• VASILEIOS (5/5): Not a value for money choice , no hot water running - Room (302) was spacious with great view towards the lake. There was not hot water (we stayed for 2days) despite notifying the reception, the toilet water pipe had a leak, no sound insulation between rooms (we were hearing all noises from room 303) and breakfast was on low quality (spinach pie was cold) .

• Georgia (8/5): - Καθαρισμός δωματίου καθημερινά. Πάρκινγκ στο χώρο του ξενοδοχείου. Δίπλα στη λίμνη. Καλό το πρωινό αλλά μια μεγαλύτερη προσοχή στο θέμα του ανεφοδιασμού. Επίσης δεν υπήρχαν παντόφλες μιας χρήσης στο δωμάτιο ενώ στις παροχές του ξενοδοχείου γίνεται αναφορά.

• Γιάννης (6/5): - Είχε καλή Θέα καλό κρεββατι άνετο μπαλκονι οτι ζητήσαμε μας το είχαν φερει καλή καθαριοτητα Χαλασμένο ψυγείο η πόρτα μπάνιου δεν άνοιγε εντελως χαλασμένη πόρτα ντουζιέρες με αποτέλεσμα να φεύγουν νερά κάτω και να γλιστραει καζανάκι το οποίο δεν έτρεχε με πίεση Για τα λεφτά που δίνεις το πρωινό είναι ελλειπες και σε ποσότητα και σε ποιότητα επισης η αιθουσα του πρωινου δεν ειχε αρκετη ζεστη ,το πάρκινγκ καλό μεν αλλά πολύ στρίμωγμα για πιο μεγάλα οχήματα.

• Самойлова (6/5): - Готель розташований в чудовому місці. Добре налаштоване поселення без присутності робітників готелю. Не сподобалося те що опис номеру не дає повного уявлення про незручності. Номер занадто малий і низький. Вікно є тільки мансандрне у даху. Теж саме у ванній кімнаті. Через це в кімнаті затісно і задушно. В опису номера ці важливі речі не вказані. Сніданок не смачний, бідний.
• Eva (5/5): Υποφερτή - Καλή τοποθεσία, δίπλα στην λίμνη. Ευγενικό προσωπικό. Το ξενοδοχείο φαίνεται πως κάποτε ήταν καλό και πλέον είναι παρατημένο. Ενώ έχει ακραία τιμή για αυτά που προσφέρει δεν φαίνεται να επενδύουν χρήματα στην συντήρηση του. (Πληρώσαμε σχεδόν 100€ το βράδυ και αυτό ήταν τιμή προσφοράς σύμφωνα με την booking και με προπληρωμή!!!) Η ντουζιέρα είναι παλιά, δεν κλείνει καν σωστά με αποτέλεσμα να βγαίνουν νερά εκτός, το μπάνιο έχει σημεία με μούχλα!! και το σίγουρο είναι πως χρήζει ανακαίνισης. Τοίχοι με σπασίματα εντός του δωματίου, βρόμικοι τοίχοι στην τραπεζαρία που ακουμπάνε πάνω τους τα φαγητά, κολλημένα νεκρά έντομα στις σίτες, πετσέτες που έχουν οριακά λιώσει από την χρόνια χρήση και σεντόνια με λεκέδες, είναι μερικά από αυτά που θα συναντήσει κάποιος επισκέπτης. Αν δεν θέλετε να το συντηρήσετε με τα χρήματα που ακριβοπληρώνουμε για να μείνουμε στο υποφερτό ξενοδοχείο σας, τουλάχιστον μειώστε την τιμή ώστε να συνάδει με την ποιότητα.

• Christos (8/5): Καλό ξενοδοχείο αλλά... - Καλό θα ήταν το παιδάκι (εγγονάκι) μάλλον της ιδιοκτήτριας του ξενοδοχείου να του κάνανε κάποια παρατήρηση να μην κάνει φασαρία από τις 14.00 που μπήκα στο δωμάτιο μέχρι και μετά τις 16.00 επίσης να βρουν έναν άλλο τρόπο να επικοινωνούν με την καθαρίστρια από το υπόγειο μέχρι και τον τρίτο όροφο και όχι να φωνάζουν. Πας να ξεκουραστείς από ενα ταξίδι και γίνεται φοβερή βαβούρα στο ξενοδοχείο. Ηχομόνωση στα δωμάτια μηδέν...

Especially junior and executive, too small ! in the bathroom, you cannot take shower , you have to sit down..than outside for breakfast, never cleaned. • Lori (8/5): - I stayed in Room 302 for one night November 23, 2024 even though my flight was delayed due to bad weather, so I was only able to stay the one night instead of the two I had reserved it for. The room does have a safe. The code to my room door was having issues that it would not let me in, but the sfaff were very helpful in changing out the batteries and had no more issues with getting inside my room. The hotel is next to the lake, great view during the colder season. As I am from America I did not see a normal thermostat for the heat, so my room was very cold that I had to call my friend to come pick me up to stay at their home. If you are from the U.S. my suggestion would be to check with the front staff how the heating system works and also to pay for the room upfront as I had issues with trying to get my payment to go through because the link I was given would not work, and I do not know the European banking system, after several attempts the payment was able to go through as I had called my bank so they would not consider it a security alert. This hotel is also within walking distance to a food market. Very quiet area except for a dog who barked a night. The staff were pleasant.

Breakfast was served in the coffee shop but nobody there to make fresh coffee- just self service horrible muck. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. This in not a problem if the coffee shop downstairs was in operation but it wasn’t when we were there

The rooms were beyond basic - no kettle - hot water took 45 minutes to heat up - no hangers to hang clothes - no drawers to put any other clothes away . No glasses to drink water . The TV was set at a max volume of 12 which was too low for me to hear anything . All in all very overpriced .

There are no mosquito nets at the ceiling windows and mosquitoess very active. Yhe shower curtain is yellow instead of white. Breakfast is plain could offer aome more options for the price. Filtered coffee is disgusting;
• Svitlana (8/5): Very good - Nice location, in a quiet place near the lake. There is self-check-in that place after 4 p.m., and it's a benefit if you arrive late. There is a comfortable and clean room. From our balcony we could see a small piece of the lake, but not the whole lake). In the shower cabin, instead of a sliding door, there is a curtain. Not critical, but it could be better with a sliding door.

No lift. we have to carry our language by stairs. Breakfast was very poor and coffee was not drinkable. We had to take breakfast from outside at a coffee shop. The rooms had no sound insulation and you could hear people walking talking outside from your door.
