- PAUL (10/5): Great base to explore Nimes - A great location, clean and well-appointed apartment. Helpful staff. One week stay, hope to return and revisit Nimes.
- Jeremy (10/5): - This was awesome. The apartment was very large, with 2 floor to ceiling (15 feet) windows in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet both weekend and week night evenings. Never heard anything from other guests. Staff were excellent. Can walk in a few minutes to the Arena and a bit farther to the Maison Carrée). Lots of restaurant options. Grocery store 10 min away on foot. City is elegant, tranquil. Cost very reasonable. Look forward to coming again!

The room had a beautiful view over the park opposite. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room had a kitchenette should you need it and a very welcome fridge.

- Oliver (8/5): Came one night to assist a wedding - The room was perfectly clean, it was a pleasure to stay in a room so well maintained. But the room had a bad view . Infortunately the fire alarm went on at 2:30 am and we had to get out in front of the hotel. 10 minutes later we could reenter.
- Jose (10/5): - The ample space of the room/apartment, which is well laid out, provides comfort. A functioning small kitchen has the necessary tools to prepare a meal, with a fridge included. Close to most important historical sites, restaurants, shops and transportation. I appreciate that Sandra and Kimberly assisted me during my stay.

The staff is very kind and helpful when our aircon didn’t work the first night - we got another room. The hotel is nice and clean and nice rooms (2 adults and 2 children). Great location in the centre of the city- close to the major attractions such as the Roman arena and museum- and walkable to many cafes, restaurants and shops in the old town. Although staff responded immediately to our concerns, the refrigerator remained unusable for our stay. Other surfaces in the apartment were also dirty and/or sticky (table, coffee table and floor).

Petit dejeuner un peu cher mais ce sont des studios donc on peut tout faire sans passer par le bar. Plateau de courtoisie très sympa. Belle salle de bain, bref juste un bémol: il ne faisait pas très chaud. certes il était possible d'allumer un radiateur d'appoint. Environnement interieur très joli. A deux pas des arènes et du centre. Et en qualité/prix, tout à fait correct. Service bagagerie en plus.

- Lee (10/5): - This hotel has an amazing position. On the square of central Nimes. Window overlooking the beautiful fountain. Close to bus and trains. Parking is in the street paid but there is an option for €17 to park underground but this goes from 3 pm to 3 pm. The reception are extremely helpful. 1 elevator for 3 floors. Rooms are a large size with kitchenette. The bed in our room was a bit tired but still comfortable. Rooms are very clean and quiet at night. Tips for other travelers - there is no toaster in the kitchenette but there is adequate utensils and hot plates with no oven. TV has chromecast. This was such a beautiful place to stay we extended our 2 nights to 6. The bar is limited but there are many bars and cafes nearby. If you are driving the final streets to reach the hotel are easy to navigate. This hotel is an excellent option to stay in Nimes.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - 가구가 조금 낡아 여닫으면 소리가 납니다. 구석방이라 뒷 건물과 마주하여 커튼을 열지 못합니다. 매일 쓰레기통을 비우고 수건을 교체해 주며 2-3일에 한번 청소와 시트를 교체합니다. 방과 욕실이 추워 말하니 욕실 난방기는 조절하게 해 주었지만 방은 조절기가 작동하지 않습니다. 천장이 높은데 난방이 약해 밤에는 춥습니다. 주요 관광지가 가까워 다니기 좋으며 주위에 마트도 여럿 있어 식료품을 사와 요리하기 좋습니다. 프론트는 친절하며 관광지 안내도 해줘 전통 시장에도 다녀올 수 있었습니다.

Close to the train/bus station, and just a block or two from the Roman arena. The hotel staff are welcoming and give good information regarding restaurants. The apartment was well appointed with all the utensils I needed, but my needed are simple. A very comfortable stay.

