• Alexandre (5/5): Accueil central, adapté à mes besoins et correct dans l'accueil. - L'emplacement est central, au coeur de la Kasbah, l'équipe d'accueil très sympathique et avenante et le petit déjeuner très bon. En revanche certaines chambres n'ont pas de fenêtres. Ma chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre.

Il Riad è bellissimo, come si vede dalle foto! Ci hanno accolto con il famoso the alla menta, squisito! La camera pulita ed accogliente! Il terrazzino spettacolare per rilassarsi un po'! La colazione buonissima!

• Mariana Sofia (10/5): Amazing riad — very hospitable, peaceful, located in a safe area, and with an excellent breakfast. - Ficámos neste riad e a experiência foi simplesmente incrível. O ambiente é muito tranquilo e perfeito para descansar depois de um dia a explorar a cidade. A equipa foi extremamente hospitaleira e fez-nos sentir mesmo bem-vindos desde o primeiro momento. A localização também é excelente, numa zona muito segura, o que nos deixou sempre bastante confortáveis. O pequeno-almoço é delicioso e preparado com muito cuidado, um verdadeiro destaque da estadia. El último día nos gestionó que nos viniera a recoger el taxi a las 3,30 de la mañana. Además se levantó para asegurarse de que todo estuviera bien y nos preparó café. Muy recomendable.

• Richard (10/5): Very enjoyable stay! - Hassan and all the staff were brilliant hosts very helpful and friendly which I really appreciated thank you. I really enjoyed the breakfast. I strongly recommend that you let the Riad arrange a taxi when you first arrive otherwise you will really struggle to find it. A member of staff from the Riad will meet you at the taxi drop off point and guide you to the Riad. Location was very good indeed to walk to all the local attractions!

• Genesis Thamara (10/5): Sono contenta di aver prenotato con loro dopo aver visto tutte le recensioni. Sicuramente ci tornerò nel mio prossimo vi - Tutto: un bel riad, pulito, in ordine, ma soprattutto una staff super cordiale, gentile e attento. Le stanze sono ben tenute e c’è l’aria condizionata che funziona (non scontato), la stanza viene sistemata ogni giorno e in bagno troverete shampoo e un gel corpo con un odore buonissimo. La colazione è ottima, vi consiglio di prenotarla assieme alla stanza (ogni sera vi chiedono a che ora volete la colazione il gg dopo). Sono stata 4notti e 5giorni e mi sono trovata super bene e sicura assieme alla mia amica. La posizione per noi è stata ottima, nella via principale c’erano tanti ristorantini per mangiare e ci muovevamo a piedi senza problemi, in 15/30min eri nelle aree di interesse. Sicuramente ci torneremo! Niente.

• Amy (10/5): The most welcoming of riads in the Kasbah - The welcoming hosts who were superb, the room was comfortable spacious and clean and had great facilities including hairdryer, showergel and shampoo and breakfast was beautiful. Honestly there wasn’t much not to like it was an excellent property I would stay here again :)

The manager on desk was a very nice person and the staff was accommodating. Water was well available and heating/ac unit was working fine The lights were not so bright and the rooms were not well isolated for sounds etc. The shower tap in toilet needed fix.

• Rebecca (9/5): Marvellous stay in Marrakech - The Riad is the a great location, near all the action but no noise to keep you up. Felt very safe at all times and easy to find once you know. Hassan and the team are just amazing, they are so welcoming, helpful and just great to chat to. The breakfast every morning was perfectly adequate to set you up for the day and the tea is just perfect! The building itself is lovely, peaceful and the roof terrace was an added bonus. The room was always clean thanks to the nice cleaning lady, towels provided, shower hot and bed lots of room. We had an amazing stay and can't thank everyone enough for our first time in Marrakech ! The only thing I would mention is the lack of food in the day time or specifically dinner. On a couple occasions we were very tired from traveling and would have liked a tagine in house so we could rest, but the positive is you are only 2min stroll from street food galore. Also my partner mentioned there is no telly in the room, and the bed was a little too hard for my liking but that's personal taste.

• Sandra (8/5): Riad em Medina/Marrakesh - The Riad has simple but welcoming facilities. The support staff (Daoud, Mohhamed, Hassan) were very attentive and kind. The hygiene of the rooms is excellent, and there is a good breakfast and afternoon tea (mint). There are bakery, cafes/restaurants and taxi ranks nearby. The room does not have a television or minibar. Despite the fact that there are many people on the access road to the riad (very narrow streets with only people, motorbikes and bicycles). When the earthquake occurred we only saw one escape route, exactly along these narrow paths. It's very safe until 10pm. Avoid walking alone after this time, and return with someone native of this area.
