Please note that pets will only be accepted with their vaccination card and documents. All rooms in this hotel are strictly nonsmoking. Please note, guests must present the confirmation voucher upon check-in. Reservations must contain the guests first and last name. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. Porém mesmo para o embarque de passageiros não é perto, não é próximo de praia. Porém é silencioso e tem um serviço de microônibus. Café da manhã dentro da expectativa. De fato estava tudo aceitável. Poderia ter uma TV maior ? talvez. Umas toalhas mais novas? talvez. Atendimento cortes e eficiente.

Fernanda (10/5): Muito bom! - O quarto é grande, excelente. Limpos e confortáveis. O atendimento também é muito bom! O café de manhã também é muito bom! Fui a trabalho e a localização é excelente! Graças ao meu querido Booking, tivemos um upgrade de quarto, no qual ficamos em uma suíte luxo, no 14 andar. O único porém é que fica próximo ao bar e acabamos escutando bem o barulho. Apenas o som alto do bar, mas é inevitável né, é uma atração deles. Talvez numa próxima eu abra mão de ficar num quarto melhor, mas em andares mais baixos. A vista para o mar infelizmente não existe muito mais, porque tem prédios altos sendo construídos na frente do hotel. Mas nada que os desabone, não é culpa do hotel…

Ana Paula (8/5): - Da localização, muito perto do Santos Convention Center e a van nos levava e nos buscava, isso é muito bom. Funcionários educados e café da manhã bom. Meu quarto era conjugado e na hora de fazer a reserva isso não fica explícito. Foi péssimo porque eu ouvia tudo do quarto ao lado, ronco, conversas as 5h da manhã.
Helena (8/5): Críticas favorecem as melhorias - Uma porta no quarto, a impressão que a qualquer momento seria aberta( 1105) No box da cama( em baixo) rasgado com tecidos pendurados a mostra. Alguns lençóis encardidos. Outro detalhe que chamou atenção foi no café da manhã. Você está na mesa comendo e os funcionário tirando xícara e prato. Fui até o balcão quando retornei já tinham tirado tudo inclusive o que ainda estava comendo. A impressão é que nós acelera para sair rápido. Não os culpo devem ser orientados para isso. Todos tinham essa característica.

Marco (9/5): Hotel incrível - O Hotel é espetacular, a piscina, sauna e academias sao diferenciais. Localização é incrível. Fomos muito bem recebidos na hora do check in A equipe do estacionamento é terceirizada, mas merece menção pela forma como nos tratou e nos apoiou, principalmente com o fato de termos uma pessoa PCD conosco Descobrimos, às 22h30, que deveríamos ter recebido vouchers para drinks cortesia ao bar no rooftop com validade até 20h00. Quando o recepcionista me falou, a falta de vontade ou disposição de me ajudar com isso foi decepcionante. O Hotel nada fez para compensar essa falha, pelo contrário, quando questionei isso, o recepcionista falou "não posso fazer nada"

Silvio (8/5): - Atendimento da equipe, café da manhã muito bom, facilidade de estacionamento e ter o Bar Hideout Fizz na cobertura (ótima opção para Happy Hour) Infelizmente o jantar oferecido no Restaurante do hotel foi de péssima qualidade, além de ter preço caríssimo ao que sugere no menu.

Faltou cheiro de limpeza. Janelas também poderiam estar mais limpas. Almoço a la carte achei muito caro pra um “prato feito”.

Haydee (7/5): - O café da manhã é muito bom. o tamanho do quarto é bom. A localização é boa. Uma das camas do quarto estava com os pés da cama bambeando e ao sentar na ponta da cama, o pé dobrava. Além disso, à noite tinha uma barata andando pelo quarto. Outra questão é que a cortina do quarto estava com muita sujeira grudada.

Funcionários atenciosos e disponíveis A comida (pratos pedidos a la carte) precisa melhorar: qualidade dos produtos (arroz e carne), e o preparo não pode misturar ingredientes utilizados para a elaboração de peixe e bovino. Sugiro também realizar Detetizaçao periódica no hotel (formigas e pequenos insetos)

Foi solicitado, tanto pelo site da Booking quanto no check-in feito pessoalmente, opção de café da manhã sem glúten. Não havia nenhuma opção além de tapioca e omelete feito na hora, porém o horário que deveria iniciar às 7h não foi cumprido, a cozinheira se atrasou e não havia mais ninguém para fazer. Não houve comunicação a respeito da solicitação para a cozinha. Somado a isso, no chack-out expliquei o ocorrido para a atendente do balcão e ela simplesmente me informava que não aparecia nada "na tela" para ela, embora eu tivesse feito a solicitação pessoalmente. 2. A água da torneira do banheiro estava completamente destemperda, extremamente quente, Bem como a do chuveiro. 3. Solicitei a Nota Fiscal e ainda não recebi.
