Ansm (8/5): Great property but you can’t change the dollar or the euro at the counter. - Clean and by the side of the sea. The internet was bad. There was not cash change at the counter. The cash atm machine near the counter was not working. It was difficult.

Me habia dejado una maleta en un viaje anterior y no la localizaron y no me dieron ninguna explicación a pesar de que ellos me habian mandado la información sobre el olvido y afirmado que me guardaban la maleta para recogerla en un próxima estancia. El hotel, que conocí recién inaugurado y en el cual me he seguido alojando, está envejeciendo muy mal, se nota que no se están realizando los trabajos de mantenimiento necesarios, moquetas sucias, puerta corredera del cuarto de baño encajada y sin poder cerrar y multitud de otros detalles. Elegiré otro hotel para p`róximas estancias.

Trail31480767158 (2/5): Four Points Oran: More Like Four Points of Misery - A nightmarish stay at Four Points Oran. If you’re looking for a place to rest, look elsewhere. Here, you’re served an explosive cocktail: constant harassment, a souk-like atmosphere outside your room, and such poetic remarks as “you have pretty feet” from corporate residents of one of the country’s largest companies. Charming, isn’t it? At the buffet, these gentlemen behaved like a pack of starving piranhas. For a moment, I thought I was in a National Geographic documentary — except I was the prey. After complaining (thank God I did!), I was “upgraded” to a sea-view room. Beautiful view indeed! Too bad the room supposedly meant as an upgrade looked more like an abandoned asylum than a Marriott… The photos speak for themselves. And the cherry on top? A hotel employee actually told me to “dress more appropriately next time.” Yes, you read that correctly. In 2025, in an international hotel, we still get this kind of misogynistic pearls of wisdom. Bravo! The only bright spot in this disastrous stay was the kindness of the reception and restaurant staff (thank you to them)… except, of course, for the genius who thought it wise to lecture me about my clothing, straight out of the Middle Ages. In short: stunning sea view, disastrous human experience. It’s up to you if you want to take the risk.

Dès l’arrivée, j’ai constaté un manque flagrant d’hygiène : la chambre était sale, les draps semblaient simplement refaits mais pas changés, et les parties communes laissaient à désirer. La nourriture était médiocre, peu de choix et très peu de saveur. Pire encore : certaines de mes affaires ont disparu, notamment des crèmes de soin personnelles laissées dans la salle de bain. Aucun retour ou solution proposée par le personnel. un hôtel mal entretenu, au service approximatif, et sans sécurité pour les affaires personnelles. Je ne reviendrai pas et je ne le recommande pas.

Et ils ont essayé de m’arnaquer au niveau du spa les prix étais affiché sur une pancarte et la dame m’a demandé le double du pris qui été noté, je n’ai pas voulu faire la prestation j’ai uniquement pris le massage et niveau propreté c’était pas ouf. C’est dommage car l’hôtel est magnifique et moderne mais pour un 5 étoiles le service ne suit pas

Bololo41 (2/5): Just Horrible. Avoid at all cost. - Horrible Hotel, not worth the money. As a member of the Marriot i was very disappointed in this hotel. When we entered the room we did not find any towels, we had to call the reception to request them and when they brought them to the room. they were so old and used up...scary to see that kind of towels in a 4 stars hotel. The same crappy towels were used in the Hamam at the top floor...Don't let me start talking how dirty and primitives that hamam was. I paid over DA40000 for a queen bed room (2 people) which is too pricy for the service and the quality of that Hotel. Oran offer more choice...Please go somewhere else.
Lesek2023 (4/5): Quality and service to be challenged - I stayed at the Four Point by Sheraton Oran from the 29th of July until the 1st of August 2024. The location of the hotel offers a breathtaking view on the sea and part of the city. Some staff members are very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant and bar service is a catastrophe. The staff members are incompetent. The quality of the food is questionable. On my second day, the bar had no beverage anymore... so there was nothing to drink besides beer and water. Prices for F&A are therefore way too high. Better take a walk for 10 minutes and visit the restaurant located in "Burj Wahran", quality and service are exceptional. A lot of moisture in the shower... not very pleasant and acceptable for a 4-star-hotel.

The food was fresh with good selection and the bar was lively. Thank you Laziz. Not far from the hotel is fort of Santa Cruz which is worth a visit.

Nous sommes arrivés on nous annoncé que notre réservation n’avais pas était payée hors que si elle avait belle et bien était réglé débité sur mon compte en temps réel. Ensuite en arrivant nous avons payé le petit déjeuner le matin au petit déjeuner à notre grande surprise (encore une fois) on nous annonce que le Petit déjeuner n’est pas réglée pour ensuite nous dire non c’est bon. Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié ce manque d’organisation que ça soit à l’accueil pour la réservation ou au petit déjeuner. Vaudrais mieux revoir l’organisation administrative nois voulions rajouter un jour supplémentaire mais à la suite de ces problèmes cela nous a décourager tant pis il ont perdu 200 euros supplémentaires. Dommage car l’hôtel est vraiment très beau et bien placé.

