Gilberto (10/5): Best place in Ninh Binh - The location couldn’t be better, in the middle of the forest yet close to everything I went to see. We were lucky to almost have the entire place to our own, the pool was great and the view from the pool even better. We have to say, I rode a motorcycle and have the ability to move easily. We went in the low season (July) and had very little rain.

There is everything you need) The staff is very friendly and attentive! Always help and tell you everything! We immediately rented a motorbike. The prices for food and motorbike rental are good))) I definitely recommend the hotel!!!

Bogdan (10/5): Nice place to stay - Very nice homestay and a helpful manager. Recommended if you are looking for a homestay in a quite area away from a busy Tam Coc.
Sky (6/5): Pleasant - Property is in a nice location, a little out of the city. Nice facilities. Our room was near reception so there was noise and bright lights until very late. The room is mostly made of bamboo so you can hear everything and everyone around. Bed was very hard.

Samanta (10/5): The best :) - I felt at home. Choosing to stay here during my time in Ninh Binh was the perfect decision. I came for a few days and ended up staying for two weeks. The location is unbeatable—you're surrounded by pure nature and beautiful landscapes, away from the noise. It's ideal for resting and relaxing. You can rent a motorbike or bicycle and conveniently reach the tourist spots. There's a beautiful pool at the back of the hotel, with stunning views and lots of privacy. If you need to work online, the internet is excellent throughout the entire property. Breakfast is included, with vegetarian/vegan options available. The staff is super friendly. Staying here made my time in Ninh Binh incredible. I recommend it 100% :)
Archer (6/5): Maybe good for a very budget traveler. - The location was nice, the setting of the swimming pool among the cliffs. The rooms were not too clean, bedding was old and yellowing, the shared bathroom was not great and people can see over the door when you are showering. Was hard to find the staff when it was time to check out.
Hannah (8/5): Friendly staff, beautiful location, good facilities - Staff were very friendly, nice family dinner every night making it easier to meet new people and socialize. Very easy to get to Tràng An boat departures (less than 10 minutes drive away). Scooters for rent on site and staff would help with anything else you need. There were some electricity issues while I was there (cutting out every now and then) but it was only temporary and I think it will soon be fixed. There was an error with my booking so I had to stay in a dorm room for one night, I was then moved to a private room and staff were apologetic - one night in a dorm was fine for me anyway and the bed was big and comfortable.

Ilona (2/5): Very poor - I had a lot of troubles in this hostel. Firstly nobody spoke English (even basic) when I arrived and didn’t know what to do with me. I got a room (supposed to have a dorms, but anyway) and I found mice stool there, awful. As it was raining that day, we asked like minimum three times if pagoda is open - three times the guy said yes and booked as ‘taxi’ there. Random guy came (no taxi brand, no taxameter) and took us to the pagoda where we found out it is closed. We didn’t want to pay for ride to pagoda because we saw nothing but he was really angry. I spent 20 minut on phone same as my friend to deal the new price and like solve the situation. They said sorry after all, but insist on us paying the ride there and still remaining us that it’s not their fault it was raining. Well, it wasn’t our fault either and I wouldn’t care but I asked so many time and the receptionist assured me it was open. I had a terrible experience there and left Ninh Binh even earlier.
