- Francesco (4/5): - There isn't an actual window in the room. The size of the window openings depends on the area of the room by building code. This room as sort of ship oblo rather than a window. The bathroom is a glass box completely un-insulated so every type of noise produced in there cames out of there. I got a room for three people and were expecting three beds. One was a pull out sofa bed that once out occupied the walkable space of the room leaving almost no space to walk. The wifi was so week that I wasn't able to get on Teams calls from the room so unfirtunately I lost work. This was sold as a luxury room although absolutely doesn't meet any criteria of luxury.

- Linus (10/5): Wir kommen wieder! - Zimmer wunderschön mit allem, was man braucht, inkl. Kühlschrank und Minibar mit Tee und Tassen. Auch Weingläser verfügbar für den Aufenthalt auf der wunderschönen Dachterasse (Getränke da selbst mitbringen). Alles sehr sauber. Sehr nahe am Zentrum und bei allen Sehenswürdikeiten. Auch Bars und Restaurants sowie der Marjan Park und der Bahnhof / Hafen alles in Gehdistanz. Unser Host hat uns zudem mit wunderbaren Restauranttips ausgestatet. Alles wunderbar. Am Morgen aufgrund der gegenüberliegenden Schule evtl. etwas laut, jedoch nur für Langschläfer ein Problem, da erst etwa ab 9 Uhr.

The property is stunning, blending modern comfort with a touch of historic charm, perfectly located in the heart of Split. The standout, however, was the exceptional service from Ana, the operator. She was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond when we accidentally left our key in the room—handling the situation with kindness and efficiency. Ana also graciously allowed us to store our luggage after checkout, making our final day in Split stress-free and enjoyable. The entire experience was seamless, and Ana’s warmth and professionalism truly made our stay memorable. I’d happily return to Procurator 7 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

L´emplacement en plein centre près du port est parfait mais l´inconvénient du centre est qu´il y a un peu de bruit la nuit mais les fenêtres sont bien isolées. Il y a 3 étages à monter à pied sans ascenseur mais la réceptionniste nous a aidé a monter les bagages.

It’s in a lovely square with plenty of restaurants and places to grab a drink after dinner. Super friendly and the rooms were really beautifully decorated and comfortable. Location also ideal for wandering the old town, grabbing a ferry or taking the train somewhere. The stairs—It was totally fine for our group. We packed light, so bringing luggage up three flights of stairs was not an issue. But if you are traveling with someone with more limited mobility, it would not be the best place for you.

Quiet for relaxing, but a few minutes from central old town and nightlife. A rooftop recreational area with great views and perfect for a quiet retreat. A few flights of stairs, if mobility an issue.

Vi smsade henne mitt i natten med en fråga och hon svarade direkt. Rummet var över förväntan och balkongen var helt fantastisk. Trots att gatan var livlig var rummet helt tyst så fort vi stängde balkongdörren. Här kan du bo, även om du är ljudkänslig under natten. Läget var helt fantastiskt med närhet till precis allt, såväl transport som restauranger, caféer, museer och barer. Rummet var i toppskick och rent och prydligt när vi anlände. Både incheckning och utcheckning gick supersmidigt trots att hotellet inte har en 24h reception.

The only thing is if you bring a heavy bag, I recommend using their storage at the ground level because you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. There is no lift. Ana does tote the bags. Lots of stairs and no lift but obviously cant be helped due to the old building. Worth the inconvenience to stay in such beautiful rooms. Really lovely roof terrace which is great at sunset. Located in a beautiful square just off the Riva (promenade), surrounded by some great bars and restaurants. Would definitely visit again.

It is very easy to find any restaurant downstairs. Great View! The staff is very nice, i had a conversation ealier over the phone, so she was there waiting for me to check-in It is unfortunate that the wifi doesn't work well. At the beginning the wifi is broken. Later, even it is fixed. The signal is not strong. I can only use over my laptop in the corner. My cellphone usually lose the connection if i walk too close to the windows

A very clean comfortable room meeting all our needs. Our first night having flown in from North America and being jet lagged, we had difficulty falling asleep. There was considerable noise of partying people coming from the street below that continued to 3:00am. The other nights of our stay it was less of a problem.

