Staff so helpful and friendly, all so - Perfectly located in the bustling medina but inside it's incredibly peaceful and quiet! Spotlessly clean and staff went out of their way to help in whatever way they could. Breakfasts on the roof terrace were amazing and set us up for the day. We had room 5 which was top floor and quiet, bed huge and comfy, bedding very nice and the shower was amazing (water pressure awesome). Loved the rooftop sunloungers and splash pool, a great place to chill. Recommend their tagine dinners, cooked to perfection and served on the terrace as the sun went down! Recommend this place for an authentic Marrakesh stay. Honestly can't think of anything, maybe bit of building works opposite (could only be heard from terrace and not at all at night).

Le personnel est attentionné et chaleureux, en particulier Ismail mais aussi Mohamed .La terrasse est très agréable avec son petit bassin et on y prend un très bon petit déjeuner copieux au soleil ou sous les parasols. ???

• allison (10/5): The perfect medina oasis - The perfect place to relax whilst being in the medina . Riad Dar Nakous was simply perfect . The rooms were really well appointed , beautifully decorated with an understated elegance . The breakfast was amazing every day some thing a little different from yoghurt and fruit with pancakes preserved honey cream cheese and delicious home made cake to eggs with cumin and crumpets . Mohamed and the lovely ladies are beautiful , kind , helpful and so friendly they really made our stay perfect . Tip if you are getting a taxi to Riad Dar Nakous we found asking to be dropped off at the Bahia Palace really helped . Walk down the road from the palace gate past a small turning area for cars into the medina and Riad Dar Nakous is about 40 meters up on the right just before the African restaurant.

Unnötig und unprofessionell. 3,5% Aufschlag bei Kreditkartenzahlung. So viel Bargeld will ich nicht mitschleppen. An einem Abend war die Haustür von innen verriegelt. Erst nach einem Telefonanruf öffnete jemand nach über 15 Minuten. 24-Stunden-Rezeption?

La décoration est magnifique et le personnel charmant. Une douce odeur de fleur d'oranger nous accueillait à chaque retour et le personnel nous a donné de bons conseils, toujours à notre service et prévenant. Dans notre chambre, il y avait peu de place entre le lit et les murs et les portes de la toilette et de la salle de bain se chevauchant, la circulation est rendue compliquée dans le petit espace... mais cela ne change pas notre avis super positif.

• Yin (9/5): Exceptional stay with staff that were always very welcoming and helpful. Shout out to Ismail (sorry if we got the spelli - Very well put together and always clean. Location is also spot on between the main square and Meelah area which is super useful when it comes to going around the different parts of the Medina. Very small minor point would be the lack of any kettle/hot water making facility in the room itself. Perhaps something to consider in the future :)

It was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. Everything was wonderful. I wish we had time to enjoy the rooftop area but we were always too busy site seeing.

• Alessandro (10/5): Top Lage, stylisches Riad & unglaublich herzliche Mitarbeiter! - Das Riad Dar Nakous ist eine Oase in mitten der hektischen und pulsierenden Medina. Die Einrichtung, die Mitarbeiter, insbesondere Mohammad und sein Team, die mit Hingabe und viel Freundlichkeit und Liebe den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gestalten. Die Lage des Riads ist perfekt! Das einzige „unbequeme“ war das Bett bzw. die Kissen. Es haben alle verschiedene „Vorlieben“ wie flaches/hohes Kissen usw. Ich persönlich fand es eher unbequem und kein Kissen hat mir gepasst. Das ist aber einzig und allein der negative Punkt.

• Leslie (10/5): Beautiful, peaceful Riad well worth the price! - The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was exceptional. Their attention to detail was amazing. I loved the little birds chirping in the morning! The location is relatively close to the taxi pick-up/drop-off and the main square. Additionally there are a number of very good restaurants very close for dinner, as well as dinner at the hotel. If you have particular roof top restaurants or bars you would like to visit make sure you get reservations. We ended up spending more time in the north part of the medina, so the walk from the south to the north was always busy and crowded....not necessarily bad, but definitely the "full experience"

• Margaret (8/5): Nice and beautiful with a lovely location. - I think the property is very well maintained and is located very nicely in the Medina. I thought the space was very small but my other stays in Riads had given me the wrong impression. The other one I stayed in was more spacious with gardens and an actual pool area to lay out and catch some sun at the end of the day of sightseeing.

Ci hanno stampato gratuitamente i biglietti aerei. Colazione buona e abbondante. Bella la terrazza dove fare colazione o rilassarsi bagnandosi nella piccola piscina. Anche se avevamo la camera al piano terra abbastanza vicino all'ingresso non ci sono mai stati rumori fastidiosi. Lo consiglio tranquillamente. Un po' di odore dal bagno, ma sopportabile. Suggerisco di variare la colazione aggiungendo qualcosa di salato.

La cena que reservamos la primera noche fue de las mejores que probamos en Marrakech. • Angela (9/5): Wonderful Riad! - Breakfast on the rooftop was wonderful. Very quiet location. Staff were very friendly and accommodating for anything you needed. It’s in the heart of the Medina of Marrakesh so a bit of a walk to get to.
• Kenneth (10/5): Exceptional - We spent 4 nights at Riad Dar Nakous and it was very comfortable and spacious. It was beautifully furnished with everything we needed and a very comfortable and clean bed. It is in a very central location, however it was very quiet in the room to allow for proper rest. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly and always willing to share recommendations and tips during our stay in Marrakech. They truly looked after us and we enjoyed our exchanges between them 😊 They also helped us organise our taxi ride to the airport and helped us with our luggage upon departure which was very helpful. Highly recommend! Nothing :)
