusted and sagging. I inadvertently reserved at smoking room when we asked if we could switch to a non-smoking room we were told it would cost an additional $50 for the night. Why?! There were only 10 rooms booked in the motel. It’s very obvious that no one cares about this hotel. On the plus side it was a nice big room with two chairs. I’m finding lately that many Motel 6 rooms have no chairs.
- Kimberly (6/5): - Didn’t see any smoke detector in room

She won't give them to me either. She made me wait for an hour. Now she says there are no rooms available. She won't refund my money. Please do what is necessary. - Marico (10/5): - It’s a bad smell in the room
- Omar (2/5): Bedbug hotel - Worst place Ive ever rented. Only stayed one out of the four days because the bedbugs were so bad. They won’t return my money.
- Michael (6/5): - The inside of the place was recently renovated and nice, except for the bathroom. Outside condition of property was poor.
- Thomas (2/5): - Deceptive and false information on the app. Clearly a smoking room. Clerk said he didn’t smell it hours earlier. I also requested a king room and he stated that all the kings were up on the second floor. The room key he gave us was on the ground level and had a king.
Clearly didn’t live up to the rating and gets failing marks across all check boxes.
Travelocity claimed that this was the last available king room at this rate. Again description is fraudulent, clerk said he had plenty of rooms… there were only two cars there and he had no control over third party apps.
What a joke. I will not trust Travelocity again. The stay was not possible; we had to pay for a room at a different hotel.
- Somesh (8/5): Very good - Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Good value for money,
Would have appreciated some complimentary coffee!
- Susan (8/5): - Fast check in and recommended 5 or 6 restaurants that were good. Room clean and comfy.
- Brian (6/5): - An older property, that has seen better days but it had a decent price and it was only for one night.
- C9432KDjd (10/5): Happy Visitor! - Loved it! Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and the location was great. Nice and quiet with little to no road noise off the interstate. Would come back again. My dad was super happy because he got a smoking room complete with an ashtray. I had a non smoking room and it was the best of both worlds for us. Staff were friendly and helpful.
- nevzat (2/5): - Was super dirty
- Solomon (2/5): Very poor - Nothing No electronic connection.
Few electrical connection.
Bad and Dirty bathroom
- H6760EMrogers (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! - This hotel is the shadiest, nastiest place I have ever encountered. Toilet leaking, Shower not draining, strong Odor in the room, stains on blankets, towels, and sheets. Cigarette burns in mattress cover. Drug dealing in the parking lot.
- Jeremy (1/5): Will never stay here again - Nothing Nasty, staff was terrible. No towels in the room. Towels were dirty when I went to the desk to get them. The room I booked the staff refused to let me have. (I booked 2 queens and got 1 full)
- cacaoc2023 (4/5): Tired old hotel that desperately needs more love from the owners - The only reason I give this two stars is the front office check in was friendly and efficient and the A/C in the room worked well. The room itself was just.. sad. The towels might have been white years ago, but now were dingy grey/brown and with darker stains. Mysterious brown liquid had dried up on the walls (with long drip trails to the floor). The bed spread had multiple cigarette burns (this was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but reeked of old smoke that permeated all my belongings long after I left). The sheets were also stained. The pillowcases were so threadbare you could see the markings of the yellowed pillows through them. Bathroom had a rather large hole that was filled in with toilet paper? Had I not been so tired, I probably would have left, but I stayed long enough to get some sleep and left very early in the morning. Hotel management, please invest in new towels/linens - this would go a very long way! And repaint/repair your walls. An ozone machine would help nullify the smells.
- Starlett (5/5): I wouldn't be eager to suggest to anyone - No breakfast was available It cost me more for this room and I had no option for coffee or breakfast the tub drained so slow..heater made very loud noise that made it hard to rest
- Briggs (6/5): Pleasant -
- Davis (4/5): I felt like it needs to be cleaned up! No one likes a dirty room - My room was quiet and I was tired so I fell asleep fast. The bed was comfy My room was quiet and I was tired so I fell asleep fast. The room was not very clean, the towels were gross! They were white towels that were literally gray and brown from not properly being laundered. The shower was old and extremely slippery! The anti slip tape was completely gone and nothing to replace it. Sheet's on the bed were dingy and gray too. The lady who checked us in was nice but they only serve you through a little window and the speaker wasn't working right so it kept cutting out when she spoke to me, I had to keep having her repeat herself over and over. Very impersonal. Most of the rooms were not in use on the property,
- Sylvia (2/5): - The rooms were dirty, the bedlinens were dirty. The towels were so stain n filty. I think they were used to clean . I will never, never and thats putting it mildly will stay at a Motel 6. People it's filty. Especially the one at Brinkley Ar. On I 40. Don't stay there worse. Hey I now believe u get what u pay for.
