• William (8/5): I enjoyed my stay, like I have in the past. - I have stayed here before with no complaints. On this trip I needed to change rooms because the TV was not working properly. Staff did not hesitate to give me another room. I had a pleasant experience and will be back when I am in the area. Nothing.

• Ty (9/5): We will stay here again! Great place! - The indoor pool and hot tub entertained our great grandchildren, who were allowed to use the facility while visiting us. The adjacent cafe was easy to access. The grounds were well maintained and the rooms were very clean.

• Brittany (10/5): - Everything. Location. Cleanliness. Comfort. Staff. The most comfortable bed and pillows that were actual full sized pillows. There could've been better lighting in the room but that was a very minimal issue.

• melissa (6/5): - Everything Brought my daughter cause she likes to swim. We didn't get to use the pool at all because some guy was filming himself for 5 hours in the hot tub. Should be a limit how long you stay in the pool area to make it fair to others that want to swim.
• MEGAN (5/5): - It is always great to stay here, we really love it. It's clean, spacious suites and rooms. The hot tub was colder than the indoor pool 🥶. The pool area was kinda of dirty . The room water smelled of mold though. Even running it for a while it smelled very strong of mold

I made a reservation but was informed when I got there that they were completely booked and I had to leave. I couldn't find another room in close proximity so i had to sleep in my car. Everything.

• Kenneth (6/5): - They didn’t have coffee in the lobby which is the first time I’ve seen this. This wasn’t breakfast provided by the hotel but there was a diner next door with reasonably priced items. The shower and toilet was the smallest room I have ever been in but it was the way the place was built before this company acquired it.

• Ginny (8/5): Aside from the outdoor pool incident, it was a good experience. - Staff is always kind and welcoming I had two young kids with me and I’m pretty sure when we were swimming there was a couple having sex in the pool, even though the kids were there. We left the outdoor pool and then went to the indoor pool so my kids didn’t find out what was happening.

• Ben (10/5): Amazing - Kassey at the front desk was a lot of help and was very understanding of my situation. I would recommend staying here because it is very pretty and well maintained. When you walk in I hope you get checked in with Kassey she welcomes you with a smile that makes it feel like you are family. The POOL and HOT TUB was amazing also. Nothing it was amazing.

Attended Louder Than Life festival and it was an easy drive. On site restaurant was nice as well. Only suggestion is to make outlets more accessible.

Outlet near bed was loose, could be a hazard , mentioned this to desk staff at check out, they thanked me and said they would mentioned to maintenance.

I enjoyed the hot tub. The basically onsite Back Street Cafe was amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I didn’t like the air conditioner. It kept the room plenty cool while it was 95 degrees outside but it was really loud.
• Brigette (10/5): - Very nice, clean property. Pools were clean, sitting area was so nice. Room was good. My only con, was the room had carpet- no indoor outdoor carpet but the once plushy kind. I prefer a tile floor that can be mopped. Cleanliness. Other than that, would recommend 10/10!

• Jason (8/5): - This hotel is very convenient to Fort Knox. It is quaint and clean. It is a little older, had trouble with the air at first, but then it worked very nicely, the sink had trouble draining. Overall, not a bad stay.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Okay - Overall it was okay. The first night we was there the bed broke my husband had to fix it. The 2nd day there while we was out getting food and while we was out they had rented our room to someone else and it wasn’t just it happened to another couple as well. And there was a bunch of kids that wasn’t staying at the hotel in the pools being crazy and there was two couples in the pool playing music that wasn’t okay for our 2 year old granddaughter to be listening to they was being very inappropriate in the pool as well it made us so uncomfortable we just left the pool.

• SANDRA (8/5): - The Golden Manor was a blast from the past. A very retro 70 vibe. I loved that it took me back to my youth. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable but the pillows were to die for. Great stay and i would recommend staying there and the rate was great.

The hotel is old and nothing in the fitness center worked. However, it’s only a 10 min drive to the nearest gym.

The new desk clerk seemed to be doing very good. I was traveling with friends and this was a very nice hotel to stay at. My friends decided to stay elsewhere but regretted it. Nothing, Everything was perfect and very affordable for the room and pools oh and the HOT TUB

• Tina (6/5): Housekeeper needs lessons. - Everything was awesome. The only issue I had was with the maid service. The housekeeper knocked on my room door and as I was hollering to her Do Not Come in she unlocks my door and enters my room uninvited. I was standing there with no clothes on trying to get dressed after taking a shower and she just stares at me for a minute but it felt like 60. I was completely shocked, embarrassed, and a little humiliated too. Why did she just stand there when she seen I was undressed. She should have never entered my room without waiting for a response.

• Brent (10/5): I loved it will definitely be back. - The 2 desk clerks that are related where extremely helpful and nice.They are a definite reason to stay at this hotel. There names where Cassie and Bonnie. The other clerks were okay. I love the pool and hot tub. Rooms where clean and very spacious and just what I needed. The one desk clerk with short reddish hair was rude to my wife. I don't know what her name was but only downfall.
