• Paul (7/5): Leuke plek maar veel minpunten. - Oase van rust in het drukke Marakech. Mooi gebouw, goed ontbijt. Mooi en zeer ruim dakterras. Hotel betreed je via een vieze steeg. Kamer heeft geen raam en is daardoor erg donker. Schoonmaker gaat vloer van ontbijtruimte staan schrobben terwijl jij op 2 meter zit te ontbijten, echt ongelooflijk. Veel te duur voor het gebodene.

Preferirei una formula a buffet per la colazione, in quanto offrirebbe una panoramica più completa della cucina locale, favorendo l'assaggio delle specialità del luogo.

The first room we had (number 10) before we asked to be moved was very noisy as it is at the front of the building overlooking the street. It is however beautifully decorated. Water pressure in the hotel is intermittent and both showers we had were basically trickles which went from scalding hot to freezing cold every few seconds. The staff whilst undeniably friendly are not really very well trained. Even the front desk team leave you standing there whilst they chat to each other. The restaurant staff the same. The food in the restaurant can best be described as average and the breakfast is very limited.

The entrance is hidden down a back street although in fact it is only seconds away from the thoroughfare- gives a mystical element to your arrival. Our junior suite was strewn with red rose petals and the luxury of our own balcony. Truly full of all things Moroccan. There was nothing which irked or annoyed.

Very big for a Riad and felt more like a hotel. Decor lovely and our room fabulous. Very spacious and tasteful. The roof terrace needs some attention as looked untidy and grubby. It was the start of the season and they had just had bad weather so perhaps it will be given a new lease of life. The pool is in the restaurant so no one really used it.

Dojście do hotelu jest w alejce z koszami na śmieci i gdzie ludzie wyrzucają jedzenie dla gołębi.

Location was ideal for the Medina and good restaurants and bars easy to walk to. Most of the staff good, one waiter in particular very attentive. Taxi transfer worked well. Breakfasts were average, luke warm like most of Moroccan food. First room no natural light so very dark, although nicely appointed. Moved to rooftop but internet didn’t work, so then moved to a suite so all dealt with well.

The roof-top is a place of tranquility in the bustling Medina and a real essential! The experience was relaxed, the environment unique and felt like something very different and very much Marrakech.

Nicht noch mal ! - Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich,hilfsbereit und kompetent Der Frühstücksservive war eine Zumutung !!! Mal gab es keine Teller oder Besteck oder man bekam nicht das was man bestellt hatte. Immer mußte man nachfragen. Das Personal war ungeschult und unmotiviert. Erschreckend war die Sauberkeit !!!!! Schmutzige Böden ,versiffte Teppiche usw. Dreck in den Ecken. Das Waschbecken lief nur ganz langsam ab. Das Bad war insgesamt " in die JAHRE " gekommen!

Colazione buona, à la carte, anche se avrei preferito un'area buffet e più scelta. Bellissimo sentire il suono degli uccellini a colazione. La posizione fenomenale, all'interno della Medina, ma in una zona tranquilla, ed a un minuto a piedi dai taxi. Personale gentile. I dettagli. L'interruttore della luce uscito dalla sede, il wc e bidet sospesi in bagno non fissati bene al muro. Piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza. Colazione con prodotti freschi e di qualità, ma un po' scarna, non all'altezza del resto della struttura.

Le personnel de l’hôtel est merveilleux et est aux petits soins avec ses hôtes. L’établissement est idéalement situé si vous souhaitez vous balader à pied, il est également très proche de la route ce qui facilite l’arrivée en taxi si vous êtes chargé. Je ne peux que recommander cet établissement d’exception ! Je n’ai rien à redire le séjour était magnifique !

• Stephanie (10/5): A gorgeous stay in Marrakesh - The layout and spaces mean that sleeping guests and diners are not in the same area unless having lunch or dinner. The couples Hammam and massage was a great experience to enjoy- normally you cannot do this together. The design is tasteful. The rooftop terrace peaceful, the garden spaces and courtyards mean sunlight and birds can come in. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The suites are large and spacious compared to riads we have stayed before. Breakfast has a variety of omelettes to choose from. The market starts with independent shops up the road and makes it easy to get into the market, and around to the local sights, museums, exhibitions and restaurants.