- Grande (1/5): Bad. - The cleaning is was bad, the curtains at the bathrooms was duty with moods,,the towels are white but t,hey looks brown.,in the morning no breakfast or coffee at 7.am ,.At the front desk no one attending in the morning..Bad experience.
- Donna (9/5): Superb - Very nice staff. Only 2 pillows on king bed
- Gail (5/5): Passable - Affordable and Waffle House was across the street. The room looked run down, linens were laundered but not white like you would expect to find in a hotel, holes in walls, doors & frames and mirrors not clean. This Motel-6 doesn't hold up to the picture used online or to the Motel-6 name.
- John (7/5): A Basic Stay - Location was perfect. Basic room, had a good sleep, no breakfast.
- Briggs (4/5): Disappointing -
- Ken (6/5): - Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Price was good. Owner was very professional. He showed us the room before we checked in when I asked.
- Martin (8/5): - Huge room, good location, friendly staff
- Lorie (2/5): - Beds were filthy - had hairs & poop stains on mattress. We left without staying. Found a hotel about an hour down the road.
- Beblessed1 (1/5): Bad -
- debra (10/5): Ezpz - Ezpz off the highway
- Holly (10/5): Perfect place at the perfect time. - Owners were very nice and accommodating.
- Maria (2/5): Customers expect good comfortable beds and clean towels at the minimum we didn't get either - Close to the freeway Towels were disgusting they were not white they were dingy and dark bed was hard not enough pillows
- Barbara (1/5): Do Not Stay Here - There was nothing good about this property. Everything. It shouldn't be listed. When you arrive pictures aren't what you actually see and get. Run down property. What use to be a restaurant in front is second hand or junk store. You can't actually walk into the office, you have to use a night time window. There is an old run down motel running along the backside. When we told him we did not feel safe and asked for a refund he said to contact booking.com which I did the next morning. They said we needed to contact the property. We were still there so we drove back over for the manager to tell me he had no intention on giving a refund. The room was booked and held for the night. There were 3 cars on one side and 2 on the other at midnight the night before so it was safe to say they had plenty of rooms available and at least one of those cars was his. He has a run down property and the only way for him to make money is off a site that he can use stock Motel 6 pictures and lure people into reserving then knowing he will not give a refund when they see the location and state of the motel. Do not stay here.
- harshp392 (10/5): Business related - Nice motel on quiet location.
Clean room
Friendly staff
Highly recommended then other hotel in town because lots of trucks going in and out towards those other hotel
This is motel 6 is on a nice spot I will stay here again.
I sleep well and all restaurants are on walking distance
- Erik (2/5): - I didn't like anything about the property. The staff was rude, when yhey finally came to the counter. No coffee in room or office, no laundry, bed was very lumpy and awful. This motel 6 is not up to motel 6 standards. Never book a room here.
- AZboyinWI (6/5): An older hotel but I would stay here again - While traveling cross country with a dog. We've been staying in Motel 6's and Red Roof inns. We spent one night here finding it an older hotel but clean and comfortable. We would stay here again if in the area. I will highly recommend.........
- Stephanie (2/5): - Cockroach in the bathroom upon walking in, room smelled, towels didn’t look clean, sheets had holes in them. Worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. Looked at reviews after and now it all makes sense same responses but looks like no changes happen.
- Maria (4/5): Won’t stay here again. - Check in was just ok. My room key/swipe card was put into an old used paper pocket, then ends were curled up and it was dingy. Beer can and garbage lined the curb where I had to park. Stains on the coverlet, dingy towels, and bath mat. Tile in bathroom floor was cracked. Just overall dingy. Will not stay here again.
- Matt (10/5): Check-in & Nice Room - Friendly check-in. And the most expedient check-in process of entire trip.