The place was quite pricey and didn't even offer a complimentary breakfast (added cost of 4,000 dinar ~ 30 USD for coffee and an omelet for two). Next visit to Oran, we'll stay elsewhere.

Verified traveler (4/5): - J'ai séjourné deux nuits au four ponits by sheraton très déçu je n'ai pas pas pu dormir les deux nuits la circulation une horreur et le bruit des clients deuxième jour un mariage des coup de klaxons des cris et a 4 heure du matins des tirs de fusées j'ai crus que nous étions attaques ; le service est déplorable le matin le restaurant est sale car personne ne fait le ménage c'est honteux pour un 4 étoiles locale ;le soir le buffet est infecte la pâtisserie est déposée sur le buffet a 19h a température ambiante j'ai été malade , ma secrétaire s'est trompée de SHERATON ; le soir c'est très mal fréquente a évite dommage l’hôtel est récent mais le management laisse a désirer je ne comprends pas pourquoi les propriétaires ne réagissent pas

J’ai été plutôt ravie par mon séjour , les 2 bémols : Restaurant :Service trop long pour une nourriture basique et trop chère.J ‘ai commandé une salade mixte qui a mis plus d’une 1/2 h à arriver et à l’arrivée, grosse déception SPA : Sauna et Hammam froids 😞

En revanche beaucoup d'attente au niveau du service pour la piscine. Celui ci prend beaucoup de temps. En règle générale le séjour s'est très bien passé. J'y retournerai volontier à l'avenir.

Personnel très serviable . Et notre coup de cœur pour YACINE le réceptionniste à l’accueil ! très professionnel, souriant joyeux gentil , à notre service . Une très belle rencontre un grand merci à lui !!

Hafida (8/5): Luxurious Hotel with Amazing Views & Rooftop Pool - It’s a truly lovely hotel with amazing views and a rooftop pool. Ideal (you might think) for your perfect break but when the facilities are not working that’s not cool at all. Steam room with no steam. Pool without umbrellas. It’s a shame that those little snags are not fixed as quickly as it should. Please be aware that officially children under the age of 18 years old are not allowed in the pool not poolside. If you are an SPG Member please know your rights as not all hotel staff know what it involves. I wasn’t comfortable with it but I had to ask for my welcome gift, my free drink voucher and clarify that I had the right to an upgrade at no extra charge. Otherwise it’s a wonderful place to enjoy a well deserving break. Helpful and kind staff. Airport pick up is a bonus but I had to ring the hotel to book it since as I did not get a response to my emails. If you are a business traveler then you are very lucky to be put up in that hotel.
Adrian (8/5): Short business stay - Hotel was very clean and comfortable, but what really made it an excellent stay were the staff. Ultra helpful, going out of their way to make my stay as relaxed as possible. I would definitely stay here again.

Haf7449 (6/5): Awesome Location with Seaview BUT - First stay at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel. I wanted to spend a week with my son visiting my extended family, to enjoy a quiet time with my son and to clear my head. So I booked a hotel with a seaview and a (almost infinity) pool to cool down in while overlooking la Cornish of Oran and here I found it. I rang the hotel and confirmed our airport pick up and yet NO ONE has turned up to pick us up once we landed at 9.30 pm. I had no choice but to get a taxi and get there by ourselves. How can you forget a female traveller with a child at the airport in a foreign country....that's not cool Marriott International. As far as the hotel location, facilities and cleanliness is concerned it's spot on. BUT huge issue with hot water. We had no hot water for three nights in a row and we had no choice but to have a cold shower after a hot and a busy day. Two days out of eight, my son and I decided to spend it at the hotel and chill by the pool and the spa facilities. Unfortunately, no one has told us about the fact that the plumbers have moved in and the water supply was turned off, during the day. So, we could not have a shower after the spa use which frustrated me because I was cold and tired of the situation. In my honest opinion, the hotel has huge COMMUNICATION PROBLEM AMONG ITS STAFF. Reception staff were not aware of the fact that there was no water in the building during the day and for more than a day in a row. The fact that we did not have hot water for three nights in
Sam (8/5): Nice hotel, new, staff are friendly. - I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. New , modern, rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are very friendly. Buffet available, food is okay, prices are more expensive than similar food in the US.

Dil (10/5): Best Hotel in Oran - I have been in Oran many times but never used the Four Points Hotel. I loved the service, location, room very clean with a lot space. Excellent is the word. The only thing maybe could be better is the price for the food in the hotel restaurant. It is too high for the quality of food they are offering. Definitely I will come back!