- Camila (10/5): Excellent stay in Nîmes! - We booked this because we felt it was a good value for money and we were right! Upon arrival we were very pleased. It's a fantastic location! The building is easy to find, clean and generally good looking. Everyone we encountered at reception was so lovely and happy to help! Our studio was very comfortable and spacious. Comfortable bed, useful kitchen area, lovely seating with TV and large bathroom. The only complaint I might have was that it was a bit noisy at times. Clearly this used to be a larger apartment and we shared the wooden floors with the 2 adjoining rooms so we could hear them creak a lot (especially with a child on one side and people coming back and forth late in the night). I'm a light sleeper, but it was nothing earplugs couldn't fix. We didn't take advantage of the private sauna or the late-night pizza services, but we wish we had! We would definitely return!
- Trevor (6/5): Not Four Stars - I will start with the positive: this hotel does have an incredible location in the very center of Nimes. Our room had a lovely view of the plaza and we were within steps of the Nimes Arena. It was also relatively quiet. That said, this hotel just didn't strike me as a four-star property at all. We were jet-lagged when we first arrived so we went to take a quick nap before going to explore the city, only to find dried blood (or best case scenario, rust) on the sheets. The front desk agent did immediately come remake the bed with new sheets, but that was a bit alarming. Overall, the room just seemed dirty and dusty and that impression was only reinforced by the dark, musty-smelling hallways. The bathroom situation was also odd. Our room had a small bathroom with just a toilet by the door, with a larger bathroom (shower/bath combo and sink, no toilet) next to the bedroom. This was awkward at night as you had to walk all the way through the apartment to go to the bathroom. The shower drain also got clogged every time we took a shower, resulting in a few inches of standing water much to my husband's disgust. While the location was wonderful, I just don't think we would choose to stay at this hotel again due to the issues mentioned above.
- angela (8/5): - this is our second stay at the hotel ~ the first was five years ago when we were impressed with the location and the size of the rooms. now, it seems the hotel is need of an update ~ mold in the grout, toilet pushers worn down to the plastic, bathroom flooring looming dingy, and terribly flimsy towels. the location is cpnvenient and the rooms are a comfortable size but the finishes are very cheap and have worn very poorly over the years.
- Ross (10/5): Relaxing stay - Perfectly situated on a beautiful square next to old town where a wine and food festival was held one evening during our stay. Hotel staff spoke reasonable English and were very helpful. On arrival, we were given a small pocket map of the town and a list of recommended eateries. The only negative I can comment on was that the breakfast room was too small and very crowded, so we had le petit dejeuner at local cafes after our first morning.

The little coffee packets in the room was not replaced after we used them the first morning. When we asked for more, we were told that it was only a welcome gift for the first night, and if we wanted more we would have to pay for it. Sheesh. Really?

- Terri (10/5): - The property was large, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The water closet is separate from the rest of the bathroom, which was odd. And, the bathroom is across the living room from the bedroom. But, we would stay there, again!!

- Andries (8/5): Central Stay - The staff were amazing!! The room we got was much smaller than showed on photos. It was quite cramped. The pillows in the bed are not great, I would strongly recommend they upgrade the pillows

- GRACIELA (10/5): MEJOR DE LO QUE ESPERABA - En 4 estrellas entran muchas calidades. Diría que es de lo mejor que he visto en esta categoría. El hotel está en un inmueble tradicional, restaurado con gusto. Debido a las características del edificio, hay vueltas por los pasillos y escaleras interiores que se detienen antes de la planta baja. El personal: impecable. Amable, disponible... El desayuno: muchas "vienoisseries", pocas cosas ligeras pero a uno le toca elegir.
- Stephen (10/5): City of water - Perfect location. Easy walk from train station, just outside old town.
- Dara (6/5): - Check in 4pm, seriously ! Arrived in Nimes tired and very strict on 4pm check in. AC in room did not work and it was very hot, so very difficult to sleep. Aside from that location was second to none.
- Lyndon (8/5): - Staff were friendly. Breakfast became an issue when guests had to wait up to an hour for priority guests to have their own food. Good assortment choices. Slept well!
- John (8/5): - Great location and good sized rooms and bathroom. Only negative was the bathroom extractor fan didn't work.
- Joyce (8/5): - Lovely hotel, in a great area to explore Nimes. Kitchen area in the room well equipped. Excellent reception staff who spoke English fluently. Only disappointment was breakfast which we only had once on our last morning- very cramped breakfast room, not a full selection on offer at 9am ie no yogurts, sausages tasted awful and were all dried up, definitely not worth the money.
- Peter (10/5): Four nights in Nîmes - Great central location, close to train/bus station and the main tourist area of the city. We had a generously sized, air conditioned room. Handy small kitchen area. Would definitely recommend.
- Paul (10/5): Apart city is awesome - This hotel is very comfy. It's useful to have kitchenware. It's perfect for people who like to have dinner in the room.
- Christine (10/5): Good situation - Excellent stay. Very good situation. Spotlessly clean. Very helpful staff. Only problem for us was the bed was quite uncomfortable and gave us sore backs. Sofa bed also not terribly comfortable for sitting.

- kelly (10/5): - I loved this place, so elegant and clean. The bed was super comfortable. The room was big and got fancy kitchen appliance. The front desk was very friendly. And they can speak english! I am so glad that we booked the place. It's at the center of the historic area, close to everything. The building and surrounding area is so beautiful.