- Sam (2/5): Avoid if possible. It’s not worth the savings. - If I didn’t need to sleep after driving for 18 hours, I would have canceled our reservation and kept driving.
There were stains all over the sheets and comforter and the pillows were yellow from sweat stains as if they haven’t changed the pillows in years!
The bathroom was dingy and shower was gross and they don’t even provide shampoo which really sucks when all you want to do is have a nice shower before bed.
Do not recommend staying here.
- Lemont (6/5): Wish it was a cheaper price - It was OK
- William (6/5): Pleasant -
- Klnstr_21 (2/5): Do Not Stay Here - Motel 6s have never been what anyone could call quality hotels. Though in the 80s it was much better. I have stayed in a worse motel 6 nut mot by much.
This particular one cost $106 before tax. Why? I told the clerk that this was expensive for a motel 6 and that it better be a nice room for the price. It was late and my family needed rest and couldn’t’ve driven much farther.
First-the key wouldn’t work. Told the motel personnel that the key wouldn’t work. He said that if the light was red you could open the door. I told him, tried to open the room multiple times and it wouldn’t open. I told him that I didm’t think that the red light meant you could open the door. Attempted to open again. No luck. Met with him again and he attempted to open the door and found out he couldn’t open it either. Batteries were dead.
Finally got in the room after midnight. The curtain didn’t fully cover window and the outside light was by the window so the room stayed lit up and it looked as if the sun was up, but it was after midnight.
Bed was very uncomfortable. The pictures can paint the rest of the picture.
For $106+ a night, it would’ve been cheaper staying at the Holiday Inn 25 minutes away.
Worst motel by far.
- Sam (5/5): Passable - Friendly staff. Very tired property.
- Yhaya (1/5): Just I stay because location close my delivery but is very bad condition - Location Dirty bad smell no maintenance never like motels 6 in USA
- Frederick (3/5): Poor - Air conditioner and front desk people and hot water in shower Room looked run down crack in shower wall and 3 huge cockroachs on floor no smoke alarm just a hole where one was not enough pillows and a odor in room like musty or moldy
- Ricardo (1/5): That I booked a room and never got to sleep in it because they didn't have power in the building and - Nothing. That I booked a room and never got to sleep in it because they didn't have power in the building and never got my money back..!.even though I talked to the manager about it.. no room options, no money, yeah bad business.
- Darrell (2/5): - No help at all
- Tiffany (5/5): Passable -
- Rhonda (6/5): - Kinda shady area
- Davis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Davis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dustin (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! - Nothing Beds had stains on pillows, blanket, sheets (blood stains). Walls ceiling and shower mats had stains all over as well. The room is advertised as a double deluxe room showing 2 beds but when we got the they stated no it’s a single queen. I said well can I upgrade to a double? Online it was $54 for the room I reserved for the actual double room it was $57 on booking.com for a one night stay for 5hrs of sleep. I said can I give you $3 and upgrade room. The manager then stated we follow rules I’m not ripping you off it’s $11 to upgrade. I then stated I’ll cancel the room and just rebook the $57 room? He said NO it’s $52 for cancel fee and you would have to pay full price for $57 for new room it is $11 if you wanna upgrade.
- Jodi (9/5): Superb -
- Puss (7/5): Good -
- Tyshonna (6/5): My stay was good. I enjoyed myself there. - It was so quiet. Yellow lights/dim.
- William (8/5): - If all you need is a clean bed, hot shower and a toilet for a great price then don’t hesitate to stay here.
- 34carltonw (2/5): Should not be a motel 6 - Short and sweet review.. motel 6 needs to take this motel off its franchise. I've worked in 32 countries and would rate it at one of the worst I've stayed at.
Cracked and broken tiles in the bathrooms, shower might have been cleaned but I did not want to use it.
- Rodney (7/5): Good -
- Ebbinga (6/5): Pleasant -
- GREGORY (6/5): - It's located in a downtrodden area. In back of the motel is an older motel, which I thought was closed. It turns out it's being used for low-income housing. Also, the room smelled of pine cleaner.
- Marilyn (8/5): - I believe they may have been in the process of painting
- Nathan (2/5): - The rooms smelled of marijuana.
