- Verified traveler (4/5): Noicy - A nice and good apartment with good location BUT the noice and music from the bars/pubs were really terrible. LOUD music all night long (18.00-06.00 in the morning). No sleep att all! It's a pitty for such a nice apartment.
- Rick (2/5): Would NOT recommend staying there. - Did NOT appreciate the surprise "hidden" hosts of the reservation. The advertised costs and the confirmed costs at booking were not what was asked by the Rental Company at the time of check in. The company was asking for cleaning fees which were not called out on the Reservation Confirmation nor were "resort fee/taxes". The company claimed that it disclosed all of the costs which it may have in some obscure disclaimer, but those costs were was not in the advertised price nor were those costs detailed under the "ROOM DETAILS" which they could have been placed to forewarned the traveler. The company blamed the short coming on HOTEL.COM instead of finding way to alert the traveler. It is my belief that those costs were hidden on purpose as they wound not have made this rental as competitive against other rentals in the area. The resort fee/taxes had to be paid by CASH which if unprepared for would have been problematic for those not carrying cash. The company also did not alert the traveler that the location of the rental was NOT the same as the location were the keys had to be picked up in their office about 1km from the rental. This too would have been an issue if the traveler showed up late or after hours. The location; however, central was next to a number of bars which operated well into the early morning hours making sleeping challenging. The WiFi did not function at the checkin and had to be remedied by the rental company (which they were prompt at doing.)