La décoration intérieure, loin d’un simple pastiche touristique, témoigne d’un goût certain et d’une véritable compréhension de l’esthétique marocaine. Chaque détail — zellige, tadelakt, lanternes en cuivre, tissus brodés — semble avoir été choisi avec soin et respect du patrimoine. On y ressent cette âme que seul un lieu habité par une culture vivante peut offrir. La cuisine fut également une belle surprise : riche, savoureuse, fidèle aux recettes traditionnelles tout en étant présentée avec raffinement. Le tajine d’agneau aux pruneaux était particulièrement remarquable, tout comme les salades marocaines servies en entrée. On sentait le respect du produit, de la cuisson lente et des associations d’épices qui font la force de notre gastronomie.
• Nathalie (9/5): Beau séjour et bon emplacement dans la Médina de Marrakech! On recommande! - Le palais est très beau. Les installations sont très bien. Le roof top est petit mais on apprécie. Présence d ascenseur pour les mobilités réduites. Calme et tranquille. Personnel serviable et menu à la carte très bien au resto. Chambre spacieuse, belle salle de bain, bonne insonorisation. Le lit était un peu dur pour notre goût. Le petit déjeuner aurait pu être plus complet, manque de choix

• Samantha (9/5): Very pleasant - We stayed in 3 different riads during our stay in Marrakech and this was our favourite. As a family of 4 we took 1 suite and 1 junior suite. They were beautiful and spacious. This riad is spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. Small details such as slippers in the rooms was appreciated. I enjoyed the authentic and tasteful decor. The location was very convenient, the riad was quiet, spacious and bright, would stay there again if I come back to Marrakech. I had a look at the standard bedrooms, which I didn’t like much, so I would only recommend the suites.
• MatteoBook (10/5): - A metà strada tra un riad e un boutique hotel, il Palais Khum offre tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole a Marrakech e può contare su uno staff estremamente cordiale, gentile e premuroso. Durante la nostra permanenza siamo capitati in una settimana insolitamente fredda e piovosa per la destinazione, ma tutto il personale si è adoperato con grande professionalità per farci vivere al meglio l’esperienza, risolvendo prontamente ogni inconveniente.
• Daniele (8/5): Gradevole. - Posizione centrale quindi strategica per fare il tour di Medina e non solo. Pick up sulla strada principale a pochi metri dalla struttura per le partenze verso le altre località d’interesse. Colazione scarsa. Io capisci che si vuole evitare i sprechi ma comunque è un 5 stelle e non rusé ma hotel e mi aspetto una colazione da 5 stelle non da bar, altrimenti non la scelgo. Suite affacciata sul cortile interno dove su trova il bar/ristorante aperto fino a tardi. Rumore insopportabile fino a tardi anche con le finestre chiuse.

• Bash999 (10/5): The Best Traditional Boutique Hotel I have stayed in Marrakech! - The hotel was spotlessly clean, which made us feel so comfortable throughout our stay. But what truly stood out was the level of kindness and hospitality from the staff from the moment we arrived, we felt like we were treated like family. A special thank you goes to Bouchra the hotel manager. She went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. Her kindness made a real difference! The Breakfast at the Palais was good. We have to thank Anwar and his team for making our breakfast extra special every morning. It became something we all looked forward to. I highly recommend this traditional Moroccan hotel. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want to truly experience the Moroccan culture, can’t wait to return.

The spa staff are great as well, do try the hammam and massage treatments. Each suite our party had was lovely, especially the el Bacha! Highly recommended, will stay here again. The pool is heated as promised, but it was difficult to figure out how to schedule/access it.

• Pivoda (8/5): Je recommande vivement ce joli riad pour un séjour en famille, en couple ou entre amis. - Très joli riad et idéalement bien placé à l'entrée de la Medina, avec un super petit-déjeuner. Je le recommande vivement. La petite rue qui donne accès à l'entrée pourrait être plus jolie et plus propre.
