- Kate (9/5): A beautiful hotel with lots of charm and a warm welcome. - The hotel is beautiful, very stylish and love the design. The staff were wonderful and attentive. The breakfast was delicious, service great. Loved the pool and it was very quiet. Loved being able to use the bikes. I didn't like that we didn't have a door on our bathroom. I get up earlier than my husband so it was hard not to wake him up without a door! The breakfast room is a bit hot and needed more fans or AC. The bar was NEVER open when we were there. It would have been nice to have a drink by the pool.

De kamers liggen rond een binnentuin en zijn dus zeer rustig. Er is ook een mooi zwembad. Op wandelafstand van de oude stad. Zeer goed ontbijt en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Een aanrader! Alles was prima.

Compliqué si vous êtes fumeur de ressortir le soir pour une dernière cigarette, enfin vous pouvez mais faut ressortir totalement de l'hôtel qui est gardé par un personnel qui dort derrière la porte d'entrée. En journée je comprends qu'on interdise de fumer même dans les parties ouvertes de l'hôtel mais le soir un cendrier posé autour de la piscine (en extérieur ?serait une bonne initiative

Nothing was a bother. It was a good 15min walk to the centre of the old town which is only a problem if you don’t like walking (esp in the heat) or dont want to use a Grab.

Design style is really adorable. Closet is big enough, room size is also big enough for 2. shampoo and body soap bottle has some broken but clean lady not noticed to change. There is a pho vendor beside the hotel with heavy beat music until midnight, some rooms will be annoyed by those noice.

Situé à 10 minutes à pied de l’animation. Mention pour le restaurant simple et délicieux. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la piscine en raison du temps médiocre lors de notre séjour, mais elle était bien tentante ! Nous avons compensé avec des massages dans le spa de l’hôtel, absolument divins et moins chers qu’en ville. Absolument rien.

- Christina (10/5): - Die Hotelanlage war wunderschön gestaltet, vorallem der Innenhof und der Außenbereich mit Pool war sehr schön und man hat sich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war ein gute Abwechslung bzw Erholung zum lebendigem Stadtbummel. Besondern das tägliche Fußbad empfanden wir auch als sehr nette Geste. Auch hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche Personal und das hervorragende Frühstück. Man konnte aus einer Karte auswählen und es war wirklich jeden Tag ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt :) Die undichten/quietschende Wasserhähne empfanden wir, gerade mit dem offenen Badezimmer als etwas störend.

The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated and the breakfast is tasty. The evening footbaths are so very relaxing. We really miss them now that we've moved on! - Roman (10/5): More Than Just a Hotel - A True Experience - Set your expectations high, because this hotel will exceed them anyway. From the stunning design and high-quality bed linens to the generous room sizes, the overall vibe is very relaxed, and overall just superb! They offer unique amenities like a library!, a tea room, and a beautiful inner garden with carp pond. Most importantly, Ms. Vy, she is absolutely amazing. She does so much for her guests and for the local community. A must-stay in Hoi An!

Facilities such as the pool and nightly foot bath were lovely. There is a good selection of local restaurants near the hotel.

The breakfast is the best. This is our fourth time visiting Hoi An. It’s our new favourite hotel. We have booked to go back on this trip. Nothing except for a small issue with the free bike rental.
- Chris (10/5): Everything we could have wanted. - Our time here was incredibly special. The staff and rooms are exceptional. It’s a beautiful oasis with something for everyone. We took advantage of the gym, pool and the kids loved the pool table. Breakfast is a highlight. There are discounts at the owners restaurants in town and every meal we had at those restaurants were fantastic. We will happily return. It’s on a noisy road but that didn’t bother us too much.
- William (10/5): Our favoriite stay for the last 5 weeks! - We loved their a la carte breakfast which was our favorite in Vietnam! Our room was very spacious and there is a lot of beautiful woodwork throughout the building. My daughter liked the good water pressure in the shower and the 5pm foot bathes were relaxing after a long day of walking. The staff was very helpful including Thanh who communicated with us before stay and at check out and Diem who gave us great local information and helped us with transportation!

- Nicola (10/5): A great place to stay - Everything! The staff were so lovely and friendly. We arrived at midnight the security greeted us and took our bags to the room and told us enemy breakfast was served and what was free and what was ‘money’ with the mini bar. The breakfast was fantastic and staff were so helpful. Rooms were spacious, well set out and comfy. Not far from the old town, easy enough to walk or a short scooter ride. We added another night to our booking which they easily accommodated. Nothing. Wished we had stayed longer.

Beautiful decor with much attention - The elegant decor, the calm nature, and friendly staff of the hotel Constant rooster sounds from neighboring properties made it hard to sleep the first night but the staff was accommodating to let us change our room. Excellent breakfast but perhaps change the types of pastries and fruit served everyday. Best Cao Lao on our trip!

Lots of space! Beautiful balcony and lovely interior courtyard and pool. The staff is OUTSTANDING!!!! They were genuinely friendly and hospitable. The food was great!! Please do not miss breakfast. You’re supplied with an herbal foot soak at the end of your day. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The pool was lovely, the breakfast was delicious. We appreciated the nightly footpath and the afternoon tea. We got one spa treatment which was fantastic. The free bikes were perfect for getting out to the beach and enjoying the nearby countryside. We highly recommend Maison Vy and would definitely stay there again.

The staff are fantastic - friendly, helpful, professional, courteous - I couldn’t fault them. Just brilliant. The room is elegant and there are wonderful extras provided which elevated my stay to a special experience. The view from my room was less attractive and a very vocal cockerel lived next door but the hotel provided earplugs if that’s a problem (which helped me 100%. The breakfast was tasty. And the pool area so peaceful and well designed. Highly recommended this wonderful hotel.

The staff couldn’t do enough for us and I can be very fussy. Delightful!! It had a feel of an old colonial hotel. Nothing really. No lift that added to the charm .

- Carole (10/5): One of the best boutique hotels I have every stayed in. - This is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed at. I loved everything about it. The staff made you feel like we were staying in their home. We initially stayed for 6 days whilst travelling through Vietnam and enjoyed it so much we returned and stayed for a further 2 weeks at the end of our trip. We were lucky to be staying at the hotel over Tet so the hotel was very quiet but still the staff and the service was fantastic. There is nothing I did not like.

- Jacques (10/5): to me, simply outstanding - in my travels, and while using of Booking, I have never given any stay a 10.. this one was perfect in every way.. beautiful, classy property, spacious rooms, (with complimentary herbal foot bath brought every night to the room), absolutely brilliant staff, beyond helpful.. the bonus is the restaurant..the food was far superior than expected. one can peek inside the kitchen and see the level of professionalism and sparkling cleanliness..I wish I could transport this property and it's people everywhere I went..!!
