- Sam (9/5): Excellent accomodation with wonderful and friendly hosts - Peter and Jacqui were both very friendly and welcoming, I'd traveled for a wedding and the location was perfect being only a short drive from Fishguard. My room was brilliant, Very clean and spacious with great bathroom facilities aswell. The breakfast was really nice with a great selection of healthy options alongside the cooked menu that was available. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend anyone to stay at The Ferryboat if your in the area, Peter and Jacqui have done a wonderful job of making the place feel very homey and comfortable.

Your tea and coffee and toast was served to you with your choice of cooked breakfast. Everything was brilliant.

- Marie (7/5): A very pleasant stay, - The B&B was really nice & very clean. Jacqui was very friendly & welcoming. The room was very pleasant with tea & coffee making facilities. There was a really strong shower with shower gel & shampoo provided. We had a cooked breakfast which was lovely, there were several choices & lovely lady served us. The location was excellent as was less than 5 minutes drive from the ferry. The room was cold when we booked in. We had come off the 11pm ferry & it was a cold night & a warm room would have been very welcome. The heating came on in the morning but the radiator is small & didn’t provide much heat.

Peter even collected us from the port and took us to the station in the morning. The room was superb, having been re-furbished earlier in the year. The breakfast was good, interesting and nourishing.

Car parking on site Had to order our breakfast when we arrived and say what time we wanted breakfast. It was hard to think having travelled all day and just disembarked from ferry

Unfortunately, booking.com had messed up our booking and had failed to inform the B&B. However, the host was extremely amenable and managed to swap rooms around in order to accommodate us for which we were very grateful.

I had called ahead to let him know. We helped ourselves to a glass of wine before turning in, from the honesty bar. We had a great sleep, lovely room, quiet too, even though our room faced the road. A fabulous breakfast. Thankyou Jaqui and Peter. A lovely B&B three minutes from the ferry port. Comfortable and stylish accommodation. Warm welcoming hosts. - Marie (7/5): suited our needs adequately and I'm sure we will be returning occasionally over the next year or so. - we use this hotel if taking the overnight ferry as it's quite close to the terminal and we have stayed here over many years. Ideally we would probably prefer a larger bed but that's a personal preference in terms of overall comfort. The bedroom itself including the shower are adequate for 1 or even 2 nights. The honesty bar is a great idea. Couldn't fault this hotel for a short stay/stopover. would be good to have some shelter outside for those of us who like to relax for a few minutes before going to bed.

The only criticisms I had were: noise from neighbouring rooms ... just people moving around, doors etc. and it would have been nice to have a few more things in the bathroom ... eg shampoo sachet
