• Gonzalez Vega (7/5): Buenas áreas de oportunidad - Que todo está cerca, playa y cuidad. Poca seguridad de las puertas, algo de ruido por qué tenían remodelación, la alberca deshabilitada por lo mismo de la construcción.

• Julie (8/5): Good location and comfortable stay! - Great location and felt very safe - it was close to the beach and where our family lives so that was ideal. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Simple bedrooms but comfortable. Would be great to have a fridge or kettle in the room, especially for guests with young children but staff were able to store our milk and microwave our bottles in their kitchen.

Playa just down the road. Centro Historical not a very far drive in the other direction. And .. if you need a Walmart, it’s a five minute walk away. I will definitely recommend and return. Thank you for a great stay!

Lo recomiendo ampliamente, cuenta con alberca y chapoteadero muy cerca de las habitaciones, tiene maquinitas para jugar lo malo que no funcionan bueno, eso hasta hoy que fue nuestro ultimo día 11/04/24. Les recomiendo pregunten al momento de llegar si funcionan ya que se me hace una buena adicion a un hotel para pasar el rato. La limpieza en general muy buena, para el poco tiempo que estuvimos la verdad excelente. El almuerzo esta muy rico, en esto recomiendo las enchiladas, cualquiera de las variadas opciones que tienen de ellas y las entomatadas, lo que si no recomiendo son los chilaquiles, tienen poco queso y bastantito chile verde, no pica pero son solo como "sopa de totopos". Claro, es mi opinion puede que a ustedes si les guste. Muy buen lugar y atencion al momento de llegar al lobby y al dejar el hotel.

The shower door did not close the toilet seat was to small for the toilet, the hair dryer did not work, the first room did not have an outside window. I asked for another. What I wrote above was about the second room. They also marketed it as if they were running out of rooms, they might of had 1/4 of the rooms used.. their pictures are misleading.

I told him that but he couldn’t care less and refused to give me the password. Not really nice. It’s too bad because the place is beautiful with the ocean view and the pool in the lush garden.

• xeizus (8/5): Super-friendly - Superfriendly desk/service, comfortable bed, good breakfast, good wifi (during night will be slow wifi due to many people use it), have pool, arcades, inside park, nice hotel and affordable price to sleep here. *Note: at first we visited here yesterday and told them we already paid the reservation for room from online about 30 mins ago but they didn't believe us and insist we pay for it then my wife told them to check their computer and wait couple minute while we were at lobby. After that they told us we have it and apology then gave us superfriendly yesterday and today. I'm appreciated it.
