Basic cleanliness and functionally ok. Area around the doors and parking lot were well lit preventing too much monkey business. Excellent channel selection on the TV's.
- Jonathan (2/5): - You’ll regret it
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Was not in a safe location. Room was extremely dirty and was told the non smoking was cared for better than non smoking. The wall looked like there was blood on it, another wall looked like the wall was falling apart from headboard thats no longer there. Even after I said i felt unsafe the property manager said "i have been here for 20 yrs and nothing has happened" and tried to show me another room.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Website says truck parking there was none. I took a video of the room. Nasty nasty room. I’ll send the video if needed. I couldn’t get my money back because of your policy. Horrible all around
- Tore (2/5): worst hotel - terrible service, man gave away my room from under me and wouldn’t apologize. told me it was basically my fault even when i called to secure the room.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Nothing
- Verified traveler (4/5): - It’s alright
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Check in is through a window in front of the street. No check in /out privacy
- Sara (8/5): Uper nice owners - I was expecting the worst but I was surprised it was as clean as it was.
- Napoleon (2/5): It was ridiculous the owners screen they should be - It was awfulIt was ridiculous the owners screamed they should be put out of business The room is nasty ate up with a buzz House Keeping didn’t clean I don’t see how they’re still even open is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to
- Candace (10/5): - It wasn’t my favorite hotel but it wasn’t bad. We were allowed graciously to stay until 1;30pm when able to leave.
- Talmadge (4/5): Bed bugs - Had bed bugs. Stopped up toilet
- Nina (6/5): - Grey towels that i believe use to be white. Dirty stairs and dingy beds.
- Mariah Sioux (8/5): Good. - It wasn't the worst. Better than the pic tho.
- Maisheri (2/5): - Not good
- Jeffery (8/5): Good for the value.. - It was alright.. kind of in the seedy part of town..
- Verified traveler (2/5): - It was very nasty and.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Free Wifi, cable, motel is near plenty of food options, close to military base. Didn't enjoy how outdated/broken things were in the room.
- Guest (2/5): - The motel itself is outdated and the rooms are nasty. The rooms are stinky and the bed/ mattress is nasty with dirty looking sheets. It’s too nasty to even sit on the bed let alone sleep on it. The bath towels are brown instead of white. Overall nasty!!
- Traveler (2/5): - This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. Room was filthy and just horrible.
- Preston S (8/5): - A/C unit in the room was broken and the TV didn't work. Overall decent stay but comfort level was less than desirable.
- james (8/5): - stay was good we got what we wanted which was just to sleep as we were in town working. if you are lookibg for ritz definitly not the place
- Jim (6/5): You get what you pay for... - Staff was friendly and polite. The room was small and far from updated. It was clean but had a very outdated feel. It was difficult to control the combo a/c heater since controls were reachable only by climbing onto a chair. For the price, it was a fair deal I suppose.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Very gross and very old stuffs, wall, doors, looks like prison room. I can't sleep overnight. I left back to home in middle of night. Please don't even go there or you will thank to me.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It looked likr a place where all the local druggies go to get high andbcrash. The bathrooms are tiny. The tub had some gross water looking like a bacteria growing ground. The toilet looked like it had an std so coulsnt used toilet.the door even shut all the way had a space so big you could see through it outside. Thebfloorboards are janky as well. Part of the ac unit which was above the bathroom sink was hard to reach especially if short and had missing stickers so couldnt tell which buttons were which
- B (4/5): You get what you pay for... - Reserved online but wasn't given the choice of non-smoking room. The manager told us where we could find our room, then followed us on foot and watched us enter... kinda creepy! AC was so high in the wall we had to get our 10 year old to stand on the sink to reach the knobs!
- Silvia (2/5): Disappointed and Disgusted. - This was the worst hotel experience ever!!!! Do not stay here! We literally could not sleep!! If I had any money left, I would have left in the middle of the night!!
- Junior (4/5): It should be $38 including taxes - This motel is okay for a cheap quick stay. Its price is 38 plus taxes that goes to $43. The cost of this place should be like 30 dollars or less per night. The conditions of the motel are not the best but again, for a quick stay is just okay!
- Chandler (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - This hotel should be closed by the city of Killeen. It had exposed electrical outlets. Some outlets did not work. The linen was filthy. Literally, there was a fecal stain on the comforter. The towels smelled really bad and had stains on them. It appeared the hotel did not use detergent when cleaning the linens and towels. I tried to cancel my room and they REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY. IT WAS SO BAD I LEFT WITHOUT A REFUND.
- christopher (2/5): Turn around - Room smelled bad like smoke. Tenants living on second floor and couldn't sleep as they were constantly running around at 2-3 in the morning left the room at 5 in the morning cause we couldn't sleep so our trips safe to say was horrible
- Tyrone (6/5): Price should be $10 a night - Drove in town checked into this room soon as we opened the door there was roaches and the air conditioner barely worked after being in the room for 30 min the a/c started leaking water the rest of the weekend
- Francine (2/5): - It was a nightmare unclean ppl were rude and doors don't shut no light bulbs had to bring the room phone to office it wouldn't work wanted to a bath and tub wouldn't plug and the owner or receptionist were rude and maintenance screamed in my face when I asked about light bulbs the maintence man screamed in my face
- David (2/5): Nasty - Didn't even check in very nasy
- Verified traveler (2/5): Motel 7 - Horrible staff and even worse rooms. This motel deserves to be shut down. The staff was unprofessional and the rooms were discusting. The toilets were clogged and filthy showers.
- Kenneth (10/5): Motel 7 - Manager was super helpful
- Anthony (2/5): Very disppointed - This motel was so nasty I had to leave the manager would not refund any of my money please do not go there
- Stephanie (2/5): Worst Motel Ever! - It took a long time for the clerk to come to the window to help. Once at the window, he looked like he had been sleeping. We were in the room for less than 5 minutes where it wreaked of urine and saw roaches on the wall. I refuse to bring my stuff into a room like that! Leaving the room, there were a bunch of sketchy people loitering outside our room next to the stairs and people coming in and out of the fence at the back of the property. We didn't feel safe at all.
I went to the clerk immediately asking for my money back. The clerk tried telling us that they didn't have a roach problem and still tried denying it with the pictures we had took. He tried saying that he could move is to another room saying that the roaches must be in just that room. No, roaches do not confine themselves to just one room! Plus the clerk didn't find a problem with the people loitering or coming through the fence.
The clerk finally said he would give us back all but $10 back for the room because he has to make a commission off of us. How can you make a commission off someone who has had that kind of experience in less than 5 minutes?! I would recommend everyone to stay clear of this place! We drove all the way back to Ft Worth just to avoid another horrible experience and then drove back the next day to Austin.
- ricardo (2/5): Horrible, dangerous and creepy - I had to leave in the middle of the night and did not get refund cause they never answered, No ac, people fighting outside and manager did not care
- John (2/5): Motel 7 - Motel suited it's purpose
- Avery (4/5): It was ok I guess - You get what you pay for.
