Patyna-Szafran (10/5): - Lokalizacja, wyposażenie i urządzenie obiektu Czasem mieliśmy trudności w dostaniu się do apartamentu. Pomimo wpisania kodu drzwi się nie chciały otworzyć. Trzeba mieć niezły refleks ;-)

Magdalena (5/5): Apartament blisko morza ale słabo zaaranżowany i brudny. - Przestronne mieszkanie z dwoma balkonami. Apartament ma windę i parking podziemny. Blisko do morza. Duża kuchnia z mikrofalą i piekarnikiem. Apartament jest źle zaaranżowany, meble są wepchnięte do pokoi bez żadnego przemyślenia, w taki sposób że nie można było otworzyć obu kanap na raz ponieważ nie byłoby przejścia. W apartament było także pełno piasku między innymi w kanapach. W łazience na ścianie były przyklejone włosy tak jakby nikt tam nawet nie posprzątał.
Anton (8/5): - Spacious, two large terraces. Everything you can expect from an apartment. The door code is deactivated exactly! at checkout time, not a second later. I was going to return the parking keys back to the apartment after we got out. There have been construction works ongoing and we were delayed by about 2 minutes - the door got locked. Then you are stuck and need to call the support line... leave at least 10 minutes of buffer for the unforeseen delays. The parking entrance was a bit hard to locate. The agency will call you several times on your phone after checkout with some marketing nonsense.

Barbara (7/5): Przestronny apartament, lecz brak kontaktu z firmą wynajmującą. - Przestronne mieszkanie, duże sypialnie, mnóstwo miejsca do przechowywania rzeczy, piękne duże dwa tarasy, miejsce w garażu podziemnym, bliskość morza, ciche i kameralne osiedle. Brak możliwości kontaktu z kimkolwiek z firmy wynajmującej apartament-już przy składaniu rezerwacji prosiłam o przygotowanie lozeczka niemowlęcego, sama teoretyczna możliwość zapewnienia lozeczka sprawiła, że zdecydowaliśmy sie właśnie na ten apartament. Niestety, pomimo dodatkowych wiadomości wysyłanych do organizatora, lozeczka nie zapewniono. Wiadomości pozostawały bez odpowiedzi przez kilka dni, po czym finalna odpowiedź odsyłała do infolinii, która nie zapewnia możliwości rozmowy z człowiekiem, a jedynie wysłuchanie katarynki. Nigdy wcześniej nie zdarzyła nam sie sytuacja, kiedy nie bylo żadnej możliwości kontaktu z wynajmującym/pośrednikiem. Dodatkowo- mieszkanie nie bylo dokładnie wyczyszczone z psiej sierści, na szczęście w mieszkaniu jest dostępny odkurzacz.

Martha (4/5): Disappointing stay , won’t stay here again. Would not recommend this apartment. - The location was good . Dirty marks on couch and walls, ice box in fridge completely iced over couldn’t use it, uncomfortable bed too hard, horrible yellow lumpy pillows , tv in bathroom not working , no instructions for anything . No tea and coffee machine as advertised reported faults at 9 pm got call next day at 3.30 pm to ask when I would be in to come look at tv,s and fridge. I was out so faults not addressed . Broken patio furniture , lots of weeds in the tubs and boxes , weeds growing in patio area , lots of green mildew.

Nice setting and territory around the building Free parking near the building Furniture: sofa is in the kitchen Knives need replacement (ideally) or sharpening, otherwise may be traumatic. The wooden chairs are old and falling apart, we didn’t use them to avoid accidents (especially didn’t want the kids to be using them) Dishwasher is far from the kitchen, it’s not handy to be carrying dirty dishes around the apartment.

The key to the apartment must be picked up at the office, 10 minutes drive from the apartment. There was a bad smell in the apartment. Three of the four chairs were broken. The terrace is dirty and visible to all neighbors. Very bad wi-fi internet. Not enough utensils.The dishwasher is in a separate room.

Zbigniew (2/5): Nie polecam! - Niezbyt przyjemne podejście obsługi. Pięć razy dzwoniłem o pomoc w dostarczeniu kluczy do mieszkania i zapewniano mnie, że to będzie załatwione. Prosiłem o klucze na miejscu pobytu ponieważ przyjechaliśmy z małym dzieckiem pociągiem. Przed samym przyjazdem bezczelnie poinformowano mnie SMS-em, że to jest nie możliwe. Nie polecam.............. Wspomnę jeszcze, że nikt nie raczył poinformować nas o zamkniętej plaży na Jelitkowie. Z małym dzieckiem chodziliśmy dwa kilometry do najbliższej czynnej plaży.
