- Carrie (8/5): Close to where I needed to go. Was comfortable for what we needed. - Some of the appliances were broken and unusable. I'm glad they were able to find a room because one of the rooms I booked did not get booked. Booking.com is probably not a good platform for booking the hotel.

- Roam824649 (6/5): Would probably return ... - My second time staying here. Love the location outside of San Antonio, the management, check in, the room size and amenities ... Do NOT love going through the maze of streets to get to the location of the hotel or the very obvious lack of lighting in the room. The parking lot lighting gave a sense of safety after dark.

All the accommodations were perfect. We had everything we needed. There was nothing to not like, the location was decent. The hotel in full was a great stay and very comfortable.

- Brianna (10/5): My stay was great, I would stay here again. - The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was hot and tasted great, plenty of options to choose from. The room was nice and tidy, clean and in order. The iron in the room I got did not work, other than that all went well.
- Jonathan (7/5): - Everything waa good, since january 16 to the 18 The 16 night to the 17 morning i drove my truck and the Saturday mor was i woke up with my rear window was break, they stol my tool box, i ask the lady in the front if i cen get the video she told me to wait for the manager i was there waiting for 30 min no manager show up, after that i never got to see the video or nothing they claen rial quick the parking lot, i had to spen $290 for a rear window, the manager or the front desk lady no one reach out to me for information about my truck or what room i was in it, i will not recommend to stay there

- Robert (1/5): I hated my stay and would not recommend this location to anyone! - There was not much that I liked at all. I had received a handicap room, so it was a bit more spacious I suppose, but that was the only positive thing abut this property. I could write a lot, but generally, the facilities were disgusting. My room did not have fresh sheets, it is as if they just kept the used sheets! They also stated they had no towels and just could not accommodate a new room because my reservation had two beds, but was a handicap room, so they could only give us another handicap room, which they did not have available. They finally stated that they would give me new sheets, but I would have to change it myself. They brought me two fitted sheets that were for a full sized bed, when I had a queen size bed. That was all they brought, with no new comforter or anything else. There is so much more to say, but overall, a terrible experience.

They claim the beds are queen-size, but they are not and are not very comfortable. The towels were very old. The bathroom has mold and was not very clean.
- G977FMmichaels (2/5): Don't stay here they steal vehicles - Rooms were ok for the money but my truck got stolen said said it was 6th truck that week and I would like to quote the police that this motel parking lot is notorious for stolen vehicles we had to argue with management to get videos of actually theft but conveniently the 20 secs of video actually showing my truck get stolen magically was not on there I belive management was in on it me and my wife have been leaving reviews daily but all these sites keep taking them down which is the most disheartening best western said that they can't control what franchises do I feel like is they wouldn't take down the reviews people might not get there vehicles stolen

Shower doesn't work properly. 50% comes out of the shower head, the rest comes out from the faucet. We have stayed here every year on the way to the Rio Grande Valley. Have not experienced so many problems before. The breakfast was good though.

The housekeepers did an excellent job—my room was spotless every day. Overall, the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

The water pressure in the shower was impressive, making for a refreshing experience. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of warm dishes. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

We had 3 people but the room only came with 2 hand towels and 1 face towel. Asked several times for more, but they said that’s all they give per room. Finally got a couple more hand towels, but still not enough for 3 guests.