- Relax325197 (2/5): Better hotels in third world countries!! - I usually go by reviews when I book a hotel. Whoever the people were that wrote good reviews have very low expectations. I have seen better hotels in third world countries. Filthy and disgusting, with Crack heads outside screaming all night. I am pleading with you...don't stay here!!!
- LARRY (2/5): - Room was nasty .. sheet were stained .. floor dirty
- Leland M (4/5): Disappointing - The sheets and towels were clean. The floor and bathroom were clean. The lighting was poor, even though they were a number of lights in the room. No hairdryer, no decent chair to sit in to read. As far as coffee - it was supposed to be ready in the office at 6:30. NOT! Just one Mr Coffee pot with regular coffee. No decaf. We were disappointed to say the least! No room for a better review. We will not be back.
- Thomas (6/5): Overall, it is very close to the Interstate,so it was easy to get on the road in the morning. - The reception person was pleasant and completed the checkin process quickly. I did not take breakfast at the location, instead I walked across the street to McDonalds. I appreciated that the location is pet friendly and there was no added charge for my pet. The king bed was comfortable. The motel looks to need a complete renovation. There was no WiFi. I thought, given the conditions of the location, that the rate I paid was high.
- Carlos (2/5): Very poor -
- Carlos (2/5): would not recommend - smelly, bathroom fixture not maintained, old small well beaten microwave bed was clean
- Kenyatta (5/5): It was ok but not worth the money - It was quiet. Ac worked good. Wasn’t the cleanest
- Laura (3/5): Poor - The area was questionable, and check-in was through a teller like window. It was ok for a quick stay but that's it.
- Tonya (10/5): Exceptional - perfect for passing through and stopping for the night to get some rest.
- Mallorie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angelika (2/5): Nightmare - The room sm The room smelled bad. It was a lingering smell of dirt, smoke. It wasn't ventilated or cooled down when we entered. The A/C was loud. The courtins didn't protect from the strong light outside.
- Jill (3/5): Poor - there were flies in my room. the door was not very secure, a good push and a person could break in. there was a few big holes in the walls, bad patching job. a crack in the shower/ tub. I will say the towels and sheets were clean. the staff member was extremely helpful and nice
- joseph (10/5): - Convenient location with cold ac. Little old but easy parking and ice access for price point would stay again if passing through
- Crystal (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melissa (2/5): - Booked non smoking room, but their non smoking room smelled of smoke. Room was dirty, bedding was stained. Bathroom was filthy. When I told front desk, they didn’t care. Don’t recommend staying at this location.
- Heilika (8/5): Very good - The staff were friendly, the bed comfortable and the room was clean
- Jerome (7/5): Good -
- Karen (5/5): based on current prices of hotels for a short stay it was ok - The bed was comfortable and the room was roomy…. LARGE dead bug on floor in bathroom( but at least it was dead). room had a funny odor to it, tub area need some sprucing up.
- Kikimophat (8/5): Roadtrip Last-minute decision - Huge room, cute retro chairs... The bed was comfortable for a traditional mattress The bathroom is kind of outdated
- Cyle (7/5): Ok place for quick stop - No pet fees, hardwood floor, flat screen tv Seemed a bit old and run down despite being more modern. Town seemed nice but some young man stalked me and another guest around the parking lot with our dogs we pretty much made a left and he made a left made a right he made a right and he followed us all around the parking lot until we split off and went back to our rooms he didn't come past the front desk area. That was not the fault of the hotel, but be wary while walking your dog at night out there especially if you are a woman.
- Frank (7/5): Nobody should expect the Waldorf-Astoria for a $60/night rate. Motel 6 does great at what it offers: a no frills che - The rates were fair. N/A
- Pamela (7/5): Good night's rest - Easy on and off the freeway. Pet friendly and pleasant staff. Hot water and good water pressure. Quiet. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Clean. The bathroom worked well but the shower could be updated
- Patricia (4/5): - The hotel room was definitely bare bones and had not been updated in ages. Bathroom was disgusting!!
- Caitlyn (7/5): Good place for a budget stay. - Great location & good price. Very clean room with plenty of towels. No fridge or microwave in most rooms. Kept smelling smoke & the maid was smoking while working.
- John (8/5): Very good - No frills good value..hot shower comfortable bed Not a coffee pot in the room but hey it's motel 6..all good. Good value for what I needed.