- Simon (9/5): Beautifully styled and centrally located - Beautifully styled room with plush furnishing. Delightful balcony for people watching and with sea view. Very central location, all of old towns dining options between 0-5 minutes walk. Very close to port. Helpful and communicative staff The AC was fiddly and complex. We (including the host) struggled to change the settings so it turned itself off every 3 hours so we woke up hot during the night twice. Eventually we just left the window open but there was noise from the street below which kept us awake instead. Also it is on the third floor with no elevator so not ideal for accessibility, but it helped work off the gelato.

- Subha (2/5): - The property was in the top most fooor - 4th floor - with no elevator!! It was so many flight of stairs and a nightmare to go up and down the stairs. There was no mention of no elevator when we booked and the stairs made going to the room too difficult and painful. There was no hot water to take a good shower. The room was too small and we were told that was the only room available for us it was like living in an attic. The walls of the room were super dirty. I’m

- Matthew (8/5): Stylish room in great location but can be noisy. - Great location, but beware events in the square, our first night was disturbed by temporary seating being dismantled. Room is very stylishly decorated. Roof terrace was great to watch sunset. Perfect view of toilet from elevated seating area - frost the glass higher!

- Ricardo (9/5): Good room, well located, friendly staff. - The room was elegant and clean. Location was great, at the very centre. Everything very nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s quite noisy outside, specially during the night, but once you close the window you can’t hear anything. You will have to turn on the AC, of course, because with the rooms closed the room turns into an oven. I guess that was the only not-so-goos thing.

- Will (6/5): - Was a great stay - the location is very good, right in a good part of split and easy to get into town. It was a relatively small room, not great for sharing with children for any length of stay, but just about ok for a night, and there was some noise from the restaurants outside, not until really late though. Note it is up on the third floor with 6 flights of stairs, and no lift, so wouldn't be suitable if you have a lot to carry. The room itself is very clean and well designed given the space, a little dark as only a really small window. For a short stay we would definitely recommend for convenience at a reasonable price.
- Matthew (6/5): Quaint - Room number 201 is a small room but for a few nights that’s ok. When the air con was on its lowest setting it did smell, similar to sulphur, which is the same as the promenade. Check was super smooth. Location is perfect.

- Emeri (10/5): - My stay here was awesome. A beautiful, good size room with a big bed, couch and chair. I had a partial sea view balcony which was stunning. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping service does a very nice job to freshen up the room if you choose to use it. It’s a great location, so many food and activity options nearby. Katarina was very helpful, kind and hospitable. She met me outside to show me where the property was, brought me to my room and gave me a thorough run down. Very flexible, and very accommodating. The rooftop terrace was a huge reason why I chose this place, and it was beautiful, I’d definitely recommend staying here!!
- Lisa (10/5): Great experience - Clean, beautiful luxury rooms in old town. Hot shower, air conditioning and comfortable beds. We had a small balcony overlooking side street down to the bay. You must climb with luggage 3 flights of stairs. Not a problem for us in our late 50's. It indicated a mini bar in room, but all we saw was a mini refrigerator. Maybe that's their interpretation. Walkable to everything. Probably one of the best locations in Old town. Rooms must be insulated as we didn't hear any outside noise at night.

My room was spacious and comfortable, and the service throughout my stay was amazing. Highly recommend!
- J (10/5): Beautiful Split. - my good ness what a place Split is, beautiful, matched by our lovely deluxe room, so authentic, four poster bed, lovely bathroom right in the heart of the city. Staff couldnt do enough to help us and a hidden treat of a roof terrace with panoramic views (nearly as high as the church tower) over the city. Highly recommended.

- Iain (10/5): Super stay in Split - Very stylish and comfortable room overlooking a large square on the edge of Split old town. The rooms are on the third floor of an historic building (so no lift) and a superb location for the old town and waterfront area of Split. Only a 10 min walk from the catamaran jetty, close to the historic sights and plenty of restaurants and bars etc on the doorstep. Ana was a fantastic host, always available via message in advance and during our stay as needed, very efficient and helpful. There isn’t a 24 hour reception but we didn’t need that and are happy being independent. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and with everything we needed, comfortable bed, AC, fridge and a modern bathroom and shower. Check out the roof terrace for a splendid view of the city. Would definitely recommend.
