You can't beat that kind of service, stuff like that goes a long way. I have to comback to the area, and I am making my reservation for another night stay here at this Best Western Plus. Parking was tight, there were large vehicles that had additional tow on them that took several of the parking spots.

Her warmth and dedication to her guests set the tone for the entire stay, ensuring everything from the seamless check-in to the spotless condition of the room was perfect. The room itself was an oasis of comfort—immaculately clean, smelling fresh, and featuring a bed so comfortable I actually slept better than I do at home. I was particularly impressed by the modern amenities and the incredible water pressure in the shower, which is such a rare find. It’s clear that under Sonali’s leadership, this property prioritizes genuine hospitality, offering a perfect balance of affordability and top-tier service that made my stay truly unforgettable.

- hebaaY3293YF (2/5): Bad Experience – I Do Not Recommend This Hotel - I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at this hotel. When I arrived, the room was dirty and the bed sheet had a visible stain. I asked the staff to change the sheet, but they refused to help. Later, they woke me up at 1:00 AM to move me to another room instead of solving the problem earlier. The manager spoke to me in an unprofessional way and made me feel unsafe, especially as a solo traveler. I felt disrespected and not supported at all during my stay. This experience caused me a lot of stress, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Basic cleanliness and respect for guests should be a priority, and unfortunately, this hotel did not provide either.

- 757kirkm (10/5): Don't Waste Time Looking...Book This One Now! - We have recently been utilizing our BW Rewards to find gems like this one. Many of the BWs are remodeling and improving their properties. We needed a place to stay as our daughter was giving birth to twins. From the moment we arrived, everything at this motel was essentially perfect. Rather than post a lengthy review, I took multiple pictures so you can see how amazing this property is! Check in was smooth and we got an upgrade from the attendant due to our situation with needing a place to spend time in so we got a room with a sofa, lounge chair and coffee table. The room had everything you need and even had soap dispensers. Big TV with smart option and good channel selection. Good sized fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and board, hair dryer and coffee maker. Room was updated and Vegas vibe! Probably the coolest feature of this property was the breakfast. Full buffet style with some bonus perks incuding a yogurt machine and a 24/7 coffee and cappichino machine which had multiple selections. The pool and gym were very nice but we did not utulize them. The property is centrally located with dining very close and muliple options. I gave the BW in Columbia a 5 star rating nd would add it is overall the best hotel we have stayed in for a long time. Here is the icing on the cake!!!! We paid 64.00 per night!

- Stovall (7/5): Ear plugs - Very clean and friendly staff, nice breakfast Very noisy if you're on the 1st floor close to the lobby.
- Caverly (10/5): Great place to stay! - The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed that I have ever slept in! The staff was very polite and helpful! We stayed an extra night! The location was a bit tricky to find when we first arrived! We did get used to it.

- fire_dad4 (4/5): Service and quality has fallen off a cliff - I have stayed in this hotel at various times in the past few years. Service was always great and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. THAT HAS CHANGED. Refusal of the staff to provide any additional pillows for the pull out couch bed, and only offering one flat sheet to cover the stained mattress cover for someone to sleep on was not the customer service I was expecting from this hotel or brand. In a market that is flooded with competition, you would expect to find some resemblance of accommodation. The pool, while unused was cloudy, and had enough hair in it to make a decent toupee.
- Laurel (10/5): Great value, great breakfast, just check your linens! - Very clean and well kept, staff was nice and attentive, quiet, I didn't buy anything but I appreciated that they had a "convenience" store area in the lobby but the breakfast was really alive and beyond for the value. I went to use and a bath towel and it has stains on it. It clearly HAD been washed, but probably should have just been thrown away or treated with bleach.

- D Patrick (5/5): It was ok for the price. - The room was good and cool, it was clean enough except around the edges but who uses the edges. The parking spaces are very tight and someone left a boat in front of the front door all night so I had to back out to the street.
- Stephen (9/5): My kids lived the indoor pool and great breakfast. The beds were extra comfortable because they fell - The over all amenities, especially the breakfast! That I wasn't there with just my spouse!
- Mark (4/5): Room was clean. The bed sheets were moist. Pool was disgusting wouldn’t dare get in it. Tv broken - Room was clean Tv didn’t work maintenance never showed up to fix it. Bed sheets were moist the entire 2 day stay. Poor was disgusting I wouldn’t dare get in that water. Windows were very thin. I had to check the windows to make sure they weren’t open because of how much you could hear the traffic outside.
- Scott (8/5): A good price for a comfortable and clean hotel. I would return the next time I need a night in CoMo. - Location was convenient. Bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly. The lighting in the room was very harsh. Someone got a good deal on ultra cool bulbs. Not pleasant to hang out in.
